Fantastic experience made better by Viator

Amazing experience and so glad we booked the trip with Viator, customer service is excellent. The bus ride was cool and comfortable and we were there in 45 minutes. Straight on the airboat with a captain who clearly loves the alligators. Knows where to look for them and calls for them by name to make an appearance :-) the exhibit is nicely done by a guy in bare feet in a pen with 3 alligators he had spent time earning their trust. Pick up the bus from Lincoln South Beach no matter where you stay in Miami. It’s the start of the trip, has a Big Red Bus office and everything is smooth. Not like trying to pick up the bus downtown where you think you’re in the right place but there’s no obvious place to wait and get picked up. We missed the 10am trip because of this but rebooked for the afternoon from South Beach and Viator took care of the admin for us. There are many tour companies but with Viator there’s the trust you’ll get there safely and if there are any wee bumps they’ll be there to fix it.

Loved it!

I booked this cruise on New Year's Eve because I thought it would be great to see the Miami skyline at sunset. Unfortunately, it was super hard to find an Uber being a holiday! I finally got one, but traffic was so bad I was sure I was going to be late for the boat. I called a few times but I didn't reach anybody. I finally arrived to Bayside Market but I couldn't find the boat launch. I called again and this time I reached someone at the boat launch and explained the situation. He told me not to worry at all, they would hold the boat for me! I felt terrible tying everybody up but I was so excited that they waited an extra five minutes to takeoff so that I wouldn't miss the ride! That meant so much! My favorite part was the end of the cruise where they stop in front of the skyline and just let you enjoy it with some music playing in the background. It felt so festive and the views were amazing! Probably one of my favorite New Year's Eve ever!

Well worth it if you are going to do a boat tour please boook with Miami Millionaire Boat tour the vibes were upbeat and funny we laughed they played them music and it was the perfect amount of time on the boat…we had Miami Vices and Margaritas good price and flavorful drink. I would definitely use them again. And let talk bout the price other ones were charging double the price for the same experience.

Awesome time, we really enjoyed it. Your guide was great as well. Only kickback is when you book there's no mention of a $100 deposit to ride ATV and you get it back once the ride is over if you don't wreck the ATV. This should be informative up front prior to booking. Other than that I have no complaints.

Great boat ride!

This tour was very interesting! Getting to see famous people’s houses was cool! Miami at night is beautiful! The lights and the Farris wheel all lit up so amazing to see. There was great music and the tour guide was very entertaining. I will say tho at the start of the boat ride, it’s really chaotic. They take every groups picture which I feel like could be done while everyone is standing in line, waiting. But overall, it was a very fun boat ride and definitely worth it!

Highlight of our vacation!

The boat cruise was amazing ! Captain amazing parking is horrible we lost 30 minutes of the cruise just looking for parking. The Marina staff allowed us to park inside the gate only to wait until the captain approach us to go on the boat and then rely to him that we needed to move or would be towed so the process to look for parking started all over again. Other than that everything else was amazing this is my 2nd time booking with this company and the booking is always really simple and easy.
