We had a wonderful time on the cruise. The crew were excellent and Captain Wayne was just wonderful. He kept guiding us throughout the tour. It was an excellent experience with breathing views. Definitely recommend the tour.

Amazing experience and a must do when visiting the Last Frontier! Captain Wade and crew were excellent. Kids loved it!

I had a great time on the boat tour! We saw many harbor seals, puffins, sea otters, and bald eagles. Bring binoculars! If you want to see whales, I would take a longer tour that goes out further into the bay. The captain narrated the tour and talked about history, wildlife, and contemporary facts. He had the perfect balance of adequately explaining what we were seeing and not droning on. The crew served chicken burritos and fresh baked cookies that were delicious. I would recommend wearing many layers and rain gear. I wore a thermal, fleece, puffer, fleece-lined pants, rain jacket, rain pants, and rain boots. My friend and I spent most of the tour outside for a better view but came inside periodically to warm up. Most passengers spent the tour inside. Check-in was easy and the crew was friendly.

Great short trip! The captain was very informative, the crew were helpful and friendly. We saw an awesome pod of fin whales, a humpback, sea lions, harbor seals, otters, lots of different birds and beautiful scenery. I wasn’t expecting to see so much wildlife on a 4 hour trip. Highly recommend!

It was exactly as described. The boat left exactly at the time scheduled, was clean and staff was very attentive. Lunch was provided and was very tasty.

We really enjoyed this tour around the bay. The boat was a good size with both inside and outside seating. We had fabulous weather and got to see some wildlife. We saw eagles, sea lions, puffins, and a whale! The captain did a great job pointing out landscape features and telling us about the bay and how it was formed and how areas were named.
The crew made sure we were well taken care of with meals and drinks, ensuring that we got the allergy friendly meals. We especially enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon!

Loved the boat ride. Saw so many animals. Pointed out eagles with eaglets in the nest. Saw puffins and many water creatures. Pretty scenery too.

Even on a rainy day the experience was not diminished. Captain Wade was engaging and helpful to show all the wildlife spots and went off the regular path to search out fin whales, then sat right in their path for a close up encounter. The crew was helpful and available for all questions.

Wonderful crew, smooth ride. Showed us wonderful sight and wildlife! Th lunch was disappointing.. not very tasty and not native seafood! We get burritos in New Mexico. A seafood salad sandwich would have been better. Cookies were awesome!

Captain Wade, Connor, Taylor, and Raya really made the Kenai Fjords tour such an amazing experience! The whole tour was incredible, and everyone on the crew was so kind and welcoming.
They served warm lunch burritos with both vegetarian and chicken options, plus a warm cookie on the way back, which was such a nice touch. One of the staff members even let me use their binoculars so I could get a better look at the wildlife.
The scenery, wildlife, crew, and overall experience were all fantastic. Highly recommend this tour!

The crew on the Resurrection Bay Tour was so much fun and very informative. We saw a humpback whale as well as otters, seals, and sea lions. Alaska is so vast and beautiful and this boat tour was our highlight!!!

We had perfect weather and lucked out getting to see a mother and baby humpback far out and then another male showing off with dozens of tail splashes near the bay on our return. Lots of puffins and seabirds as well as seals- and an Alaskan shower. The info was entertaining and educational and just enough. Lunch was meh but the cookies at the end were a nice touch.

Fantastic tour. Highly recommend. We saw Orca, Humpback Whale, an otter and a variety of Puffins as well as other birds. The Orca were right by the boat!

The boat is clean with a great crew and knowledgeable captain. Got to see lots of sea life including humpback whale, puffins, sea lions, bald eagles, sea otters and more! The lunch was not great but the cookies at the end made up for it.

We had an amazing experience on this half day tour. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the sea life we were viewing. The lunch they provided was also really good. I highly recommend this adventure.

The Half-day Resurrection Bay WildlifeTour from Seward was excellent. The team on the Nunatak did a fabulous job of making us comfortable. They served our food which was delicious, made rounds to be sure we were doing ok and were very kind.
The guide who narrated the tour was very knowledgeable and clearly loved what he does.
Towards the end of the tour we encountered a large group of humpbacked whales which made our day! Definitely do this cruise.

Terrific Captain and crew on half day tour. We saw bald eagles, puffins, seals, humpback whales, glaciers, jellyfish, waterfalls, etc. We had a blast! Crew was very attentive.

What a great afternoon! Lunch included, bar service available, comfortable cushy seats, protected from weather, huge windows - what more could you ask for? Seals, sea otters, whale, glaciers were all on the agenda. And, to top it off, warm chocolate chip cookies on the way back.

The trip was good but we were extremely unhappy with the boarding process and the front desk. We were travelling with our 12 year old who has autism and we requested if we could board early to give us extra time to settle down which was denied. This is the first time ever we have had an experience like this and we have travelled all over Europe and the US. We were told that if the person is not on a wheelchair, no accommodations would be provided. We had the stand in the rain for about 30mins and had a tough time managing my child's behavioral issues which ruined the cruise for us. I would not recommend this to anyone with special needs.

Our Guest Service Agents are trained to provide priority boarding for guests with mobility needs, including those using wheelchairs and other ADA accommodations. Based on your description, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding your request. If this had not been able to be resolved at the front desk, we would have appreciated the opportunity to have a manager assist, as we always want to explore reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
While our team is well trained in ADA boarding procedures related to mobility, we recognize that situations involving autism and other non-visible disabilities may require a different approach. Your feedback highlights an area where we can improve our training and awareness so we can better serve guests with a wider range of accessibility needs.
We sincerely apologize that this experience impacted what should have been an enjoyable cruise for your family. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we wish you and your family all the best.

We had a fantastic afternoon on the water. The entire crew was amazing. We were entertained by both Orca and Hump Back Whales extensively! We also saw so many other wild life. The lunch was great as well. We thought we were going to get closer to glaciers. I guess that is a longer cruise.
