This tour is great if you are just looking for great views of the Grand Canyon. The views are amazing. Pay special note to the fact that your drop off spot will not be where you got picked up. We got an Uber for $20.

Amazing tour. The lunch provided was bigger than I thought (sub sandwich, chips, apple, and cookies). The itinerary doesn't mention this but the bus also made a stop at a gas station on the way to and from the Grand Canyon, so you're able to go to the bathroom and buy food/drinks if you're hungry. Note that when you arrive, the tour guide will try to get you to buy his extra $20 guided tour by telling you that the options are to either go with him and "see things you wouldn't see otherwise" ... or walk 3 miles straight on your own. DO NOT let them fool you. Yes, the walk along the trail is 3 miles but there is a free bus line that runs parallel to the path which you can take at any moment if you get too tired. That bus takes you directly to the meeting point as well as other points of interest. I will admit that the $20 guided tour sounds worth it if you would rather stay in a group. And yes they DO show you stuff of interest so I wouldn't call it a scam, but just know that you can have a similar experience by researching what to see near the Grand Canyon "Rim Trail" and going yourself. Other than that, it's amazing and the guide/driver are both kind and knowledgeable. This is definitely the best priced Grand Canyon trip on the app by far.

It was a very long bus ride.The bus was not made for long travels.Seats very uncomfortable and air not working well.Did not supply cold water or snacks for such an early pick up

Absolutely perfect trip from start to finish. Tour guide Eric was top-notch providing information along the bus ride as well as in the park! We boarded bus at 5am, got granola bar and water bottle. Had 2 stops along the way for potty breaks and opportunity to purchase drinks/snacks. Lunch was provided including sandwich, apple, chips, cookie, water. The canyon was breathtaking. Eric took us to best lookout and took photos of us with the perfect Canyon backdrops. Trip was incredible...it's a must for any nature enthusiast!

It was amazing! Eric, the tour guy is very knowledgeable and has answered all of our questions! On top of that, he is professional yet super friendly. And our driver, Brandon is a great driver! Overall we are very pleased with the whole trip. Only thing is that It was kinda confusing where the pickup spot was for our hotel, mandalay bay. Initially I thought it was rideshare area, but it's on completely different spot (beach entrance)... Just had to figure that out because we are not familiar with hotel area. I highly recommend this trip! South rim is beautiful!!

Aloe was a tremendous guide for our adventure from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. She was full of interesting facts and gave us lots of different options for best ways to experience the canyon. She offered to take photos of us at every step of the journey and had great recommendations for the remainder of our Vegas trip. Our driver Paul also did a great job making the travel experience comfortable. 5 star experience!

I'm not even done my tour yet and I just had to write a review right away with how impressed I am with how this day went. It was so organized and made sure everyone had a great time. I was so impressed with Aloe and our driver Paul who made sure we were all hydrated and provided us with a safe enjoyable ride. Aloe was a wealth of knowledge on pretty much any topic. Not only did she educate us on the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Vegas history, she was also the photographer and took pictures for everyone on their phones. She also gave advice and recommendations and tips on what else do to in Vegas near everyone's hotel to make their visit more enjoyable. She was a breath of fresh air, made everyone's day. Worth every penny!!

The pickup communication was slightly confusing. I scheduled to be picked up one place and was given a notification about another location. Then when I get to that location they said my name was not on the list and asked to see my reciept to make sure right company. They allowed me on the transfer bus, and once that ordeal was over it was smooth sailing. I would suggest confirming the pick up location more than once to make sure the location they give you is correct. THIS TRIP WAS AMAZING AND WELL TIMED. OUR tour guide was fantastic and we got great pictures and got to spend enough time at the grand canyon. I would have liked a little more time to eat lunch. If you want the walking tour edition once you get to the grand canyon there is an extra fee per person for that, I was suprised by that because it didnt say on the reservations that once you get to the grand canyon what the tour/type of exploration options are. BUT AGAIN, despite SOME small confusion with the pickup location and the extra fee once got to grand canyon THIS TRIP WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND.

We booked the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim tour from Las Vegas (with lunch and WiFi) for April 16, 2026, and paid $218 for two people. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
On the way to the South Rim, after less than two hours of driving, the bus encountered a power issue on Interstate 40, and the highway was closed. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but the way the company handled it was unacceptable.
We were told that instead of continuing to the South Rim, we could switch to the West Rim—but only if we paid an additional $55 per person. If we chose not to pay, our options were either to arrange our own transportation back to Las Vegas from the West Rim and reuse the tickets the next day, which was not practical for us. There was no option for a partial refund, even though we had already paid for a South Rim tour that included tickets and lunch.
In the end, we felt forced to pay the extra $110, bringing our total cost to $328 for a tour that was not what we originally booked. We essentially paid more for a downgrade without any fair compensation.
Overall, this experience felt unfair and poorly managed. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled this situation.

The interstate closure was an unforeseen situation beyond our control and occurred while the vehicle was already en route. In line with our standard procedures, guests were presented with available alternatives, including returning to Las Vegas or proceeding to Grand Canyon West. We’d like to clarify that Grand Canyon West is not a downgrade from the South Rim, but a different experience with its own viewpoints. It also involves higher access fees, which is why it is priced higher. We understand that this outcome was disappointing, particularly when plans change unexpectedly, and we regret that the day did not unfold as you had hoped. While refunds for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control are not possible under our terms, our team worked to provide safe and reasonable alternatives in a challenging situation.

Other than the rude shuttle drivers. The tour was amazing. Our driver Paul and tour guild Glynn were both full of knowledge. The scenery was beautiful. Pictures just don't do it justice.
