The city pass was a great investment. Once we learned how to use the passes everything was okay. Two of the attractions were closed and we weren't aware of it, before scheduling. We were still able to pick other attractions to use all our passes. I highly recommend getting the City Passes because it'll help save some money.
I also suggest that City Pass have a monthly software update to ensure what attractions are still open and available.

The rating is for Viator who booked us on a tour that wasn’t included in the Go City attractions. Viator gave us specific instruction on where to meet and confirmed more than once what was included. When we got to location to redeem our tickets, I was told they were for another tour at a different location and had already departed. Viator said they would investigate, but I’m not confident they will make it right. This was a chance to sell my friends on using Viator…not a good first impression.

Vegas. We used the 3 attraction pass which all worked. We used the Big Bus which was a little difficult to work out where its stops were. The Linq wheel was amazing. Eiffel Tower had great views and if you time it right you can watch the Belagio fountain from there.

No Direction For Options Available

There is no direction on what needs to be done to get to many of the options. No phone numbers to contact them. For the Eiffel Tower viewing they need a specific number that’s not the booking or reference number. I never received that via email and it’s not on the app. So this pass made it harder than just going to the event and getting tickets.

I ended up canceling my reservations. I did request for my refund and still waiting for a response from the company. When I contacted viator, they told me to contact the tour operator and that information was on the tickets. I was unable to contact the tour operator because their phone number was not on the tickets. So I contacted viator again and they told me to contact gocity.com. When I called gocity, they just told me to contact viator for a refund. Again I called viator to request a refund and they just referred me back to tour operator. I told them the tour operator information is not on the tickets or listed. Viator said they would call me back with a number of the tour operator. So I have been waiting for 3 days now for a phone number and still no call from viator. So now, I strongly recommend no one should make reservations thru this app since they are no help at all.

Great visit at Madam Tussaud's in Vegas. I was glad to see her statue today as i don't recall seeing it in New York. There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in with our online ticket purchase but we worked through it. I thought most of the figures were the same height, a bit short, while Wayne Newton towered above all others.

This should have been noted or we should have be notified before we purchased these attractions. The value is great, and the options are numerous, but allow yourself plenty of time. I would only recommend one location per day due to lines and traffic/ walking distance. Also, *do not* rely on public transportation if you are on a schedule.

Huge scam, chose the 5 attractions pass and was not able to get on any of them, the only one I was able to get on was the big bus and they dropped us off at the Mob Museum and never came back to keep the tour going, waited for over 2 and a half hours and finally had to take a Lyft Ride to the hotel that charged me extra $13.99. Tried to go twice to the Eiffel Tower and acces was denied, big Wheel was the same story. Finally, tried to call Viator and they stated that all sales are final and they can not refund my money ... paid all this money for 3 passes and just waisted all my money down the drain ... almost $300 dollars for the 5 attractions pass for me, my husband and my son and ended up with NOTHING but extra bills to ride back to my hotel. Viator did NOTHING to solve the issue or find a solution so DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY or do businesses with this company

we enjoyed almost all the attractions(Madame tour., Human body exhibit, effle tower,big ferris wheel. The limited choices and limited number of(2,3,5,7) for the price was not worth it. We had hard time finding food choices. My daughter should had children pass rather then adult because few attractions were 1/3 the price for adult so paying for adult pass for her was not worth the money. We have had CITY PASS in other city that were better value the this pass.

We went to the Marvel experience at Treasure Island, some good interactive displays and good photos to take of your favourite heros. Then we went to Madam Tassauds and was able to take some great photos with our fav singers and actors, good fun. The aquarium was really enjoyable at the Mandalay just wished it could have been longer.
