This guided hike with Alex was a great experience and the guide was truly worth it for help with the equipment and the experience walking the ice itself. The hike through the woods up to the glacier was very enjoyable except for the biting black flies. Wear long sleeves if you take this hike or get eaten alive.

We visited the Kenai peninsula for our 25th anniversary and took several trips while we were out there. This was one of the best trips we took - it was definitely physically challenging, but it was a ton of fun! We saw some amazing formations on the glacier and took many wonderful pictures. Alex was a fantastic guide - he was very knowledgeable about the geologic formations and very personable. Everything about this trip was wonderful!

What a great experience - Exit Glacier is a wonderful experience. Our guides were highly proficient and very friendly. What I particularly liked was that the equipment the guides used was the same that we got to use. Highly recommend this tour. Excellent experience.
