This was hands down the only way to do Universal! Danny our tour guide was fun, kind, and very informative! He got us through a jam packed day in a breezy way. The lunch was tasty, we got to see the full production set for St Denis and then get on every ride in 5-10 minutes.

Worth the cost

I dont often say this but it was worth every penny. From the seamless valet parking, to the food, to our outstanding and HARDWORKING escorts Billy and Andrew, to the cleanliness of the park and the conscientious park workers - it was excellent. Our child wore a birthday button and by the end of the day over 100 park attendees has taken a moment to say Happy Birthday. Customer service at its finest.

This was hands down the only way to do Universal! Danny our tour guide was fun, kind, and very informative! He got us through a jam packed day in a breezy way. The lunch was tasty, we got to see the full production set for St Denis and then get on every ride in 5-10 minutes.

VIP is the way to go in this park. You get into see most of the major rides, and no waiting in lines. This was our second visit. Our guide was fair at best. His presentation was robotic and uninspired. We were placed, without consultation. with a family of 6, which included a developmentally challenged child. This slowed down our whole visit, while we waited for accommodations to be made.

From beginning to end, it was great the best experience I’ve had so far on the trip if you plan on going to Universal Studios if you do not do the VIP then you’re sadly missing out on a great time our tour guide Laura was absolutely fantastic.

It was not our favourite tour of the one week we spent in LA. We had fun but it's another buy amusement park with terrible food and drink options. I could not imagine doing the park without some type of speed pass or VIP, but for what they charge it's not worth the money.

Thrilling rides and massive clusters of beautiful film sets await!

I really enjoyed the VIP experience at Universal Hollywood. We got to skip the line for all the rides at least once, were provided a delicious free lunch, and saw lots of exciting movie sets and sound stages… we walked on the actual set of St Denis Medical! I didn’t realize just how many famous movies and shows have filmed at the sound stages we toured. Overall it was a great experience. Mike C was a phenomenal tour guide who ensured we were comfortable and enjoying the experience every step of the way. It’s clear he is very knowledgeable about the history of Universal and movie-making. If you’re torn between the regular admission and VIP experience, go with VIP! It is seriously worth the higher cost, especially when you get a look at the regular lines for rides.

You will never want to go to universal any other way

Warning, this will ruin you for ever going with a regular pass again 😂 this is 100% the best way to go to universal if you can afford it. Most of the time we’d get like 3-4 rides in a day with barely anything in Nintendo world. This let us get through every ride multiple times, have an awesome behind the scenes tour of the back lot, get to spend a ton of time in Nintendo world, and get to have an amazing breakfast and lunch.

I wasn't sure if it would be worth it but now that I've experienced it, I'm not sure I can ever go back to being a "regular" guest. The line jumping was huge but I didn't expect all the other perks. The food was probably my favorite part and was totally unexpected.

The Vip experience was the best money i ever spent. Once you go vip you will never go back to the norm. No lines, good food, great tour guides, Friendly and after everything is done you still have your pass to use for rides you didnt get to. A+++

The Very Best Way to Experience a Studio / Theme Park

It is so worth the price. Our knowledgeable guide Michael was with our small group every step of the way. We had a beautiful breakfast and buffet lunch at Moulin Rouge and got to experience all the rides. With the VIP pass you go right through in a separate line to get right on. Michael held our backpacks and hats. We rode a bus for the studio tour and experienced Harry Potter, Jurassic World and King Kong as well as Jaws and saw the back lots. We saw a stunt show. It was a fast paced, wonderful day that left us feeling satisfied and that we got our monies worth. The only way to go!

Great trip. no queues at all. our guide Victor was incredible, really helpful. It is really value for money especially if you want to go through all the rides.

No one got back to me and I tried several times to contact guide so I knew were to meet . Food was not that great in VIP

Not worth the money unless you do the rides all day Food was not great in VIP room . No one told me were to meet my guide . Also I had a VIP pass but when I tried to use it at the Water World experience they said I just have a general pass so I left .

Honestly this was worth every penny! No queuing, excellent guide, patience for kids needing loo stops constantly… & asking relentless questions. Arrived at 9:30 /valet parking. 11pm meet for film studio tour then park access till close. We had done every ride by 7pm some we did twice & bailed by 8:30 after dinner as we were exhausted!

Not worth the money, we got screamed at after our guide ditched all of the parties attached to him.

The experience was ok, our guide ditched us and then we got yelled at, at the shows because our guide ditched all of the parties attached to him. There were three parties in total. Two groups of 4, which included us and a group of 2. He brought us to the waterworld show and just left and told us there was special seating inside for us. When we entered our whole group got yelled at by some guy holding the VIP seating sign. He said only tours with their guides can sit in there or ones whose guides reserved that spot for them. The guy screamed at us, and spoke to all of us so rudely, it was so bad we wanted to leave the park. I will never pay to do that experience again, and I won’t recommend it to anyone and we work in the travel industry and make recommendations daily for these types of attractions and places for people to visit. So disappointed in Universal.

I read reviews that said we wouldn't be disappointed with the VIP experience and they were right! My husband, 18 year old son, 7 year old daughter and I all found lots to enjoy. Owen was our tour guide. He was excellent- deep knowledge, asked fun and engaging questions and was very invested in us having an amazing time. Great gluten free options for the lunch. I will say that it got a little long for my 7 y.o., and some of the rides selected for our group she opted out of because they were too intense for her. But she wasn't the only one and Owen wasn't at all judgemental. In fact, he did a wonderful job explaining the rides so we could select which would be most appropriate for her. I think my 18 yo he'd the best time out of us all because he was able to take advantage of the full scope of Owen's knowledge. Can't beat the nicer trolly and skipping all the lines!!! Highly recommend especially for movie-loving families!

Absolutely worth the money to skip the queues and step straight onto rides!! Pre tour refreshments in VIP lounge and lunch on the balcony at the Moulin Rouge was amazing and Peter our tour guide was very informative, fun and accommodating. We loved the studio back lot tour, together with special access and opportunity to walk in areas other guests would not get access too...and the valet parking made the whole day stress free and extra-special.

This is our second time enjoying the VIP experience. We brought the kids this time and the experience did not disappoint! We had such a great time and had the opportunity to ride all but 1 ride and see the WaterWorld show with our amazing guide Libni! The greatest opportunity was learning and seeing completely different sets and part of the studio tour than the first time. We will 100% be back to visit and will purchase the VIP experience.
