Wonderful Hawai’in memories

The day trip to the North Shore was the highlight of my holiday. Chris Dylan our guide was excellent and provided entertainment, lots of history, jokes and music. Plenty of places to see, the pineapple fruit stop was great, food trucks, temple and even made a drone video of us all. Unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles but it didn’t matter. There was a last minute change of the pick up venue which was about a 5 min walk from the hotel. Was such a great day and a must do tour.

Dole plantation disappointment.

The shuttle driver was wonderful and entertaining. We got dropped off and went directly to tickets for the train ride plus garden. We waited in line for the train for almost an hour! The people ahead of us got on the train then sat there for probably 20mins no explanation. They finally left. Another train came and picked up no one then continued on. We finally got on and when it was done we had to do the garden because we paid for it and my daughter bought a lock to put on the fence. We barely had any time to shop in the store. We would’ve missed our shuttle. So we spent $0 there. What a waste of time and money. You spend it initially just to find out there isn’t any time to use it. Was a total rip off.

The highlight of our trip!

The highlight of our trip! We opted for the transportation package and Manny and Tamia kept us safe and entertained on the drive to the luau. Lots of activities pre-show (tattoos, kava tasting, vendors, etc.) This is an open-air event, and unfortunately, we did get a downpour right as we were about to eat. Thankfully, it didn't last very long. Lots of food options on the all-you-can eat buffet. And the show was amazing! Would highly recommend!

Great Experience

Chris was amazing! If you get him you sure are lucky. He's funny, nice, his guided tour was both interesting and entertaining. He was very welcoming and made the whole bus ride a breeze we didn't even feel like the ride was that long thanks to him. The only thing we didn't like was that we only had 1 hour for the Dole Plantation but we had 2 hours at Haleʻiwa Town Center. The food is good but the shops were extremely overpriced. Most of the people of our tour were on the bus early because other than eating and giving the shops a quick glance, there isn't much else to do. We wanted to do the train and maze at the Plantation but with 1 hour you can only do one

Won’t be disappointed

The main show for our luau was unfortunately washed out but tickets to a replacement show were arranged with no fuss at all. The second show continued on from the first and was a great experience with interaction from the audience, a great compare and smooth behind the scenes work from all of the support crew.

This experience was great and multi-dimensional in the best way. We all really enjoyed exploring the grounds and getting to drive or ride in the UTV made it a nice way to take it all in. Being able to stop at a few sites and take pictures was fun, while also learning about movies, the ranch, and the island in general. Our guides were great and we all agreed this was definitely the highlight of the trip!

Absolutely the Best!!

Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend this authentic luau that highlights all the Polynesian Island traditions and culture. Every thing was absolutely wonderful!! The food was delicious and fresh. The “pre-show” was informative and interesting and involved the guests. The host was energetic, funny and engaging. The story of the cultures was interesting and involved the guests. One of our family members has been to other luaus and said this is the best he has ever attended. If you are looking for a fun, authentic, entertaining, informative and delicious experience, book the Toa Luau!!

Great family snorkel adventure

Best first time snorkeling experience with the kiddos! Went out with Taylor & team (all female squad), they took great care of everyone, guided us out in the water and made sure everyone saw plenty of turtles, fish, dolphins (and even a reef shark!). Highly recommend this team.
