The tour was top tier. They offer a photo and video package of the ATV ride. Highly suggest purchasing it. You get some amazing shots and a video. The guide was super informative regarding the history of the area and the jade pool. It was raining when we went and it only made the atv part even better. Remember to bring money for tequila as well. Me and my husband dislike tequila but the tequila is on an another level here. Also I missed the lady selling tacos in the square that morning, so if you want some you better get them asap. They said she sells out quickly.

Fantastic Snorkeling Adventure!

We had the best day on Zafiro! Israel, Jose and Brian were warm, friendly and professional. Jose and Brian were both very patient and encouraging with my son when he was trying to get the hang of snorkeling since it was his first time. He ended up absolutely loving it, especially after getting to see a big sea turtle! The ceviche and snacks were wonderful at the sand bar, and we had the best time dancing, laughing, eating, drinking and watching the stingrays swim around. Brian is a talented photographer and took some amazing pictures and videos of us, which we happily purchased at the end of the boat trip. I am so happy we decided on the private tour for our family as opposed to a crowded group, and I will definitely book it again the next time we are in Cozumel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a Fun Day in Cozumel!

We had such a fun day on this excursion! We were visiting Cozumel on a cruise, and it was very easy to get a taxi from the cruise port to The Money Bar. Our taxi was $15, and getting there was simple. Once we boarded the catamaran, our first stop was for snorkeling, where we saw lots of tropical fish. We then went to another beautiful area to snorkel where we saw tons of sea stars in the clear water. That was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Our last stop was in a gorgeous shallow-water area, where we were able to get in the water, relax and just enjoy the scenery. The crew prepared fresh fish ceviche and cut-up fruit, along with margaritas and rum runners while we hung out. The combination of snorkeling, seeing the sea stars, beautiful water, food and drinks made this a really fun and relaxing day in Cozumel. We would definitely recommend this excursion! 🐠⭐🌊🍹

We paid reasonable price for all inclusive club pass. Transportation inclusion is a big plus. They are very nice, hard working people, and keep their chairs and umbrellas clean and in good shape. Few decent food choices included for lunch. Very fun water inflatables are also included. We had a blast.

Perfect way to Relax!!

This was a great way to spend my cruise port day in Cozumel! The vibe was relaxing with good music and beautiful views. We were able to get chairs between the pool and the beach. Perfect location that was also shaded. We arrived around 930a and there were plenty of chairs and umbrella areas available. Our waiters were Josue and Julio who were very attentive. They were refilling drinks quickly and would bring water as they saw our bottles getting low. The food was delicious and hot EVERY time. The coconut shrimp were amazing. Even though they said the portion sizes were small, I felt they were great, and I eat a lot! The chips and guacamole was another top choice. We also tried the quesadilla and fajitas which were delicious as well. I would definitely do this again. I rembered to bring towels and sunscreen, but they do have a sundry shop there. I would recommend bug spray/lotion for those that may be sensitive. I didn't get bit or bothered but I noticed lots of gnats, ants and bees near the greenery that we were near. The ocean was only about 20yds away. The water was nice and warm and pretty clear. There were giant inflatable slides, trampolines and loungers in the water. Not sure if those were an extra fee, I didn't go out to use them. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of space there and a very large bar. There were clean bathrooms and showers available too. I would definitely do this again and would highly recommend this if you want something on the quieter relaxing side.

This excursion was SO FUN! My husband and I love to snorkel and this excursion did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly, fun, and observant to make sure everyone stayed safe! We saw a variety of sea critters! (Turtles, starfish, stingrays, even a shark and barracuda!) there was someone taking pictures of us to purchase after the excursion if we wanted (I bought them all! They were amazing!) one staff member even took my GoPro and dove with it to get beautiful closeups of the animals and reefs for me! After we had the BEST ceviche + guacamole + chips. (Another big perk, they had a restroom on the boat) 10/10 recommend! So glad we booked this excursion!

The tour was amazing and just as described. There are extra fees for the protected areas.$16.55 USD posted to my credit card so people should be aware that the price of the tour doesn’t cover these fees. Absolutely worth paying the extra fees though as the whole experience was worth it. Our tour operators had a talented photographer who captured our interactions with a green sea turtle, starfish and stingrays. We were able to purchase the downloads and our pictures were awesome. They served us fresh and delicious fish ceviche, guacamole and salsa and chips. We also had a shot of tequila and a pina colada as part of the tour.

Must Do while in Cozumel!!

We had an absolutely incredible time with Juan & Victor exploring the beautiful water in Cozumel!! They took us to several incredible spots where we got to experience some of the most beautiful water I have ever seen. The trip was made better with drinks and INCREDIBLE guac and ceviche they made on board and then served us in the water!! They were friendly, helpful, and so much fun and we all agreed this was a highlight of our trip!!

One of the BEST excursions I've been on!!!

A group of 17 of us did this excursion and it was amazing and definitely worth every DIME. Let's start with the beginning the transportation was great with AC. Next was the ATVS, they let us cut loose and have a good time zooming around and through the mud puddles. My family members loved jumping in the cenote and the pictures were so beautiful that we definitely took advantage and purchased them all. After the ATVs the drivers gave us water and juice. How sweet bc it was a little hot as it is July!!! Next we had the tequila and chocolate tasting and they were generous with the tasting!!! Last was the lunch and beach. Again, this was all included in the pricing and the lunch was filling and GOOD. If I come back I will definitely do this excursion again as it was a AWESOME VALUE. As reference I did this excursion coming off Carnival Mardi Gras and we were back in well enough time and didn't have to worry about hurrying back to the ship. We actually had enough time to shop a little before heading back to our ship. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 children) had an absolutely incredible experience on the Atlantis Submarine Adventure in Cozumel! From start to finish, everything was first-class. The meeting location was easy to find, check-in was quick and organized, and the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area made the beginning of our excursion relaxing. The introductory video was informative, engaging, and did an excellent job preparing everyone for the adventure ahead. The crew was outstanding! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a memorable experience. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic, don't be. The submarine was much more spacious than we expected, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable throughout the dive. The large viewing ports gave everyone an excellent view, and at no point did we feel confined. Descending to more than 110 feet below the surface was simply amazing. The underwater views of the coral reef and marine life were breathtaking. What made the trip even more special was the educational aspect. The narration throughout the dive was informative without being overwhelming, teaching us about the reef ecosystem, marine life, and the importance of conservation. Both the adults and the children found it fascinating, and it added tremendous value to an already incredible experience. The entire excursion exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Cozumel and created memories our family will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Adventure to anyone visiting Cozumel. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this is a truly unique experience that is well worth every penny!
