Top Maui Horseback Riding

We had Robbie as our tour guide and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the area, water and experience. The snorkeling experience was awesome from the view to the sea turtles and all the sea creatures and fish we saw. We recommend doing the snorkeling and if you get Robbie your experience will be amazing!

This was absolutely amazing. They fed us breakfast, drinks and lunch, and the crew members and staff were very friendly and helpful. They took us to two locations and we spent about an hour at each one - the sights were absolutely incredible. We saw multiple sea turtles (one swam right next to me!) , tons of coral and other fish, and dolphins swam alongside us on our way to the first location. The water at the snorkel spots was turquoise and the waves were essentially nonexistent which helped a bunch too. I will absolutely be doing this again. It was the highlight of my vacation to Maui!

I was really nervous to do this, but decided to go with my husband anyway. It was a lot of fun even though I’m not a great bicyclist. It was tense at times, but certainly worth the effort. I felt like this company was concerned for our safety and were very attentive.

We had a very nice excursion this morning. The crew took us to a safer spot to board as the waves were “sporty.” We snorkeled by cliff house and saw at least one turtle along with coral and tropical fish. The crew took good care of us and were very friendly and gracious.

Sunday morning was the best time. We watched the sunrise, heard a Native Hawaiian chant to welcome the sun. Got to bike the 29 switchbacks twice, and then vanned to Makawao for breakfast, followed by an additional ride from Makawoa to Paia to their offices. 18 miles of riding - mostly just coasting down the mountain and there was something almost meditative about the experience. I would totally go again. They had a lead van and a chase van for coverage and they also had a guide who would stay with a group that needed to go slow and be extremely cautious. They allowed self - guided which meant you could go at your speed ahead of the guided riders. They also had the vans that if it was too much, you could stop, load your bike and ride the van the rest of the time. A wonderful experience with safety conscience group. Sunday morning is the best time - no other bike tour groups and you have the road to yourself coming down.

My husband and I booked this trip and John S. Was our guide. John was an excellent tour leader, very upbeat and positive, as well as patient and helpful. He made kayaking easy with clear simple instructions. In addition, John was quite patient with me as I am not a good snorkeler. He made it easy for even me to view the sea turtles. The photos he took were outstanding. We highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely wonderful. Even got a little rain. Ranch hands are so kind and helpful. They took care of my 8yo making sure she was safe and having fun. Horses were fun and silly. Views were beautiful. Absolutely worth every moment. Also they have cats and a Mr. Pig and lots of peacocks!
