Couldn't have asked for better

The staff was absolutely terrific, from the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell at the end of our experience. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the day truly unforgettable. My tears of disappointment were overwhelming when I realized that, because of the changing weather, there was a very real possibility that I might not get this opportunity. It was also the last day of the season that this particular experience was being offered, so I thought I had missed my chance. We decided to try another one of Alpine’s adventures, to walk on Spencer Glacier and taste the incredibly fresh glacier water. We enjoyed that experience so much! But then, to my surprise, the wonderful crew back at the office called our pilot and coordinated for us to land in one helicopter and immediately transfer to another so we wouldn't miss the opportunity to see the sled dogs in action. I was absolutely overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness and determination to make it happen. While waiting for our turn—and again afterward—I was able to cuddle and love on some of the most precious puppies. It was such a special experience and one I will cherish for a very long time.

Bucket list

If you want to be treated like family vs just another tourist, this is the tour for you. Staff was friendly and the pilot/tour guide Wes did an amazing job, giving my husband and I a personal excursion. He asked what we wanted to do and see and then delivered. It was by far the most incredible thing we have done. Pictures just don't do it justice, thank you.

Experience of a lifetime

I went up yesterday with Alaska Air for the helicopter ride and glacier landing. We ended landing ext to, then walking up in to a glacier tunnel all to ourselves with clear blue ice visible for feet into the glacier. Absolutely stunning. Perfect weather, perfect pilot and perfect experience.

ur helicopter tour over the Knik Glaciers was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Brian was a wonderful guide and an exceptional helicopter pilot who made safety his top priority while ensuring we had an unforgettable ride. He was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating information about the glaciers and Lake George, which made the experience even more meaningful. We felt completely at ease the entire time, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A huge thank you to Brian for being such a skilled pilot and an amazing guide. This experience is highly recommended and something we will never forget.
