Great tour! Our tour guide (I think his name was Brett) was terrific and provided tons of behind-the-scenes information like which scene in Friends was shot on a particular street, etc. He was also super friendly and helpful. We took our time going through the self-guided parts of the tour and it took us about 2.5 hours. We were in the first tour group of the day in before it got crowded so we might have made our way through things faster than some.
Remember, this is a true studio tour - no theme rides so if you're looking for rides, go up the hill to Universal. At the WB tour, you see lots of interesting things, pick up a few movie or TV trivia facts and have a great time. I highly recommend!

The best tour I’ve ever had at the studio. I was so amazed what go on how hard work ex executives the writers to producers the directors wow it was so amazing to see what you see on TV and to see it in person all plane and they gotta get in there in the design.

It was fine… it’s just a tourist trap and our tour guide was terrible. The self guided tour at the end was great, but not worth the $76 for the ticket. Go to universal studios instead

A bit underwhelmed considering the price we paid - a lot of Friends and Big Bang Theory references and set locations. Other TV shows and movies were mentioned by the tour guide but didn't really connect for our group. Final section at the end of the tour was fairly interesting - especially liked the set pieces for the super heroes characters including Batman. Not a bad tour but not a great one.

The WB is large and you need to able to get off and on the tram. I would have like to have seen more studios and maybe some dressing rooms. I also would have like to see some new shows items to purchase in the WB store like the Pitt!

Very old tour, not talking about any new shows. Pretty much Friends and Gilmore Girls and only say inside of one studio, the rest of the time looking out outside, like warehouse tour.

It was kinda boring. The tour guide knew a lot but she really stressed Gilmore girls ( which I have never seen) and there was nothing to see other than empty building fronts and closed up studios.

Because of some of the negative reviews on here we almost canceled our reservation. I am sooooo thankful that we decided to keep it because it has been one of the best days of my life! I love the show Friends. My daughter is actually named Rachel because of Friends. I am a huge movie goer. I cannot put into words how fascinating it was to see how sitcoms and movies are made. Our tour guide, Jennifer, was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable. We learned so many things! She took pics for our group as well. If you are a Friends lover I especially highly recommend the cafe and the gift shop but even if you do not like Friends the tour is absolutely outstanding and fantastic and I highly recommend it ! My whole family enjoyed it! Do it!

It was amazing! I’d never done a tour like that. The tour guide (Craig) was SO knowledgeable and entertaining. He was very passionate about his tour guide duties and had details and information that appealed to a variety of people. Going behind the scenes of some of my favorite TV shows was thrilling. The interactive experiences were exciting, too, and like nothing I’ve done before.

This was an amazing experience. I loved to see how artists and creative people behind the stars have to be at the top of their game.They take a structure and make it so believable to the movie. Even though the same structure was used in so many different Movies and shows before. I am now going to go back through movies just to see some of what I learned. The only thing I wish is that the Starbuck had the small WB. Expresso mugs. I like to use them with friend to talk about where they came from....maybe by the next time....<:

There was very little information about this tour - like where to meet or do once you arrived. I wish more information was given, like you are just booking your tickets for the event and that’s it. Just go in once you arrive. Most Viator events are “tours” and you meet with a guide. I went inside and talked with the people who worked there and they guided me through it and said it wasn’t very clear with the instructions given, which made me feel less crazy for sure. Loved the event itself, but I might of well have booked it on my own through warner brothers website.

Lots to see and learn about. Our tour guide spoke fast and was not easy to understand. Did not give the type of detailed tour that we expected.
If we had a better tour guide I would have given this a higher score!
