Don't pay for premier pass

Gia was funny and informative tour guide. Do not pay for premier pass. The Zipline was another shuttle ride outside of parks. Wish we had known this because we wouldn't of paid. We ended up not doing it because we didn't want to cut short our time inside the parks.

Great day trip to Bryce Canyon & Zion National Park

It’s a great trip for a family, friends or by yourself. It’s a long trip but there are plenty of breaks. The coach is very comfortable. My tour guide Paulie was informative and friendly. He comunicated very well where we were going and how long it would take us. He was always on time. It was an excellent trip and felt it was a great value.

I was at the wrong pickup...

I was at the wrong pickup spot today for our Grand Canyon tour, but our tour guide Jesse did everything he could to help me get to the correct location. He was very patient, understanding, and stayed in communication with me throughout the situation. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Even though the mix-up was on my end, he did his best to make sure I got on the right track. Thank you for being so helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this tour and Jesse!!

Best day out with best tour guide TROY!!

e had the most amazing day out on our Vally of Fire tour, and a huge part of that was down to our fantastic tour guide TROY ! He was absolutely incredible from start to finish—friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. It was an incredibly hot day, but he constantly made sure we had plenty of cold drinks to keep us refreshed, and he even took lots of photos for us so we could capture all the special moments. We also had some special dietary requirements, and he made sure everything was arranged perfectly for lunch, which was such a thoughtful touch. He took us to some truly amazing places and showed us incredible sights that we’ll never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better day out. Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end—we would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

All passengers got a cold...

All passengers got a cold bottle of water upon getting on, which I didnt know about. It was a nice little surprise. Being about to see the strip in a fun and unique way made the trip so fun and my kids and I would absolutely do it again! Our driver, Dave, was fun and really made us feel so fun and safe!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience on this tour! Sarah was an excellent guide, and Denise was a great driver. The tour started at 5:00 AM, so we knew it was going to be a long day, but the vehicle was comfortable and spacious enough for the long drive, which helped during the early start. The lunch provided was also very complete and enough to keep us energized throughout the day. It included a sandwich, a pastry, a piece of fruit, and a juice. We also really appreciated the language support. Sarah spoke both English and Chinese, while Denise spoke Spanish, which made communication easy for everyone on the tour. We had such a great time visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend and really enjoyed the entire experience. Everything was very well organized, and we even arrived back around 7:00 PM, much earlier than the estimated return time, which was a great surprise. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely do this tour again. Highly recommended!

Amazing tour with excellent views

The tour was organised very well. They even accommodated morning pickup to my location by letting me hop on a different company bus to the actual bus. The buses themselves were very good, clean and comfortable. Our guide Olivia and driver Chen were amazing. Food could be better. No breakfast (a granola bar was given). Considering we board the bus at 4:50am, a breakfast option is needed. Lunch was a sandwich (which was okay). Other than that, everything was excellent.

Amazing tour. The lunch...

Amazing tour. The lunch provided was bigger than I thought (sub sandwich, chips, apple, and cookies). The itinerary doesn't mention this but the bus also made a stop at a gas station on the way to and from the Grand Canyon, so you're able to go to the bathroom and buy food/drinks if you're hungry. Note that when you arrive, the tour guide will try to get you to buy his extra $20 guided tour by telling you that the options are to either go with him and "see things you wouldn't see otherwise" ... or walk 3 miles straight on your own. DO NOT let them fool you. Yes, the walk along the trail is 3 miles but there is a free bus line that runs parallel to the path which you can take at any moment if you get too tired. That bus takes you directly to the meeting point as well as other points of interest. I will admit that the $20 guided tour sounds worth it if you would rather stay in a group. And yes they DO show you stuff of interest so I wouldn't call it a scam, but just know that you can have a similar experience by researching what to see near the Grand Canyon "Rim Trail" and going yourself. Other than that, it's amazing and the guide/driver are both kind and knowledgeable. This is definitely the best priced Grand Canyon trip on the app by far.

Excellent Tour of Both Parks!

Great small group tour to see Zion and Bryce. Our guide and driver, Anthony, was excellent! He was very friendly and informative as we went along through the day and made sure we stayed hydrated (provided plenty of cold water) and had sunscreen. Stopped for plenty of potty breaks as well. He took us to the best overlooks and stops at both parks and even took pictures of us at some of the spots. We had plenty of time on our own to explore as well and we had a great scenic hike through Zion where we saw a Crane on the Virgin River and several Mule Deer (buck, doe and fawn). It was a beautiful day with amazing scenery that we won’t soon forget! The ride back to Vegas was cool and comfortable after a long, hot day. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience both parks in one day.

Excellent tour, highly recommend! Our day began early with a helicopter ride from Vegas to the grand canyon. While in the air, the pilot pointed out landmarks and gave us information on the history of the area we were flying over. After returning to the a airport we took a van to the colorado river where we met our guide Salah. We kayaked to emerald cave, took photos in the cave, stopped for a tasty lunch that was supplied to us, hiked up to an old guage house, and saw some longhorn sheep before we returned to shore. We were vanned back to our hotel by the helicopter company. Everyone was so friendly and knowledge. We had a wonderful time and plan on booking the full day kayak tour next time we come back to Vegas.
