Fantastic tour and fantastic tour guide. Matt is fun, entertaining, and clearly loves his job. And he sings! Great info on Seattle history. Lunch is on your own after the tour at Pikes Place, and then off to the airport or hotels. Matt recommended Mr Fish on Pike for awesome fish and chips, and he was right! Highly recommend the tour.

James was incredibly knowledgeable and funny! He was very accommodating with our friend that was on crutches. We saw an osprey grab a salmon and fly off! It was an incredible tour. Communication on pick up was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Itinerary

Meet your guide at your cruise terminal as you debark from your ship. Bring your luggage along, or take advantage of the Port of Seattle’s complimentary ‘Port Valet’ service. Port Valet will take your checked luggage to the airport and check it in for you, so you can enjoy the tour luggage free. Ask your cruise director for details on how to sign up.

Your tour begins in downtown Seattle, home to the Pike Place Market, the world’s oldest Starbucks coffee shop, and more. Then, continue to Pioneer Square and Stadium District, the historic core of the city now filled with art galleries and restaurants abutting sports stadiums for the Seahawks, Sounders, and Mariners.

Other sights on this tour include the Amazon Spheres, Kerry Park, Seattle Center, and the quirky Fremont neighborhood.

Excellent experience, highly recommend. Casey was our guide. His knowledge of Seattle runs deep. He shares it readily and in a most enjoyable fashion. If you like history you will love learning about Seattle's past. Each area of the city has it's own vignette that is so very charming. We enjoyed it all. It was clear from the get go that he cared about our experience which we truly appreciated. This is one you don't want to miss.

James was a great tour guide! He was a wealth of information on the city and we very much enjoyed our tour. We were able to spend an hour a Pike Place Market which as amazing. However we did miss being able to see and stop at the Amazon Spears and The Fremont Troll. Not sure why when they were listed as stops on the tour. All in all a great way to spend time waiting for your flight instead of sitting at the airport.

Casey our singing guide was excellent ! Very informative and helpful. It was,am excellent way to spend the day after our cruise whilst waiting for our flight .. we were dropped off at 2pm and it meant we weren't dragging our bags around town !

It was a great way to get a Seattle overview before our flight. Our guide, Mark, was very good at communicating pick up spot/time - just remember to turn off your airplane mode as soon as ship docks. I would have preferred a drop off at Pike Market in the morning when it's less crowded & time at Space Needle /glass sculpture garden vs city neighborhood ride and Fremont troll stop and just seeing Space Needle from vista point. Perhaps Viator could do a 3 hr tour that just does Pike Market & Space Needle and airport drop off. Altho the salmon ladder was interesting and tour guide Mark was super knowledgeable about the history of the area and very accomodating. He even dropped us at airport early while others still at Pike Market to make sure we made our flight. Thanks Mark, you were awesome!!! 💖 Your Texas posse

Our tour guide Shawn was great! The pick up location was right outside of the cruise terminal and went very smoothly. Our first stop was Pike Place Market which was perfect because we were able to beat the crowds. We saw beautiful sights, art work and had a great lunch at Fisherman’s Terminal. Ballard Locks was the highlight of our trip. The traffic to the airport was bad but Shawn knew ways around it and got us there in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the highlights of Seattle and get dropped off at the airport, which is an added bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour of beautiful Seattle. Our guide, James, was very knowledgeable about the city’s history and the architecture. He fed us a wealth of information during our tour and gave us great ideas for future visits to Seattle! We saw some of the great landmarks from television and film, shopped at the public market, visited a local donut shop with great coffee and tea, and a great seafood lunch. Then he delivered us safely to our downtown hotel with some tips as to how to spend the evening. This was definitely a great way to spend the time between getting off of the ship and checking into the hotel. I would recommend this tour to anyone cruising into Seattle.

Mark was great as he took us all around Seattle. He explained things very thoroughly and gave us some time to walk around the Market Place, Amazon, and the waterway where the salmon swim upstream into the fresh water to lay their eggs. Saw a couple salmon adjusting to the water change, and eventually took us to the airport.

Mark started of by calling us to confirm our excursion with detailed instructions. Mark gave us a comfortable ride around while explaining everything and giving us some history of Seattle. We had just enough stops with a bathroom break. We finished our tour with a drop off at each and everyone’s spot.
