We absolutely loved this tour—it was one of the highlights of our time in Salem. If you’re looking for something beyond the usual witch trial history, this is such a great way to experience a different side of the city. The stories of murders, mysteries, and ghost sightings were fascinating, and hearing them while walking through Salem at night made it even more atmospheric and memorable. Our guide was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and a great storyteller. They really brought each location to life and kept the group interested the entire time. It was definitely worth the money, though be prepared for quite a bit of walking. We also appreciated that the tour took us to spots we likely wouldn’t have discovered on our own. It felt unique and a bit more off-the-beaten-path. Definitely recommend for younger and older adults who enjoy a mix of history, mystery, and a little bit of a spooky edge!

Sebastian was an amazing...

Sebastian was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and entertaining. We were having a great time. Around the middle of the tour, my mother had a bad fall that required an ambulance call. Sebastian’s compassion and leadership during this experience was incredible. We were truly thankful for his kindness. We would love to come back again once my mother is fully recovered to finish the tour.

Michael was incredible. We are locals, but we never did any tours. The history of Salem is incredible, and Michael was kind, made sure everyone was there, and made sure everyone was safe.. Here is what I would pay extra money for, maybe a shuttle bus to take us back to down town..

Amazing Experience on the Salem Uncovered Tour!

As a longtime Salem: The Podcast listener, I was so excited to finally experience the Salem Uncovered Tour in person — and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! When I arrived, I was greeted by Tim, who happens to be Jeffrey’s brother. I mentioned that I was a little sad not to have Jeffrey as my guide since I’m such a fan of the podcast, and Tim kindly told me he’d do his best to make sure I met him. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the entire tour, sharing dark and fascinating stories about Salem’s history. As we were walking we actually ran into Jeffrey, and Tim made a point to turn us around so I could officially meet him and even ask a question! I was thrilled — and got a quick photo, too! I’m so grateful to both Tim and Jeffrey for going above and beyond to make this experience special. I went with two friends who aren’t podcast listeners (yet), and they loved the tour so much that they said it was their favorite part of our trip — and now they want to start listening to Salem: The Podcast! Overall, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Whether you’re a fan of the podcast or just interested in Salem’s darker history, this is a must-do experience!

The Perfect Way to Spend an Evening in Salem!

A walking tour featuring both the history and ghost stories of Salem was such a fun way to spend our evening in town! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and open to questions (and he was super helpful when we realized we’d accidentally booked our reservation on the wrong night). My family — including our three kids whose ages range from 18-8 — had a great time! One of my boys even took a picture that may have caught some paranormal activity! 👻 I’m so glad we took this tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Salem.
