If you need transportation from Seward to Anchorage this is a great option all in 2.5 hours. Pro Tip: If you find yourself waiting for hours after your cruise ends and your bus tour begins, you can wait inside the Terminal with your luggage. About 1 hour before the bus tour, Ginny, our wonderful driver, found us waiting & provided instructions. She did this with all parties waiting there. Ginny was organized and shared relevant fun facts all along our journey. She is a safe driver, with great jokes!

This is not just transportation. This was a nice your with information on Alaska, the life there, fishing, wildlife, and landmarks. It was very enjoyable.
Great and trouble free ride to Anchorage. The bus was very clean and comfortable and our driver Geni did an excellent job at pointing out highlights of the road.

I did a cruise but my flights were outside of their transfer guidelines. Looking for a reliable company to transfer me, my bf, my mom, and cousin from Seward to anchorage was worrisome. My mom and cousin are on the older side and this is a long transfer.
BUT THIS TRANSFER WAS AMAZING!
We had a blast! I was fully prepared to ride a motorcoach but since there was only 10 of us heading to the airport, we rode in a sprinter van. It was very spacious and comfortable. Ginny gave us interesting facts about the area on the way to the airport(that was my favorite part)! She offered a bathroom break for us half way since we didn’t have a restroom onboard like the motorcoach has. Surprisingly my elders did not need it, no one on board actually opted in for the stop so we kept going. I think everyone was having so much fun taking on the views and information. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND! And see if you can request Ginny! She is awesome!
There were probably 20 different buses out side the terminal. I had to call Viator because they did not communicate what company they booked us through. Be sure to get that information.! Then check in at appropriate kiosk,where you get your luggage before proceeding out of the terminal

The transfer was very successful, comfortable seats, and clean. The guide was very informative (history information) and he was a safe driver. We highly recommended. (Our group was 11).

Perfect for what we needed! This was a great direct transfer to Anchorage. We had no problem getting off the cruise in time, it left punctually, everyone involved was very helpful and polite, and there was enough room for all of our luggage. I found the price really good as well. Super all round 👍🏻
The bus ride itself was fine, but after getting off the ship, we didn’t know what bus to get on. The email didn’t give a name of the bus, just the ticket and meeting/ending points. I had to get in touch with my travel agent to find out what company bus to get on. Nobody in the port could help us, they said Viator is a company and not the name on the bus. Once I found out which bus company, they could help us. I would definitely put the company bus name on the ticket and email if I were you.

Viator is a third-party reseller and controls the format of its confirmation emails, allowing our Pacific Alaska Tours logo to appear only near the bottom of the confirmation. We also have a staffed kiosk inside the luggage hall of the Seward Cruise Terminal with Pacific Alaska Tours signage, but we’re sorry that you missed us. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely safe and courteous on the road. One of the best drivers I have ever encountered.
My only complaint, I was told there would be a place to store our bags once we got off the ship. Pacific Alaska told us there wasn’t and really had no place to wait in the terminal. There is no food, or even a vending machine. However, Jenny was a wonderful driver. She was professional and entertaining.

We’re sorry the cruise terminal facilities did not meet your expectations. Luggage storage is not included or advertised as part of our tour, and terminal amenities such as seating, food service, vending machines, and baggage storage are managed by the port rather than Pacific Alaska Tours. The terminal is also currently under construction, which has unfortunately limited the space and services available to passengers.

The vendor was vey organized with excellent communications. The ride from Seward to Anchorage was comfortable and the driver provided some interesting information along the way. I can highly recommend using this vendor.
Absolutely seamless direct transfer from Seward cruise ship terminal to Anchorage airport. This trip is good if u want to go directly without any scenic stops and the driver also gave good knowledge about Alaska along the scenic highway

Scenery was amazing comfortable bus and door to door service. Only issue was knowing exactly when and where to meet, but staff was helpful.
Excellent tour by a knowledgable local guide. After three days of tours this was the best. Deluxe tour about two hours. Statehood, earthquake, moose information, floatplane airplane history .

Easy option for getting from the cruise port to the airport. Our driver, Joe, provided great narration the entire time - very informative.
As a side note, the tour operator was very responsive when I was running late getting off the ship. They reassured me that they would wait if I was late, but everything turned out to be timely.
They have good service, we did not have any setbacks, I do recommend it, the bus arrived on time, the bathroom did not work but the driver offered to stop if it was necessary and during the trip he was explaining the places we were passing through
