Tour was good. Driver drove aggressively. Did not point out or make allowance for restrooms. Did not cover Malibu.

I have always enjoyed Viator tours but this was an exception for so many reasons. Scary, unsafe driving tops the list. Weaving in and out traffic, going through red lights, and driving over the speed limit made us feel very scared driving with our tour guide. This should NEVER happen!!
Two, the tour is listed as around 6 hours. Our driver ended the tour after 3 hours and 40 minutes. What a ripoff! This is probably because he didn’t take us to 3 of the places that were listed on the itinerary! What nerve! We were so disappointed and angry!
Three, the tour promises air conditioned vehicle and water bottles. We received neither. It was a HOT day and we sat sweating in the back seat of an unkempt personal vehicle with windows down the whole time and no offer of water.
The whole tour was a sham and most importantly, unsafe. We called and asked for our money back and are waiting to hear. I hope Viator does the right thing.

We are surprised by your review since you had an expert guide who gave you an experience you said you enjoyed during the trip. At no time was safety an issue as safety is always our top concern. The tour time is an estimate based on factors including traffic conditions which may be lighter than usual and group size which may be smaller rather than larger. All listed sights and stops were made, except guest refused a major stop in Venice beach and chose to keep driving. Tour guide took photos of your tour for you. Bottled water is available upon request. Guest has options to ride windows open or with air conditioning and guide made adjustments accordingly. We hope you enjoyed all the sights on your tour you took.

We saw so many key points in one day without feeling rushed. No need to drive, to worry about parking or finding the areas. Our guide knew all the best spots plus extra tidbits we we excited to hear about. He never rushed us and made sure we were happy with the time spent at each place. 100%best way to sitesee

We ended up with a private tour with Arman. It was an intimate way to see the sights. Arman was very punctual, kind and provided so much history & insight. He made sure we got to see the Hollywood sign since it was very foggy in the morning. He went back in the afternoon. The tour lasted 5 hours. Although we didn't get to visit Malibu Pier, we still enjoyed it.

The most memorable part of the trip was seeing all the places we'd heard of and how they connected. Abe our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information as we went along. He was very relaxed and when we stopped at various places he gave us as long as we wanted to take a look. We were the only people on the tour so it was very personal service which we appreciated. Recommended.

Driver turned up at the SLS Hotel for our tour. At the time the weather was not to good due to the rain.
The driver was very knowledgeable of LA but decided to do the tour with beaches first. Did not make sense as the forecast was the weather would be better in the afternoon. Did not stop due to the rain by the coast but did not make Malibu Pier! Been to Santa Monica before but Venice was interesting.
If we had stuck to Hollywood first as the original itinerary, it would have been a more eventful day. By 4pm it was brilliant sunshine In Beverly Hills.
