Amanda is an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge of the history of the Capital and Supreme Court buildings. She is kind, friendly, and knows exactly what to highlight throughout the tour. Definitely recommend!!
Such a wonderful guide with Maribeth and the stories and insights were amazing. We couldn't get inside the Supreme Court but we were given info on what was happening there which was great. Seeing The Library of Congress was easy and she even came with us to the Galleries after the tour. Hearing her past only emphasised where we were and what we were seeing. Highly recommend her and the tour company!
Great tour of the Library of Congress, Supreme Court and Congress.
Jim H was an AMAZING guide with extensive knowledge and insight with some great humor thrown in.
This tour was very informative and gave key highlights to the area without needing to spend hours and hours reading plaques in different buildings on our own. It was a comfortable pace for all individuals in the group. Our guide, Debra, was not only knowledgeable about the area and different buildings but attentive to the people she led. We especially appreciated the tickets to the Senate and the House galleries and felt this was the perfect ending to a great day.
There was a lot of walking. Don't bring food into the capital. Don't bring water either. Make sure your camera is fully charged.
Excellent guide (Debra) who provided an informative and upbeat tour of each of the 3 sites with easier access. We also took time at the end to visit the house and the senate, worth the time to do so.
Rebecca was a very good tour guide, who had lots of interesting stories and information to share. I really enjoyed visiting the various sites.. so much to see and loved that I was able to go back and do the interior tour.
Great tour! So nice to have a small group with a guide who is well informed and kept us moving. Enjoyed it a lot. Thanks!
Family of ten with ages ranging between 9 and 72. Amanda was outstanding! Highly recommend to anyone willing to walk for this type of tour.
Annemarie was absolutely amazing! She made sure no one was left behind and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She was incredibly thoughtful—giving us time to take photos and even offering to take pictures for us and others.
If you’re looking for a guide in DC who goes beyond general knowledge and shares deeper insights that most people wouldn’t know, Annemarie is the one to choose.
Thank you for such an incredible experience!
Thorough, knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend. Nice length and great overview of three important buildings.
Rebecca was an amazing guide and offered wonderful insights and well-timed humor throughout our tour. Because of the time of our visit, with spring break and so many school group visits, the entry lines for the Capitol, Library of Congress, and the Supreme Court were especially long. Babylon Tours extended a partial refund after our tour. I was so impressed with the superior customer service and communication. We will absolutely use this tour guide and group again when we return to DC!
Had an amazing time! Kate was so fun and knowledgeable. It was great being able to see so much in such a short amount of time. My husband and I are history buffs and thought we knew it all but still learned so much. The best thing about being a tour is time saved, she made sure to bring us right to the important things and skipped the nonsense. 10/10 recommend
In addition to having a tour guide, we learned a lot of additional information about the architecture itself.
Maureen was incredible - her knowledge at each stop made for very engaging tour. Supreme Court, Capital Hill and Library of Congress blew my mind.
It can go very slow, but it was quite interesting. In fact, I really quite enjoyed the information given. It’s just that it was very slow.
Tim was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and took us to all the important places. I highly recommend this tour to families.
We had a morning of our break open up so we last minute booked the tickets for this tour. Leigh was a wonderful and dynamic tour guide! Supreme Court ended up being in session so we could not tour, but Leigh did a great job of showing us what she could and flexing to go a bit deeper in the other areas.
All of the buildings are awe inspiring, it was amazing to learn so much about their history. The Library of Congress was breathtaking and well worth the wait to get inside!
It was very informative. Leigh did a great job! My family enjoyed the tour of the Library of Congress.
Leigh the tour guide is a wealth of knowledge. Overall great tour. Very helpful with directions to the meeting location.
Our tour guide Maureen was very personable. She was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions at each stop. If you're looking for an in depth history, Maureen is the one for you!!
An absolutely fantastic experience - Meredith our tour guide was patient and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour and it didn't feel like it was anywhere near 2 hours!!!
A good cursory overview of the Capitol and Supreme Court and Library of Congress, but you will miss much of what each of these sites has to offer if this is your only exposure to these iconic institutions. Also, we were not forward Ed, by Viatour or by our guide, that you are not allowed to carry water or food, even unopened, into any of these buildings, resulting in the waste of expensive protein bars and water bottles. This should have been clearly articulated in the tour information.
Great tour guide. Well prepared. Knew about the secret of each place visited. Very knowledgeable. Keep everyone involved
Great introduction to Capital Hill and library of congress. Amanda was very knowledgeable and engaging to all ages in our group.
Amanda was a wonderful guide. We a semi-private walking tour of the Supreme Court, Library of Congress and Capitol Hill with her. She was incredibly pleasant, had an easy way with our kids, and gave a well informed tour with interesting facts. Our kids raved about her and she provided a great experience from start to finish!
Exemplary guide Lisa and fantastic tour. No negative issues for us. A great investment to do this organized tour.
Alot of walking. This tour involves no bus or anything. People that have leg, knee or back problems this is not for you It is informative but limited in where you go and what you do.
Extremely informative - packed with interesting history and tidbits along the way. Our guide Christopher is a great storyteller.
Great tour and our guide, Maureen, was fabulous! She was so knowledgable and really seemed to enjoy her job!
