Our guide, Giovanni, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Salem & beyond! We are from CT & he enlightened us that the first people put to death for "witchery" happened in CT..in Hartford to be exact!! After all the walking and historic sites he took us to a beautiful botanical garden behind a historic home. Was just so beautiful.

Our family fully enjoyed our tour with Tish. We are a mixed group from 74 to 7 and she met all our needs. She was friendly and informative and her life experience in the entertainment industry added to the information she was able to provide. This made the tour more enjoyable and was able to provide behind the scenes information about movie production that others who only know about Salem would be able to provide. I would definitely recommend this tour to others, especially with this guide.

This is an informative and fun walking tour around the main streets of Salem. Walking surfaces are uneven so good walking shoes recommended. It’s a decent amount of time to get in the historical facts and still have time to enjoy the local shops & restaurants. Chris was a great tour guide that shared the history and more recent facts about his hometown. He welcomed questions and friendly dialogue along the way.

Our guide Vin was fantastic! We participated in the 8pm tour and it did not disappoint. Great stories, good pace, and the best part was our 12 year old son throughly enjoying the tour! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a tour while in Salem!!

Penny was knowledgeable, answered lots of questions especially from my grandkids. She was very kind and we were able to hear everything she was saying! The tour was fun, not too scary. We were a group of 14, 7 of them were kids 7-14. We would recommend taking this tour!

Our tour guide, April, did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable about the town and pointed out little things most people would miss. My friend and I ended up being the only ones on the tour due to others last minute cancellation. She still took the time to explain everything in detail. Very happy to have booked this experience!

Super informative. Great experience overall. She was very knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting. Most vital to me. She made it honest and respectful for the dead. She shared the history in a way that helped me realize that some of those attitudes are pervasive still today and there wouldn't be a huge leap to have similar horrors done today. I learned so much and am grateful for having gone. Sarah was amazing.

As a longtime Salem: The Podcast listener, I was so excited to finally experience the Salem Uncovered Tour in person — and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! When I arrived, I was greeted by Tim, who happens to be Jeffrey’s brother. I mentioned that I was a little sad not to have Jeffrey as my guide since I’m such a fan of the podcast, and Tim kindly told me he’d do his best to make sure I met him. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the entire tour, sharing dark and fascinating stories about Salem’s history. As we were walking we actually ran into Jeffrey, and Tim made a point to turn us around so I could officially meet him and even ask a question! I was thrilled — and got a quick photo, too! I’m so grateful to both Tim and Jeffrey for going above and beyond to make this experience special. I went with two friends who aren’t podcast listeners (yet), and they loved the tour so much that they said it was their favorite part of our trip — and now they want to start listening to Salem: The Podcast! Overall, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Whether you’re a fan of the podcast or just interested in Salem’s darker history, this is a must-do experience!
