Hannah’s energy really stood out—she was fun, engaging, and knowledgeable about the area. She pointed out cool spots along the ride and made the entire experience feel more personal and memorable. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in how she interacts with guests. The ride itself was incredible—beautiful views, exciting trails, and just the right mix of adventure and relaxation. Hannah made sure we stayed together while still letting us enjoy the thrill of the ride. If you’re thinking about doing an ATV tour at Ohana Ranch, I highly recommend going with Hannah. We were fortunate to have BJ as our tour guide. He was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable and communicative guides we have ever come across. While the tour was only 4.5 hours long, it absolutely flew by with BJ filling us in with facts, stories and helpful information about Hilo and the island of Hawaii. Don’t miss this amazing excursion

One of a kind experience driving up above the clouds to the tallest volcano, viewing the sunset from there over the ocean, then stargazing with an astronomy lesson using a super laser pointer and a telescope. Our guide was John and he was very concerned for our safety and lead us through deep breathing exercises and explanations on how to avoid altitude sickness. He also served the best sandwiches and hot cocoa and had parkas, ski pants and gloves for us ready because the summit has snow! The whole experience was once-in-a-lifetime level and I took my kids ages 26 and 23 and we all loved it. Not to miss, especially if the weather cooperates.

Be ready for a long day! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a coat and money to shop. David was our guide. He was full of so much information. Every stop was worth it. It is a good way to see and learn about spots you may not know about. If you get a nice group, it makes for a very fun day.

Francesca led a really enjoyable tour of Dublin where we stopped for native edibles along the way. We were schooled in making Irish coffee, ate sausage pastries, sampled cheeses, a couple of yummy baked goods, sampled oysters, ate Irish stew and fish chowder for lunch and then landed in an ice cream shop to sample potato ice cream and indulge in a cup of our choice. Lots of history and anecdotes along the way. A beautiful day and quite an adventure !

This was a once in a lifetime experience. Some of my family was a little apprehensive about swimming at night, but the guides and the area eased that appreciation. Our guide Peyton was so informative and helpful about the manta rays. The manta rays were absolutely beautiful and the whole experience was like no other. We all fell in love with the manta rays, and my daughter even says this is her new dream job. 10/10 recommend even if you are scared. This is an opportunity you cannot pass up!

The weather over the volcanoes was horrible and unsafe so our pilot, Jim, gave us the option to fly the northhwest coast, andd see waterfalls, green valleys and whales. What a great option and was perfect for our first ever helicopter flight. Highly recommend this tour and the company was very professional and personable.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time on this catamaran. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel welcome, relaxed, and excited for the experience ahead.
