They cancelled my original booking while I was on my way there at airport - I called them & they refunded me (thanks - but I wanted my trip - not the money back) I booked this event as a huge part of our trip & I wanted to reschedule - which they did rebook a “similar” excursion- which I wasn’t even worried informed It included Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, a Nelson Ghost town visit & a Hoover Dam Walk - we did all these BUT was never allowed to walk the dam - only able to see the back side of it from an upper parking spot. VERY UPSETTING !! The driver was super nice - but seemed to be in a Big Rush - not only at each spots visits but his Extreme driving (super fast & brake happy / winding roads - so I was forced to hold on tightly during drive & almost enough to make me sick)
Between the crazy driving & Not being able to Walk over the Hoover Dam - made this Very Disappointing - not sure if I will ever reuse this place again :(

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this situation was, especially since the tour was such an important part of your trip. We do want to clarify that the cancellation of your original booking was not made by our company, but we completely understand how frustrating that must have felt.
Regarding the visit to Hoover Dam, for safety reasons, our tours do not include walking across the dam itself. Instead, we stop at designated viewpoints that allow guests to safely enjoy the area and views.
We’re glad to hear the driver was kind, and we’re sorry if the pace of the tour or driving made you feel uncomfortable. That’s definitely not the experience we want our guests to have, and we will be addressing this with our team.

We were expecting different experience at ghost town. It was more of an old relic collection area with old cars and stuff.

If you chose this tour, be prepared to get in and out of the van often. It was well worth it to see multiple sights in one day.

We booked this tour based on the itinerary and previous reviews and expected it to be 07:30-15:00 as advertised. Unfortunately we experienced several issues throughout the day which meant the overall trip was very disappointing. Firstly, we were told to be ready for 06:30, to be picked up 06:40, but Luis was late and arrived 06:50. So not only was it a much earlier start, he was then late and we were the first pickup. We arrived at Red Rock Canyon and were there for approx 30minutes as opposed to the advertised 1 hour. Next up Nelson Ghost Town, again stated 1hr stop but was only given 25 minutes which isn’t enough time to see everything. The stop at Boulder City is not long enough to see the museum, let alone get lunch. Luis made us leave the museum before we’d even finished watching the film clip. At Hoover Dam, it is advertised as 1 hour stop, however Luis only stopped for us to take a few pictures and we had to ask to be allowed to walk over the bridge to get a view of the other side, not long enough. The tour is advertised to include water, soda, snacks and fruit but Luis only had water, nothing else.
Luis our tour guide was on his mobile phone constantly while driving messaging and sending voice notes; as well as constantly on phone calls and messages at stops. He was very uninterested in being a tour guide.
Overall this should be a really good tour, if delivered as advertised, however this was not our experience. It is an expensive tour for the poor quality we received. I would not recommend the tour.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your comments, we conducted an internal investigation and contacted the other groups on the same tour. Their feedback was very positive overall.
We would like to clarify that snacks and fruits are not included in this tour, and our guide Luis did explain this during the trip. Additionally, all stops were recorded, and the timing at each location was consistent with the planned itinerary.
We also apologize for any inconvenience regarding the alcohol policy. However, for legal and safety reasons, alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the vehicle during tours in Nevada.

We saw many things in one day thanks to our guide Anthony. Red Rock Canyon was spectacular, as was the Hoover Dam. The Nelson Ghost Town had an interesting collection of stuff, and the picture Anthony took of us at 7 Magic Mountains came out great. We had a very nice day.

Oscar was a great guide. He took us through Red Rock, Nelson Ghost, 7 Mountains and Hoover Dam. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took many great pictures of us and was a load of information. Red Rock itself is beautiful and we could probably have spent a full day there. Nelson Ghost town was a lot of fun and I particularly enjoyed the old cars and the plane wrecks. To be honest - 7 magic mountains was OK, but nothing special. The Hoover Dam tour from the upper bridge and then over the dam itself was really fun.

We enjoyed ourselves. Anthony was fantastic. So knowledgeable about everything we visited. The Red Rock and Hoover Dam were the best. The Ghost Town I think might have been better if we were able to visit the mine. Maybe Viator should consider including that in the package. The 7 Magic Mountains was visually appealing and again Anthony was very knowledgeable about it but it is something you could very easily go see on your own. We did enjoy the fact that at the time we went, there was not one single other person there so we were able to get some good people-less pictures. Overall, the value for the package was well worth it and Anthony was fantastic.

Red Rock Canyon and the Hoover Dam were great experiences. Seven Magic Mountains was okay. The Nelson Ghost Town was not a ghost town, it is a family who has collected a bunch of junk and you walk through their junk collection. This experience should be left out of the tour.

Oscar was a great tour guide and let everyone vote to make decisions! We had a small group of six, so at each stop he allowed us to take our time looking around. He took photos for every person at each stop, and even went as far as letting my mom borrow his jacket because it was so cold and windy! He had no issues answering all of our questions about the history of each place on our tour. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see a little bit of everything with a short amount of time.

Oscar, our travel guide and driver, wasn’t very informative and showed little hospitality. I had reached out to him early in the morning to confirm details about his vehicle and was ready 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup. He showed up about 10 minutes late, with no explanation or apology. During the tour, he shared very little information about each destination and didn’t engage with us at all.
During the tour, he seemed to engage only with certain participants, even though our group had just six people. It felt difficult to connect with him because he didn’t make an effort to interact with everyone equally. He also failed to arrange a stop at an official gift shop, which was disappointing since some items are only available there and not in regular stores or online.
Honestly, this was my least enjoyable tour, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I really wish I had canceled my booking the day before and chosen a different tour instead—it would have saved me the disappointment. I’d suggest going with another provider that offers better service and overall value.

We had a great experience starting at the red rock Canyon. Our guide, Victorino was very engaging and made the trip very comfortable. He was caring and talkative. Had a fun time with our guide hitting up many of the places I wanted to see from Fallout: New Vegas. Nelson in particular is a great destination for any Fallout or Post-Apocalyptic fiction aficionado. Our guide was very kind and supplied us with water free of charge, which we definitely needed plenty of because it was 114 degrees at the hoover dam.

We had a party of 8. Pick up was on time. Our driver Viter was nice but a little quiet. We stopped for snacks and bathroom before heading to the Tillman bridge and drove around to the other side of Hoover Dam, with entry of time for photos at each side. Boulder City we had 45 min to walk around. Make sure to grab lunch or snacks here because there are not other food options later. The ghost town was interesting...like a big old junk yard really! We talked to the owner for a while about celebrities that have used the site for videos and movies. Last stop was 7 Magic Mountains...a weird piece of art. You do not need much time here! Overall I enjoyed the tour. We finished about 3 or 3:30 pm.
