Tour that all enjoyed both young and old.
Estevan is an experienced guide who had great knowledge and met the needs of kids and adults. The tour was a great length and even had a passport for the kids to complete inside the observatory. We also had a ticket included in our package for the theatre experience which should not be missed.
It can be cold at night, so pack a jacket and finally... allow plenty of time for parking as this is a popular venue and it may take a while to find a spot and walk to the observatory.

Sasha has a real passion...
Sasha has a real passion for teaching and explaining the villa. My experience with her has no negatives. If you want someone who has love for history, please a have tour with Sasha. I personally cannot wait to go back and have another tour with Sasha at the other places she tours.

Great day for an "old salt"
Our Guide was fantastic! Charles (a retired US Navy Captain was very knowledgeable about President Roosevelt's secret trip on the Iowa during WWII andkept us engaged with his questions at e phase of the tour. He was awesome. My father a Korean war vet had a great time, not only learning about the secrete mission but also reminiscing with the Captain about his time in the Navy. Thank you Charles!

Amazing tour!
It was amazing!! We did the full tour and the guide was so funny! He took amazing photos of us in front of the sign! If you did the full tour you got to see the sign from the back and it was very interesting to see!! I would totally recommend this experience. It was one of my favorite parts of the trip!

I had an amazing time...
I had an amazing time visiting the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles! The exhibits are beautifully curated, and everything feels so immersive — from the massive dinosaur skeletons in the Dinosaur Hall to the sparkling gems and minerals displays. You can really tell how much care and effort goes into preserving and presenting each collection.
The museum is way bigger than it looks from the outside, so plan to spend a few hours exploring. Every room feels like stepping into a different world — nature, history, evolution, and even the present-day urban wildlife of LA. It’s educational, fun, and perfect for both kids and adults.
The staff were kind and helpful, the place was spotless, and the layout made it easy to move from one area to another without feeling rushed. My favorite part was seeing how they connect science with storytelling — it makes you appreciate just how incredible our planet’s history is.
If you love learning or just want a relaxing day surrounded by fascinating exhibits, this place is absolutely worth it. I’d definitely come back again — there’s always something new to discover!

Chris is an awesome storyteller!
Chris is fantastic! We have done multiple tours around the world and the experience depends almost entirely on the guide. Chris was "best of the best". He is a fantastic storyteller and weaves history, culture and trivia into his tales. Personally, I'm not a true crime fan, but my daughter is and we surprised her for her birthday. She loved it! She is mature so could handle the graphic nature of the tour (Chris might have toned down a few parts), but this is certainly not a kid-friendly tour (but that should be pretty obvious). Highly recommended!
(Oh, I also appreciate that Chris did not pull the manipulative move that many tour guides do now where they ask how the tour was and ask you to write a review while hovering over you. It appears that all the stellar reviews are—like this one—genuine).

Such a great fun...
Such a great fun experience. Our tour guide Kevin was excellent, you could tell he was very passionate in sharing his knowledge of the island with our group. Would recommend friends and family to go! Wished I would of booked the 2 hours vs 50 minutes lol

La Brea Tar Pits visit
This was my first time visiting the La Brea Tar Pits and museum. My parents grew up in Southern California and often talked about it whenever we were in the area so I’ve always been curious about what it looked like and have wanted to visit. We were in the area and had a few hours to burn so we decided to check it out. We found it interesting. You can walk around outside of the museum free of charge but we chose to visit the museum as well and were glad we did. It is a smaller museum so we got through it in about an hour.

Sailing in Redondo
The captain was wonderful. I learned so much history. I received as promised a fabulous trip and I got to see sea lions beautiful ocean fish and a great Captain of the Ship. I will do this again and tell everyone I know about a beautiful way to spend an afternoon.

Fantastic tour by Ben!
Ben was our tour guide, and he was fantastic! He is an aspiring actor who not only gave us the scoop on all of the celebrity houses, but also a perspective of the acting hustle in Hollywood. He was a terrific guide, and even went over our allotted time to show us some additional houses. Fantastic tour!

A beautiful extensive day visiting and learning, natural and art history!
Our tour guide Paul was very professional and knowledgeable, especially about the La Brea tar pits better known as asphalt. After a good hour at the tar pit, we headed over to Lacma/Broad museums, which Paul gave us the rundown on some of the outdoor art. The tour does not include visiting inside of the museum. I would totally recommend buying a ticket or becoming a member to explore the three floors of diversified art, including South American, primitive art, Buddhist artifacts,Picasso‘s Andy Warhol and Lichtenstein. There is a wonderful German art exhibition. We then headed over to the car museum on the first floor. You’ll have to buy a ticket to go into the rest of the museum, but it was spectacular. A wonderful café to eat lunch. The next stop was at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. If you’re a fan of movies and Academy Awards, it was very interesting and nostalgic. The tour includes this museum ticket and you could spend half a day watching and reading all about the different ways movies are made. We finished at the top of the sphere where you can look out over LA and the tar pits. We had a fabulous day exploring all the museums.
