Our family was in the Los Angeles area for a week and had one day to see the city. This was a great way to do it. We were able to see all of the highlights without the stress of driving. We learned a lot of the history behind the sights. It was a great experience for us all.

everything was perfect. the guide took us very close to Hollywood sign, and our kids, who watch tik tok a lot for all the cool spots, were very happy about that.

Very old uncomrtable car and A/C didn't work. It was a very hot day and it is a torture to have a tour with this uncomfortable, old, dirty car. I have never imagined that this kind of old car exists in USA

Our custom tour bus is designed for comfort and convenience and air conditioning is used to the guests desired level. Our tour guide always asks the guest which is their preference. Though our driver was personable, his van was busted and dirty. The netted pockets behind each of the 14 seats in the vehicle were torn, the windows were severely smeared, and there was dirt streaked on the walls. Our transportation certainly was NOT deluxe as advertised. In addition, he though advertised on the site, he did not take us to the Farmer's Market. Instead, he took us to the Staple Center (it has been renamed the Crypto Arena). It could have been a great experience, but we had the wrong guide and the wrong van.

Our family of 7 (including 2 grade schoolers and 2 preschoolers and 1 elderly person) thoroughly enjoyed this amazing experience. Armand was a kind and consummate professional, as well as a wealth of knowledge about the history and current goings-on in LA--never met a a better or more genuine tour guide. The vehicle was comfortable, spacious, and ideal for viewing all of the natural and manmade beauty of city and surrounding areas. We were able to customize the trip on the fly to spend more time in places that interested us and minimize or skip those that didn't work for us. There were no hidden fees, no surprises and we returned at the end of the day feeling that we had really gotten to know the area, and even made a list of sites and activities to return to later in the trip. Well worth the money and time, we were so happy we chose to take this tour.

I have never been to Los Angeles. It was a wonderful experience - I was able to see lots of venues including the Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, Rodeo Drive, etc. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a glimpse of LA life.

Malibu drive was good. Unfortunately the tour was not worth the price. It was a good sightseeing opportunity. But the driver / guide did not follow the Viator tour itinerary. He missed Hollywood Sign, and was not offered to enter into the Griffith Observatory (which has tickets included as per the itinerary posted on Viator). He was about to skip Malibu pier but the asked. Later we had to question him about honoring Viator itinerary and then he tried to honor but did not offer to stop at Venice beach.. couldn't capture enough pics at some of the important spots. He took us to LA Outpost Estates to capture pics with Hollywood sign - which was not that great. Really disappointing...

We are surprised at your comments. You received the best service and all sights and stops listed were shown including Hollywood sign. Griffith Observatory is a stop with admission to the observation deck. This was shown with ample time for photos and browsing. All other locations were also shown and stops included.

Having gone through reviews, I personally sort out having Armand as my groups tour guide and I have to say, he didn’t disappoint. He met us at the chosen location pick up spot bang on time, he was so super knowledgable about LA and provided a running commentary on everything we had listed on our itinerary. And with the private tour, we were also able to even sneak in a few small extra things we wanted to see along the way (he’s remarkable adept at finding parking in what seems to be the most busiest of places!). Highly recommended, can’t thank him enough for making our visit so memorable. Thank you Armand 👏🏾

Driver was very courteous and flexible gave us lots of options whether or not we wanted to get out or just do a drive-by very knowledgeable about all the different things we drove by highly recommend if you have a full day in Los Angeles.
