It was extremely well run. The tour guide Kathy was amazing. Well worth it but a very long day! We saw the Hoover Dam and the Western Rim of the Grand canyon and the Joshua tree Forest. The guide was informative and there were plenty of drinks and snacks.
If you are in Las Vegas and want to see the Grand Canyon then this is the trip to do, especially if the thought of getting up really early is putting you off. Jon was our driver and guide. He welcomed us warmly at pick up and took time to get to know each guest in the small group. His knowledge was amazing and he made the trip feel very personal to each one of us. The special touches were great, like his choice of music when we could see the lights of Las Vegas. Highly recommended.
Max was an excellent tour guide. So knowledgeable and nice. Van was clean and snacks and drinks were provided.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our driver, Tyno, was friendly, funny, and incredibly accommodating throughout the trip. He drove very smoothly, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We also appreciated the abundance of cold beverages and light snacks provided along the way. Our tour guide Tran provider great service during our Grand Canyon West tour. He is very knowledgeable of the area of it's culture and history. He provided us snacks and drinks which was a plus. Use his service for your tour. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this to solo female travellers looking for a safe and comfortable way to explore outside the strip, especially if the Grand Canyon was on your bucket list like me!
Our guide, Chad, was just great! He shared super interesting insights along the way about the Hoover dam, Dolan Springs, native Indians who manage the west canyon and Las Vegas in general. He gave clear instructions and provided plenty of rest stops throughout the day.
Meeting points can be tricky as Vegas hotels are a maze, so I recommend locating them in advance or giving yourself enough time to do so.
This was an amazing tour from start to finish. From pickup to drop off it was a total of 10 hours. Celeste was really informative and had so much knowledge about everywhere we went. Would highly recommend!

I had read on some forums that visiting the West rim was not like seeing the real Grand Canyon. But our views were everything I could’ve hoped for. We also enjoyed the brief stop and walk at Joshua Tree.
The snacks and drinks were plentiful and the lunch was delicious – – much better than I expected. I highly recommend this trip.
This was a great experience. The skywalk was definitely a must do. I personally enjoyed Guana point with so many advantageous viewpoints
Josiah was our tour guide and he was amazing! For anyone that would like to get off the strip and see natures beauty at its best, this is a great tour. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Josiah was knowledgeable and a great guide! Highly recommend!!
Our tour guide Bobby is very good, entertaining which makes our tour very special. It is the highlight of our trip in Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend this tour.
To be honest the trip was a bit long, the sky bridge was definitely the highlight of the tour. Max tours were fantastic with a good knowledgeable guide in Joey, if i came back i would definitely book with Max Tours they have a very experienced team.
probably better to go during daylight savings time, since this is a late departure adventure. We did the skywalk which included a lovely lunch. However we ended up with very limited daylight time at the canyon; the sun was already low by the time we finished lunch, and there was lots of shadowing in the canyon.
We stopped at the Hoover Dam and the Joshua Tree forest on the way to the Grand Canyon - both were worthwhile.
The guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
We were the last pick up for the trip and thus were in the back of the bus which had 4 seats across and was a tight fit - not the most comfortable, but we still enjoyed the experience.

Our guide Ken was awesome. He gave us so much information about the Grand Canyon and the Mojave Desert.
This was a small almost private tour in a comfortable van from Vegas. Appreciated the late start at 10 AM but still got to see the Hoover Dam, Joshua tree, and ample time at the canyon. Brian was our driver and guide. He made the experience personal, interesting and very professional. It was the perfect easy getaway to see the Grand Canyon. If you were looking for an easy way to see the majestic beauty of the canyon, this is definitely the trip to take.

We appreciated the later pick up. The vehicle was comfortable. There were plenty of drinks and snacks. Our driver James was informative and very nice. We saw the Hoover Dam from several perspectives made a stop at Joshua tree Forest and then went to the Grand Canyon where we had plenty of time to look around and explore and enjoy beauty.
The only issue we had was that we found it hard to hear the driver because the microphone only went so loud and there was a lot of ambient noise. We also appreciated James’ we also appreciated James’s giving us ideas for restaurants and things to do in Las Vegas as we drop guests off at their respective hotels on the way back.
Our driver/tour guide James was fantastic. We had the perfect amount of time in each location.
We appreciated the endless supply of water and snacks and loved the small size of our group. Transportation was roomy, clean and comfortable.
The small group setting made the tour more personalized. Orlin, our tour guide/driver was very friendly and accommodating. We made pitstops along the way, which allowed us to get snacks and drinks from the back of the van. This also accommodated restroom breaks.

The trip was the best ever trip from Las Vegas we have done. Corey was the best guide ever, she is a credit to Max Tours. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a very good driver. We will definitely check out other Max Tours on our next visit to Las Vegas.
