Max and Johnny were...

Max and Johnny were fantastic! Would definitely recommend them! We were a larger group so we required two bikes and they did a good job pedaling next to each other so we could still be together and hear the same things. They were patient and knowledgeable, and of course funny! We booked this because one of our family members has some limited mobility, but honestly this was a wonderful way to see Central Park for everyone. We did the 1 hour tour but wish we had booked 2!

Sobering and fascinating...

Sobering and fascinating and emotional and informative. Great guide Sean who was nearby on his bicycle and survived. Grounds are beautiful. Museum is very very well presented. Views from top of freedom tower were outstanding. One of the best tours we have ever taken, anywhere. Worth the 4.5 hours we allotted and could've spent more time in all 3 zones.

Great tour of the MET

Fabulous way to see New York City!

Best part of our trip! I cannot recommend taking this luxury boat tour enough! First of all Mike, the boat owner and our captain the day we were on board, is a great guy. He was so patient with helping my elderly parents get on and off the boat. He gave a great deal of interesting information, but didn't overtalk like some folks do on tours. He made sure all along the way that we were having a great te and took pics of us at all the best spots to grabs pics. He answered all my silly questions and was just lovely. Seeing Lady Liberty from the Hudson is so moving. Totally worth the cost to do this instead of the larger boats.

Amazing and insightful tour.

Raymond was a wealth of knowledge and shared the passion he has for NY and 9/11. The pictures he added were also a nice addition. His portion was about 2 hours. My only advice is to allow at least 2 hours after his portion to have time to go through the museum which is sooo worth seeing.

Nothing like a clip-clop through Central Park

Fred was fantastic. We got a great historical overview of the area and he pointed out several spots from famous film scenes. There's nothing like a carriage ride through Central Park, even in the freezing cold – and my god it was cold – and nobody better than Fred to conduct it. Highly recommend!

Do the private tour, its worth it.

We had a family of 7 including my kids and grandparents so we decided to do a private tour. Its was the best decision. Orlando, our guide was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. My 17 year old with autism is a major history buff and Orlando made sure he answered all of his questions. I 100% recommend doing a private tour. Viator application was easy and practical for anybody to use.

Enjoyable tour of building that no longer exist!

We had a great time with John, our guide. Even though there are only a few vestiges of the “Gilded Age” left in New York, John provided a lot of historical information and anecdotes about famous People who lived during that era and the time passed quickly. John obviously has a lot of knowledge of the era and enjoys giving tours. Pace was doable for retirees. Tour ends at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where there are free restrooms. Personally, I think that the tour will be more enjoyable if you have watched The Gilded Age on HBO - helps with visualization.

Former New Yorker’s visit to One World Trade Center

It was an incredible experience. I went up with my friends (one from out of town, and one born and raised in Queens, I’m from Harlem NY), and it was such an incredible view! In all my years living in New York City, I’m sad I didn’t come sooner! Watching this tower get constructed to see what it is today is surreal. The staff were very friendly, informative, and made you feel welcome. One staff member took a picture for us at the observatory! Definitely will come again. The weather was rainy, but we were still able to see most of the city and surrounding areas. The options in the gift shop looked high quality and I was very tempted to purchase a hat (big 1 train fan). I will definitely be back here!

Best way to see NYC!

We had an amazing one-hour private boat tour with Captain Will! He was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly, making the entire experience fun and relaxing. We got to see so many iconic sights, including the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge and, of course, our favorite—the stunning Statue of Liberty. It was the perfect way to take in the city from the water. Highly recommend Captain Will for an unforgettable tour!
