Miami aqua tours is a must try!!

Check in was a little confusing. It listed to look for a red umbrella and mentioned a pirate ship. I found a nice women agent and was re-reouted to the correct white umbrella where there was also a friendly man agent. We had our photo taken then got on the boat. The tour guide was very informative and witty. The tour itself was very interesting and taught us things we didn't know about Miami. There was a bar to get drinks but I didn't get anything. We were given a sheet to fill in our info for a raffle and I won!! So excited for that. :) I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone I know who comes to Miami!

Mr Rafael was an amazing host & loved the tour experience he provided us with - gave us complete context of all the places in the city of Miami which made us knowledgeable about the city & not just a glide by the monuments. ✅On-time arrival & departure. ✅Good 45-60mins airboat tour, with the instructor providing us with all the context of the animals we stumbled across. Did not get to see a croc/alligator because of the summer season but it was a great experience. ✅Free printed photograph. ✅Reptile exhibit - Short & sweet demonstration of the crocs in their park & their story ✅Touch & click a picture with baby croc. ✅They’ve got Gator meat too - a rare experience. Do try the Gator Bites. it’s a 11/10.

Captain Fernando is the best!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our private tour of Miami with Captain Fernando! From start to finish, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and engaged. His knowledge of the Miami area was impressive—he shared fun facts and stories about that city that everyone found fascinating. The highlight for us was cruising past celebrity houses, which he pointed out with interesting tidbits about the construction and neighborhood. What truly set Captain Fernando apart was how wonderful he was with our two young children. He patiently answered all their questions and made sure they were included and safe throughout the tour. His friendly, warm nature made the whole outing feel personalized and relaxed. If you want a memorable, fun, and informative tour of Miami with a captain who genuinely cares about his guests, Captain Fernando is the one to choose! The boat was really fun, and the drinks were good and strong. One of my favorite parts was seeing all the beautiful houses from the water because that was really cool. I also liked that they spoke both English and Spanish, which made the experience feel welcoming. The host was funny and kept the energy up, so we had a good time throughout the ride. I would definitely recommend this boat experience to others. The only thing I would suggest is putting fans on the boat because it gets hot, and giving everyone at least one cup of ice water.

This was one of the best walking food tours we have experienced. Toni was our tour guide and she was excellent. Very informative, pleasant and attentive to the people on tour. It is a walking tour but it is not too intense for those with mobility concerns. It is all on one street with multiple stops. You will have plenty of food which will be equivalent to a meal. Learned a lot about Cuban culture and history and loved everything about it. Definitely a must do if you visit Miami.

When we got to Key West, we took the hop on, hop off trolley tour and it was a blast. Definitely the way to see Miami!

Amazing experience! Captain Rafa and his colleague made our tour unforgettable today! We went as a family of 5 including 2 teens and a 4 year old and was throughly enjoyed by all! I mistakenly thought booking the 3 hour sandbar tour included the skyline and millionaire houses along with a stop off at the sandbar to swim in the sea, but it’s actually just time to spend in the sea at the sandbar but after talking to Rafa and paying an extra $100 to cover fuel he took us to see everything! So knowledgeable and a great way to get to know Miami! He was amazing with our 4 year old too! An experience I’m sure he will never forget! Teens loved playing their music through Bluetooth speakers too! Champagne was a great added feature too! Definitely one of the best holiday extras we’ve been on! Thank you again for a great day!
