The entire staff were so friendly, kind and professional. We had a family member develop severe cramping on the return hike. Our guide, Caroline, got us off the mountain safely and with great care. She saved a life today. Truly. Our entire family were touched by her patience, professionalism and compassion. I recommend this group to any hiking or adventure activities. Thank you, Caroline!

I had looked at the tour on All Trails and given some thought to do it on my own. I’m glad I didn’t. Our guide Al, took us higher on the trail than what I would have done on my own. The trail was not well marked but Al knew where to go. We trudged up some pretty steep places with lots of snow and awesome views. I guess we were pretty fortunate that we had a nice sunny day as the views were very good! Thank you Al!

Tatum was a great guide. We had a great day hiking around with her. It was great to be able to just enjoy the hike and not worry about going the wrong way or getting lost (I have a terrible sense of direction). She provided us with hiking poles, which proved very useful. She also had a water filter so that we could refill our bottles, and bear spray for security. There was a mamma bear and cubs, but the ranger was stopping people from going down that trail. We also had our plans changed because of high avalanche risk, but what can you do? Nature is unpredictable! Nature is also beautiful, and it was a great day out exploring it!

The best part of the hike were the views once we reached the summit. Amazing, breathtaking views. The hike is strenuous and hard for sure but it was all worth it at the end. Kudos to out guide Roger who was exceptional. Loved his enthusiasm and willingness to share his knowledge about the glacier. He was very accommodating and was kind enough to capture some of our amazing moments up there. Also we got to taste some native berries along the way up. Thanks for that Roger !!

Amazing views! The hike was absolutely breathtaking. However, you need to come prepared for the trip!
1. Mosquitoes are every… so big spray is a must. However, the mosquitoes are not as aggressive as those in mainland states.
2. Layers are important. You will be hot and cold throughout the trip and it helps to be able to add or drop clothing along the way.
3. Hike boots are a must. You will be going through a lot of snow which can be doggy in normal shoes.
4. You must be in good physical shape!!! This is a 9-mile hike round trip. You go from a 500ft elevation to 3000 foot elevation. There are a lot of switchback, rocks, and snow to contend with. It pushed me beyond my limits.
The reward? Absolutely breathtaking views and scenery. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.
