To maximize your time at the Canyon and minimize time spent on the bus, we limit the number of hotel stops for pickup. Our designated pickup locations are strategically placed along the Las Vegas Strip and in downtown, ensuring that your assigned pickup point will be either next to your hotel or just a short walk away. After booking, please contact us to confirm your exact pickup location. Your pick up location will be one of the following : GOLDEN NUGGET - 6am - At the bus pickup area next to Chick-Fil-A STRATOSPHERE - 6:10am - At the uber/lyft pickup area CIRCUS CIRCUS - 6:15am - Out the front (facing Las Vegas BLVD) underneath the giant clown TREASURE ISLAND - 6:25am - Outside the main doors to the right of the taxi/valet pickup area BALLYS/HORSESHOE - 6:35am - At the Uber/Rideshare pickup area PARK MGM - 6:50am - At the UBER/Rideshare pickup area EXCALIBUR - 7am - At the Rotunda Bus Pickup Area (which is located behind Starbucks) Please note: It's important to be at the pick-up location at the correct time, but there is a possibility that the bus could arrive at your hotel a few minutes after that time, as it has to visit other hotels first and traffic can sometimes cause the bus to be delayed.

A:Yes they do! Additionally, you are never on the bus for more than 45 minutes without a bathroom break. We make regular bathroom stops for all of our tours. We want you to be as comfortable as possible when you are our guests for the day.

We had a great time beautiful pictures until we got stuck in a flood and had to sit on the bus for 5 plus hour.And they lnow a flood was coming around 4:15 pm and we should have left early

The Grand Canyon West Ultimate Tour with Hoover Dam Photo Stop and Optional Skywalk trip with Comedy On Deck Tour was amazing! We started out with a quick stop at the Las Vegas sign, had a yummy breakfast, got to enjoy the view from the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. We drove on to visit the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon, I’m terribly afraid of heights and actually was able to go out on the Skywalk, what an amazing experience!!! Guano Point was beautiful everywhere you looked! Lunch was delicious at the Guano Cafe, not your ordinary fast food but delicious roast, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob!! Anthony was a great guide, filled with knowledge and kept everything running smoothly and LaLa did a great job driving us too!!

This was the best day. Joe the tour operator and Alejandro the driver did an amazing job. Joe was so funny and knowledgeable. Picked up close to our Vegas hotel. Breakfast was well organised. Great pics taken at Hoover Dam. Spectacular views of the Grand Canyon. Lunch was great. The trip home was nap time. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend doing this tour.

This was a great tour of the Grand Canyon. Everything was organized and taken care of. Our guide, Tony, was funny and knowledgeable. They made sure we always had water and was comfortable. The 2 points at the Grand Canyon were really beautiful and we had plenty of time to explore.

Our guide was Ian and our driver was Lala. Ian was very knowledgeable and well informed. He provided and interesting presentation along with humor as we went along the tour. Lala kept us on schedule and assisted us along the way. I would give breakfast 4 stars and lunch 5 stars. Overall I would highly recommend this tour especially if you’re fortunate enough to get Ian and Lala as your tour guide and driver.

The tour was outstanding and well organized. Ian and Lala were outstanding as guide and bus driver respectively. We got plenty of time at each stop and for breaks. A++ for thre tour itself.
The dock of a star was due to the initial booking. We initially paid $94 per ticket for four tickets, which is the lowest rate currently for specific dates. A few days after booking, I got a message from Viator that Comedy on Deck had cancelled our booking with no explanation given. Viator said the cancellation was on Comedy on Deck's end. Comedy on Deck says Viator made the cancellation. I ultimately rebooted the tour, but at a much higher $165/ticket rate. At the end of the day, we lived the tour and thought we got great value, but this initial cancellation and paying a much higher price left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. But again, the tour itself was outstanding.

A decent day trip. A little rushed. Good breakfast. Sparse lunch. Great host. The coach could be better in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Dissapointed that the promised free zzip line was not offered.

100+ degrees. Bus broke down. 50+ people on the side of the road. Ran out of water. Poor leadership. Most definitely not Comedy on Deck (name of company). Took 3 hours before the mechanic arrived. Supposedly another bus was right behind the mechanic but we never saw it. The tour leader never broke his comedic character and provided no guidance or leadership. The father of a young boy who was not doing well in the heat tried to get straight answers to no avail. Accidents happen but there was clearly no backup plan and no leadership on deck. The bus driver was great and tried to fix it but that was not his role.
It was obviously to all that the company chose to do what was cheapest for the company and not in the best interests of the paying customers. A bus and a mechanic should have been dispatched immediately. We were told once we were finally on the road that the backup bus was told to wait further down the road to save gas. I also do not remember any sort of apology given which is reprehensible. Again, accidents happen but how one responds reveals all and this revelation was ugly.

From first booking the trip to the Grand Canyon the level of contact and attention to detail was amazing.
I’d recommend this trip to anyone, our host was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

The bus ride was comfortable, and our driver was great. She was friendly and took photos of us at the stops, so we didn’t have to worry about selfies. The tour guide had a good sense of humor (Comedy tour), but I wish he had shared more facts about the desert, like the different types of cacti. That would have made the drive more interesting. I was also disappointed that our time at the Hoover Dam was limited and shorter than expected.
There was a special event for the 250th Anniversary of America, and the Thunderbirds did a flyover. I think the company should have known about this. The tour guide and driver were unaware, and we had to Google to find out what was going on. Due to extra security and limited parking, we could only see the dam from a distance and from the bus. We didn’t get to visit the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge as promised.
The food at both stops was good and abundant. There was a chance to get additional snacks at the rest areas and shops at the Grand Canyon.
We enjoyed our time at the Grand Canyon and appreciated the shady waiting areas. The tour guide was helpful with telling us the most efficient way to view the canyon to make the most of our time there.
My final grievance was during the last hour and a half of the ride. The tour guide mentioned tips, which is normally fine. The problem was when he kept going on about tipping. It became unfunny and sounded whiny, like he was begging. I typically tip heavily, but it made me reduce it to the standard 20%.
I was left with mixed feelings. I enjoyed myself, but there were aspects that left me feeling meh. Next time, I will probably rent a car and go on my own.

We had a great time and learned alot about Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and the Hoover Dam. Although we were unable to visit the Dam due to construction we were able to see it and get information about it. Tony and Luis were exceptional

This was a perfect day trip with all my needs thought of and taken care of. All I had to do was show up! The comedy kept me laughing the entire trip, breakfast was cute and a local eatery and fulfilling, the sites were BREATHTAKING!!! Lunch was delicious and cold water was provided throughout the trip! This was a the perfect, worry free combination! I was bummed that they did not inform us that we would not visit the zip line which was the reason I picked this package. It would’ve been nice to know without finally asking to be told they were closed which was not true when I asked the staff. This was a great experience and I would recommend to others!

The Grand Canyon is truly one of the most breathtaking places to visit. The views are absolutely spectacular, and it’s an experience everyone should have at least once. However, I recommend avoiding a summer visit if possible, as temperatures can become extremely hot, especially at the canyon floor. Visiting during the spring or fall offers much more comfortable weather and allows you to enjoy the beauty of this natural wonder to the fullest.
