Most boring tour I ever experienced. No guide presentation, no disguise. 1/10 only of the talk was pertinent. We left after 20min. It was cold we are in november but please put some effort for your lady halloween tourists

Gained some knowledge about Salem and the witch trials. Scheduled tour guide did not show at designated time. First tour guide told us he would arrive shortly but, never showed. Took the later tour with a very unprepared individual, who was not professional.

Sam was an amazing tour guide who told us a lot about Salem that we wild have never known about even going above and beyond and took us to see Chestnut St which the houses were amazing but overall he was great at what de does!

We drove into town and were unable to find parking, even though I got to town two hours before the tour started. We spent 1 hr 45 minutes trying to find parking before we gave up. I emailed about our experience and have heard nothing.
To be fair, being anywhere near Salem in October is a challenge. I'm hopeful for a refund, or a credit to use sometime off season.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having William as our tour guide and we can confidently say that he was THE BEST tg we had through our Massachusetts journey! He truly brought the history of Salem to life! He was witty, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and he cares! Arrived a few minutes to 8:30. Website said the bewitched statue as meeting place. When I looked up reservations it said a different meet place. Missed our tour guide & just followed another one. Not interesting at all.

Laina was an excellent tour guide. She was professional and knowledgable. We had a small group, so she took the time to answer all our questions and allowed us to take photos before moving on to the next location. Most memorable part was the four different sites that we visited and the story behind them. Our tour guide Geoffrey was very good and informative 👍 I was a little upset to find out that there was an extension part of the tour that you had to pay additional fees on top of what you already paid for the tour 😢 Without the extension you only visit four sites. 😡
