Excellent Shuttle to Rome

Process was seamless. Our driver (Gregory?) arrived ahead of time at the cruise port with a large passenger van which was spotless. The drive to Rome was pleasant, safe, and he certainly knew how to navigate Roman traffic to get us to the Termini train station on time. He explained some highlights along the way. Highly recommended.

Gets You Directly to the Ship @ the Pier!

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

Superior service!

Mia Limo is an exceptionally good service provider. Matteo is a superior driver. His communication was consistent and excellent. He met us right in baggage claim as we arrived and was easy to find. He got us to Rome and provided lots of helpful information along the way. The car was clean, comfortable and beautiful. There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up. The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.

Wonderful transport option from cruise port

We took this car service from our cruise port to Rome. They were fantastic!! The driver was waiting for us right outside the cruise luggage pickup as we exited the building. It was so convenient with 8 people (2 adults, 3 grandparents, 3 kids) and 6 large bags. The car had great air conditioning as well which is sometimes hard to find in Europe.

Masterful Rome Navigation Due to Road Closures

Our driver arrived early for pickup knowing full well that road closures for a bicycle race were likely in our area. Leaving from Rome city center, he navigated a labyrinth of city streets to find an open way out of the city to bring us out to our cruise from Civitivecchia.
