Trip was just right…and saw a whale shark!

Very fun, uncomplicated and beautiful experience. Clear and friendly before boarding, good and comfortable motor boat ride (so note, a bit bumpy and wet due to type of transport), and clear instructions and advice on snorkeling. And….we saw a whale shark!!! Told that was like seeing a unicorn. And a ton of other beautiful sea life. Just what we wanted- a good snorkel experience and appreciation of nature.

My very first zipline experience and it was AMAZING! It It wasn’t just one but there were 8 ziplines total, which made it even more exciting 😄 I didn’t know what to expect, but Jason was the best—his jokes totally helped me relax. I highly recommend this zipline company, and if you get Jason, it takes the whole experience over the top!

Worth Every Turn

Great Road to Hana experience! Our guide, Marty, was very informative and well prepared. Our cruise ship was late to port and they still waited for us, which we really appreciated. He even brought toilet paper for park restrooms that didn’t have any and shared fresh papaya and apple bananas with the group—such a nice touch. Just be aware there are lots of turns, so come prepared if you get motion sickness. Overall, a well-organized and thoughtful tour!

Sister‘s fun trip to Maui!

This was a family/sister’s trip and we absolutely loved it. The best experience and the best crew and Captain that I’ve ever been on for snorkeling. and I’ve done probably 5 to 7 snorkel trips at least? Absolutely fabulous and their assistance, Food, courtesy, getting in and out of the yacht- and keeping us safe plus everything else they did for us. Top notch! They are the best. The yacht was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely go back again. Perfect.

Go enjoy a beautiful sunrise with Preston!

If you’re considering doing a sunrise at Haleakalā National Park—do it! And if you’re lucky enough to get Preston as your guide, even better. Total time is around 8 hours (2:30-10:30am) at a cost of approx. $250 per person when booked through Viator. Our day started… not ideally. Our alarm didn’t go off, and we completely missed our confirmed pick-up time. About 10 minutes later, Preston called asking where we were. Mortified, we asked for just five minutes to throw ourselves together—and to our surprise, about 10 minutes later, he was back outside our hotel, calm and incredibly understanding. While I wouldn’t count on this kind of flexibility as the norm, it genuinely set the tone for the entire experience. From there, everything ran smoothly. There were only 10 guests total on a comfortable, air-conditioned bus, and most people caught some extra sleep on the drive up the mountain. Preston struck the perfect balance with his commentary—interesting and informative without being overwhelming—and gave helpful tips on how to best experience the sunrise. We arrived about 30 minutes early, which gave us time to get situated. Be warned: it was 43°F in April—pants, a heavy jacket, and even gloves are absolutely worth bringing. The sunrise itself was stunning, and we had plenty of time afterward to take photos before heading back. On the drive down, Preston took his time, sharing more local insights and fun facts about the island. The tour wrapped up at the beautiful Maui Tropical Plantation, where breakfast was served at Cafe O’Lei. Guests could choose from fruit, a continental-style option, or macadamia nut pancakes—all delicious. There was also a charming country store onsite with local produce, coffee, and artisan goods. After breakfast, we were dropped back off at our hotel—tired, but so glad we didn’t miss out on this experience. Bottom line: Incredible views, a well-paced itinerary, and a guide who went above and beyond. We highly recommend!

The Cliffs themselves shouldn't be missed. Jonathan was an excellent guide. He had loads of good cultural content and historical information, everything from geological formations, to Irish folks songs, all delivered with quick-witted flair. He was very clear on our instructions for each stop and was very punctual. He made the experience memorable.

Great for families!

Our family had a great time! Even though the weather wasn’t good for Molokini crater, they brought us to a great spot where we saw tons of fish, turtles, and even whales on our way back! Breakfast, lunch and the open bar were just an added bonus! I would highly recommend. And our son loved the water slide.

So much fun on this afternoon snorkel

We love the Malolo! It is large enough to move around but small enough to have a more fun and personal experience. We always try to book at least one trip on this particular boat each time we visit Maui. The crew is always super nice and friendly and they make excellent mai tais too! We saw some great whale action on the way back to the harbor and Captain Steve let us watch them for a little while. It was amazing! The crew, Boz and Ashley were really fun and nice and we got some amazing pictures of our snorkeling from Cailin. We didn't bring underwater cameras, but her pictures were so good, we just got to enjoy our time in the water even more.

Best choice for a sunset dinner cruise

Great service, fantastic food, great drinks and perfect views! The captain kept an eye out for whales and we had an amazing show from a baby humpback learning to breech in the sunset. The steak and mahi were both excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent value!

Take lots of photos! Enjoy the scenic views of the island and watch a beautiful sunset spread vibrant colors across the island skies. Say hello to other passengers and spread some Aloha because you never know what you may learn about them and you leave with a full heart in addition to the buffet and drinks on board. The crew are very welcoming and friendly and served us drinks on deck when they caught an empty cup. Mahalo!
