I really enjoyed the swan boat experience—it was such a fun and relaxing activity. The ride itself was smooth and easy, perfect for just taking your time and enjoying the scenery. The ducks were absolutely gorgeous and added to the whole vibe. It felt peaceful but still entertaining at the same time. Definitely something I would recommend if you’re looking for a cute, low-key experience to enjoy outdoors.

It was my first going , it was a good experience . It was fun and it was really nice night . All the swans where light up and there was ducks in the pond . It good place to take your family .

What To Expect

Head to Echo Park Lake to pick up your swan boat for your 1-hour excursion. Choose from an array of departure times to suit your busy schedule.

Explore the picturesque lake, featuring signature lotus beds and a charming fountain, aboard these pedal boats. Equipped with shaded canopies, the large swan boats offer a comfortable ride, and a spacious back seat allows passengers to forego pedaling and simply relish the scenic views.

Feel free to bring your own food and drinks on board to create a perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Note: all boaters are required to wear Coast Guard-approved life vests.

The tour ends back at the dock.

It is usually a good experience. We were assigned a boat that simply refused to be steered, so most of our hour was spent getting flashed with a flashlight for going over the barrier. I did not enjoy this most recent trip at all.

This is way a very nice experience, especially having a Picnic by the swans/geese! Good for the price make sure to make a reservation before you go in line. Or else you’re just waiting for nothing! Book your reservations now !

It was really nice to see the fountain up close in our little swan boat! We had a nice time going around the lake, but the steering on our swan was a bit busted, it only really turned left! Also the workers seem under paid bc they didnt seem that happy to be here. Come onnn, its 2026. They did a great job getting everyone in their boat. I hope they unionize or something.

This was a very relaxing, lovely experience. It was a beautiful sunny day. The attendents were very helpful as my spouse needed assistance getting on and off the swan boat. There was no line and we were happily escorted to our boat.

This is a really fun experience, it's just not run as well as it could be. Despite making a reservation, I still had to wait in a 15-minute line with all the people who did not make a reservation. Then the light timer on our boat turned off after 40 minutes, instead of 60 minutes. They offered to let us go back out, but by the time we had paddled in, it was already getting late. Also, not their fault, but it did take us 30 minutes to find parking. Then we had to walk half a mile because we parked on the exact wrong side of the lake. Okay, actually they could put up a flag or something, so you can see from the road where the dock is to get on the swans so you park on the right side of the lake.

The moon was full. Fun and romantic. Even for an old and fat couple! Bring your camera. Glad I wore sandals as feet got a little wet. Not bad but a little water under the pedals in the swan boat. Definitely recommend!

Not again, not what they advertise

Crap customer service. Roped off to a small area so not as advertised the nice big area shown. Paid for the night time because it had lights and seemed romantic. Yep nope. They sent us off without them on which we thought ok maybe they'll come on soon but they didn't it wasn't until we pulled in to get out then the girl switch it on and we were like oh that would of been nice to have on during our ride and she just had a smugg look on her face. Very rude.

Needed to reschedule prior due to partner getting covid. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful. We didn’t get to go, I didn’t get a reschedule or my money back. The refund policy on the confirmation email stated we had up to an hour to prior to move the reservation.
