Perfect for what we needed! This was a great direct transfer to Anchorage. We had no problem getting off the cruise in time, it left punctually, everyone involved was very helpful and polite, and there was enough room for all of our luggage. I found the price really good as well. Super all round 👍🏻

The bus ride itself was fine, but after getting off the ship, we didn’t know what bus to get on. The email didn’t give a name of the bus, just the ticket and meeting/ending points. I had to get in touch with my travel agent to find out what company bus to get on. Nobody in the port could help us, they said Viator is a company and not the name on the bus. Once I found out which bus company, they could help us. I would definitely put the company bus name on the ticket and email if I were you.

Viator is a third-party reseller and controls the format of its confirmation emails, allowing our Pacific Alaska Tours logo to appear only near the bottom of the confirmation. We also have a staffed kiosk inside the luggage hall of the Seward Cruise Terminal with Pacific Alaska Tours signage, but we’re sorry that you missed us. My only complaint, I was told there would be a place to store our bags once we got off the ship. Pacific Alaska told us there wasn’t and really had no place to wait in the terminal. There is no food, or even a vending machine. However, Jenny was a wonderful driver. She was professional and entertaining.

We’re sorry the cruise terminal facilities did not meet your expectations. Luggage storage is not included or advertised as part of our tour, and terminal amenities such as seating, food service, vending machines, and baggage storage are managed by the port rather than Pacific Alaska Tours. The terminal is also currently under construction, which has unfortunately limited the space and services available to passengers.

Absolutely seamless direct transfer from Seward cruise ship terminal to Anchorage airport. This trip is good if u want to go directly without any scenic stops and the driver also gave good knowledge about Alaska along the scenic highway

Talyn did a wonderful job! He was personable and went out of his way to assist when we arrived to the bus! Any questions we had, he was happy to answer. He also gave us some killer lunch recommendations for when we got to Anchorage!

Easy option for getting from the cruise port to the airport. Our driver, Joe, provided great narration the entire time - very informative.
As a side note, the tour operator was very responsive when I was running late getting off the ship. They reassured me that they would wait if I was late, but everything turned out to be timely.

We departed on time and arrived in Anchorage ahead of schedule. The only small downside: the bus was designed for 14 people, and we were ten. The luggage just fit in the bus.
