Great tour. The coach is very helpful. I saw a lot of wildlife, including whale, dolphins, bald eagles and sea stars. Well worth the money

Guides were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! It rained during our session, but it was still so fun and so worth it.

I highly recommend this trip. It is really nice way to spend an afternoon. The day I kayaked was bit misty weather that added to this intimate experience with nature. I felt so close to emerald green water, the giant walls of Kenai. We had one seal came so close barely 2 feet away from our kayak. It took his head out of water looked at us, blow his nose n disappeared in the emerald green water.. what an experience! Dominic was truly a great guide, he was very informative and made my trip super fun! He even found a seaweed that is very nutritious to eat.. overall great fun relaxing trip. I would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing scenery, friendly and knowledgeable guides. The trip was a good workout, but very doable for all fitness levels. This was a great experience overall!

I appreciated the staff’s patience with the group. I just thought the kayaking experience was very laid back, not much paddling to get to the area to turn around. We did see eagles and otters. It was fun, but double kayaks are not my thing.

Hi there! The Resurrection Bay Tour is definitely the shortest distance we paddle, and is great for those looking for a quick adventure, or a first-time experience. It's just a 2 mile out and back paddle along the shoreline of beautiful Resurrection Bay. Next time, perhaps we can chat about one of our longer, more adventurous paddles (although you'll still have to stick with a double kayak, they're safer for our cold water climate. bring a buddy, it'll be more fun!) 😉 Thanks for joining us!

We went on the 2 hour Resurrection Bay kayaking adventure and had a wonderful time. Our guides, Liz and Elise, were wonderful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They were so sweet with my kids (ages 8 and 10). They shared tons of info about the areas history and wildlife. Highly recommend for a family with younger children who want something that isn't too difficult or long. We saw bald eagles, sea lions, sea stars and were surrounded by beautiful mountains the entire time.

Thank you Holly! Elise and Liz have such amazing energy, and they absolutely love sharing their local knowledge, especially with kids. Also, thanks for sharing that our Res Bay Tour is a great option for kids, especially the morning departure which tends to have calm waters. We hope to see you, and your kids, for another adventure.

The guides were outstanding. They were patient with the first time kayakers and kept the other’s moving etc. Additionally the beginners had limited English and the handled that superbly. They were very knowledgeable and we saw a variety of wildlife. We will be back and do the glacier kayak and/or Fox Island. Both of these tours were longer than our schedule allowed. The equipment and safety briefings were top notch.
They are best group led tour we’ve ever had and we’re regular kayakers

The misty day seemed like something out of a Northmans tale. The guides were brilliant. We got suited up for our epic adventure and headed out to what looked like the edge of the world! So many gorgous coves, waterfalls, cliff faces grinning back against an emrald tide... we were amazed at all times.

Taylor did a great job. He was very informative. Great views and nice little hike. Would do it again.

Everyone with this company was super nice and i’m sure the trip would’ve been beautiful, unfortunately ours was cancelled about 10 minutes after getting in the water due to weather. I totally under that it was for our safety and the seas were rough. My only complaint was that we only got a partial refund. This trip was expensive (especially for two poor newly weds)and we were super excited for it and because refund we couldn’t really put that money towards a different activity, so it was a total loss. Again, everyone was very kind and I'm sure the trip would’ve amazing, we’re just bummed that didn’t get a full refund.

I highly recommend this tour company.

Not challenging enough for us. Got out and hiked. Would have like more time on the water. Watched a bald eagle eat fish on the shore.
Elizabeth_S, Aug 2021
Great tour, Liz the tour guide was great. Saw salmon and eagles. Easy trip. Recommend to anyone. Morning waters were calm.

Our trip with Ashley & Durango was beautiful! They had plenty of interesting info on the local area and the sights we saw. We were lucky enough to see an eagle eating a fish on the banks too 😊

We had a great trip and especially enjoyed our guide Liz, who loved to share about the area and also was genuinely interested in us!

Kayaking in the Fjords was truly amazing. The guides were great! Very clear with the instructions and they make sure you have all the necesary gear to stay dry and warm while you are kayaking. We were lucky enough to see Orcas, sealions and sea otters. One of the best Alaska tours we did. Worth every penny.
Whitney_H, Jul 2021
Andrew and Sengen were our guides. They were both very informative and fun. We saw a lot of wildlife and the kayaks were very easy to use and maneuver. Definitely recommend!

Matt & Marry are some of the best guides that I have had the pleasure to accompany on an amazing experience. They were very nice & professional.

Guides did a good job of pointing out the geological, botanical and sea topics that we were seeing.
Shuttle driver might research a bit more about Iditarod Trail.
Billie_S, May 2021
We were lucky enough to see a whale from a safe distance, and a seal! Can’t forget about the amazing views.

Even with it being a fairly rainy day, we had a great time going kayaking on the bay. Our guide was Cara and she did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe and together and pointing out interesting things. This was a very easy kayaking adventure with little currents, so even novice kayakers should have no problem. And despite the rain I stayed completely dry partly thanks to all of the helpful gear and clothing supplied. A highlight was seeing a black bear fishing along the river’s edge. Great trip if you’re in Seward.
Rebecca_T, May 2021
Had a great time! The bay wasn’t crowded and it was just us two in the group so it was really personalized for us. Walked through the national forest a little bit. Great instructor who knew a lot of info about Alaska and Resurrection Bay.
Alexandra_B, Sep 2020
Russ did a great job! We saw seals, sea otters, and bald eagles. Definitely recommend it. Guide was very Knowledgeable.

I took my 18 yo daughter on this excursion. Ashley and Lola were friendly, confident, enthusiastic, responsive guides that we felt safe with and learned new things about geography/flora-fauna—despite being Alaskan residents. Excellent service, great location, and perfect way to beat COVID mental health blues!
