We have a friend in Rome!

Luca is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We had a great time hanging out with Luca as he showed us beautiful photo op spots and taught us about the history of sites. He treated us to the best gelato (and we ended up staying there after for lunch, after the tour. Highly recommend!). He was a bit late to pick us up but was very responsive and never rushed us even when we felt bad that he had another tour after. The photos he took of us were fabulous and he even taught us some really nice new poses. We felt like celebrities as people kept taking pictures of the car and ask about the tour. The car we got was bright yellow which looked gorgeous in photos! Thanks for the fun day Luca!

Our tour guide explained and told us history on every single location. Walked with us as she narrated them. She knew the best angles for pictures. She gave us memories to last a lifetime.

Very good tour with no issues getting through lines and seeing what was important. Livio was great, even was able to pickup at airport when flight got cancelled!! Marco was very engaging and entertaining and able to bypass crowded portions of tour and saved us from being delayed or having to take extra steps. Excellent choice of local restaurant for lunch. Both very knowledgeable guides and driver. You’ll enjoy these two!!

A Wonderful Way to See Rome in a Day

Truly seeing all that Rome has to offer would take days, if not weeks. But, if you want a good, clean, safe, and efficient way to see the highlights in a day coming from the cruise port in Civitavecchia, this is the way to go. A private car took us into the city and showed the sights with nearby parking. We pre-arranged a timed entry to see inside of the Colosseum and had a great experience there. We also got to see the Forum from several angles even though we did not go inside. We saw a bit of everything including St. Peter’s Square and the Trevi Fountain. One highlight might have been the beautiful Christ the Redeemer statue by Michelangelo in the Church of Santa Maria Soprano Minerva. The only negative was that they tried to steer us to a more tourist lunch but we begged off and enjoyed slow food at a Michelin recognized spot near the flower market.

Fantastic tour, guide, and driver. Excellent experience.

This was an excellent trip. Andrea was the driver and Nicola was the guide. They picked us up at the hotel and were on time. They were both very friendly and accommodating. Nicola has a fantastic personality and was born in Rome. He is an excellent Historian as well which made the tour intriguing all the way through. We learned so much on this trip about the Vatican, art, artists, museums, and all the historical sites we visited. And we learned about Rome along the way to our destinations. It was myself, husband, and our 25 and 23 year old son and daughter, (and they LOVED IT!). They actually said they wished we booked Nicola for all of our tours because he was that good and entertaining. Access was simplified, not waiting in long lines was great, and a personalized experience is the only way to go. In a short time we maximized the highlights of Rome. I highly reccommend this tour and guide. We had fun and a lot of laughs.

We paid for a small group...

We paid for a small group of 6 tour & ended up with a group of 14 as we were joined by another car of 8. They were late which delayed our excursion start by about 30 minutes & I was very disappointed that I thought we had paid for a group of 6 to tour with & had a larger group to maneuver about Rome with.... (was delayed twice because of the 2nd group). The tour guide & our tour of Rome was excellent. (I would like some clarification about the tour changing from 6 to 14 people - I would recommend the excursion but not sure about the small group if it means you are going to be joined with other small groups. This was not what I thought we were paying extra for??? I really feel like we should get some money back for the larger tour group &/or that it should be mentioned in the description that it is a car for 6 & not a tour group of 6 you are paying for.... Again, The tour guide & the tour of Rome was excellent.

Simple to do and perfect service

We only did this last minute as we had a few hours to kill in Rome before flight home. Literally outside the door of the station and can’t miss it. Right next to where we caught the bus back to airport so was so so easy. Straight in and no issues. Even left a jacket with them strapped to case and they were fine
