Disappointed in the last minute change of itinerary!!! Making arrival travel plans harder to deal with outside venders for Transportation & Tours, airlines schedules. Could be considered misleading intentionally!!!! Not having proper customer service for debarking passengers, having to walk in the rain over a mile wind & rain!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the last-minute port change caused frustration and made travel planning more difficult. Royal Caribbean changed the arrival port due to construction delays at the Seward cruise terminal, and unfortunately, that decision was entirely outside of our control. We also had no control over the weather conditions or the port’s debarkation procedures. Our team adjusted operations as quickly as possible to continue providing transportation for guests under very challenging circumstances. While we understand your disappointment, we do want to clarify that the itinerary change, weather, and terminal conditions were not caused by Pacific Alaska Tours.

Comfortable bus, friendly driver and an overall great experience The animal sanctuary didn’t appear like much as we approached, but the number of animals was impressive. Plan an hour for this visit.
