Great Volcano Island Tour

Our tour guide, Bryce, provided a great experience. He's energetic, engaging and quite knowledgeable on a multitude of Hawaiian topics as well as others. Tour van was clean, quiet and comfortable. Small group setting is much better than the motor coach options. The tour gave us a chance to also see and experience other aspects of the island along the way that you might otherwise miss. Definitely choose them for your volcano tour event.

Our tour guide Dexter was excellent. Knowledgeable and Authentic. He took pictures, he helped us on and off the bus. He shared his love for the island, it's people and it's many treasures, with us like we were family. Witnessing yhe active eruption of the Volcano was a once in a lifetime experience. The short hikes to see the lava tubes, and the beautiful waterfalls, were great, and writing our names in the black sand beach, if only for a few moments was a magical memory.

Toby, the tour guide was...

Toby, the tour guide was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the island having lived there as a child. He kept our attention with his stories of the history, current state, and personal reflections. The Mercedes van was very comfortable. I appreciated the restroom breaks along the way. Enjoyed the black sand beach, lava tube walk and of course the walk to the crater rim of Kīlauea. The cone was bubbling and although there was no eruption it was a beautiful display of Mother Nature.

The volcano is a must-see for nature lovers, adventure travelers, and first-time visitors to the Big Island.

Wear sturdy shoes and lightweight pants, especially if you plan to hike on the lava fields.
