Wonderful experience!

Very easy to find the meeting location. We arrived by ferry from Long Beach, and it is on the very recognizable green pier in the center of Avalon. I do not know where cruise ships tender to, but I think it would be easy to get to from there as well. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the sea life local to the area. We saw a TON of fish, a sea lion, and even a sea turtle! Of course, experiences vary, but it was a highlight of our entire vacation. Please note: there is the opportunity on board to purchase separately fish food to fire out into the water to attract fish - cash only and ranges from I think $3-25, depending on how many shots you want to fire. I would recommend doing that, though, as it brought a ton of fish over - totally worth it, but just factor that into your cost up front.

The tour was great! We went up to the mountains and was given a history of island which was fascinating. The driver did great and the tour guide was informative and kind! My one critic is that the voucher said “this isn’t your ticket you must redeem your voucher” and it took us to a random location. Long story short you don’t need to redeem the voucher just meet at the meeting point.

It was a great “get to know the island” tour which covers area most vehicles can’t enter. Thankfully we saw a male Bison or my nephew would have been disappointed 😅 Perhaps if we went on an a.m time slot, more animals would have appeared. We did the 2pm tour. Perfect weather so the views were amazing. Our tour guide Sergio and driver Timothy were fun and entertaining which helps for the learning factor.

Booked this 3 hour tour based on reviews and it did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our tour guide Cesar was very nice, informative and provided a lot of extra dish all while driving which is something in LA. He made us feel like stars while learning of the Hollywood stars. My family enjoyed the time at the Hollywood sign, when all the other tours just drive by, we are given the time to step out and take our pics. We especially loved those taken by our guide Cesar.

Excellent!! LA Tour!

Shawn was awesome - knowledgeable and enthusiastic about LA. He stayed with the bus at drop-offs so you could return if needed. There was a restroom at every stop. The stops were well timed, and great locations to explore. The bus was very comfortable, air conditioned - had WiFi and USB jacks. You could leave things on the bus if you desired. The tour was exactly as described and more.

Best Way to see LA from afar

This was a beautiful horseback tour through a section of Griffith Park. We saw so much iconic LA with the nature of California. Hydrate, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, you cannot carry a bag or water with you. You will get dusty! My horse and my daughter’s horses were so sweet. The cowgirls/tour guides instructed us very well to manage our horse on the trail. They were so helpful! We are both beginner riders and we had a blast. 10/10 would do again in a heartbeat.

Make sure to get there early for parking. The place was really easy to find the staff were really helpful. There’s a treasure hunting app that you can download when you get on the paddle boat. Make sure the lifejacket that they give you fits if it doesn’t let them know, and they will kindly give you a larger or smaller life jacket.

"Key" was our guide. She was very knowledgeable of LA and California! She was professional, kind and thorough when it came to travel/touring tips. She ensured we knew all the restroom stops and what our options were. She supplied bottled water! Thank you! She catered to all kinds of personalities with patience. Could not ask for a better guide! Notes: 1. Support guides by getting started on time with a reasonable grace period of 15 min. The guide should not be in a position to be, "the bad guy." 2. If everyone was on time or at least within 5-10 min-- we could have had a longer lunch. Althiugh, it was an hour; some food vendors at the Farmers Market had long lines and ulwards of 40 min wait times ONCE you ordered. 2. Let people know they will be left behind if they can't make the return times! ** I loved the QR code on the brochure to contact Customer Service** 3. Outdoor restrooms at G. Observatory are beyond gross. NOT guide's fault. 4. Last, I have well managed PTSD. Not sure how you'd prep folks; but let folks know that the Farmer's Market is the PERFECT lunch stopfor vakue, variety and quality but be prepared for tight, crowed and enclosed spaces with low tented/ceilings and little air movement. **Viator Tip** In website: 1. Suggest bring to bring extra toilet paper and even wet wipes for bathroom stops. 2. Bring your water bottle because it can be left on the bus during stops.

Very Interesting

This tour was so much fun. You get to ride around the studio lot on a tram for about an hour learning behind the scenes information. Then you get two hours to explore exhibits on your own and shop for souvenirs and eat at the café. Very much worth the price of admission just know ahead of time that parking is an extra $20.

Our driver Abel gave us a wonderful tour of Los Angeles, the Farmer’s Market, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach. Abel was very knowledgeable and showed us things we wouldn’t have seen on our own. It was a great day and well worth the money. We highly recommend this tour!
