BJ was awesome! He texted me early yesterday morning to say he was there, but we weren’t able to leave the ship for a couple hours due to our luggage. He was there shortly after we got to his location and was extremely pleasant! He got us to the airport in great time and I highly recommend him as a driver!

It couldn't have been easier! They texted exactly where they would be. Although the fare was to be to the airport, and then we were going to take the hotel transfer from the airport to our hotel, the driver dropped us right at our hotel! Great service. Highly recommended. And the price was more than fair!

We purchased two seats but the bus was full and only had one seat available. Without luggage being placed in the front passenger seat. After realizing that the driver moved the luggage and my partner sat in the front seat. One of our bags was damaged from being wedged into the trunk area.

This is actually my trip from the airport to my hotel. We had a very difficult time finding the vehicle. They sent a picture of a bright blue car, but it ended up being a black SUV. He took us to what was supposed to be our hotel. I asked when he stopped where the hotel was, and he said he parked right in front of it. We walked in, tried to sign in, had to get a staff member to help, and they told us we were not registered there. She said our hotel was actually across the road and down the street. We had to pull all of our luggage across the street and down a block. That was very poor on the driver's part. He was also not dressed appropriately. He had a t-shirt and jeans on. I will never ride with this company again.

Good Communication via text/phone. We were contacted the night before our pick up and the morning of giving us direction on where to meet.
They were very accommodating as our flight was changed while we were waiting in the shuttle bus. I called the driver and he arranged for us to be driven in a Suburban immediately to the airport. Omar was very professional and a safe driver.

At the port, there was mass confusion. Everyone is trying to get off the ship at the same and everyone was instructed to report to the same area. None of the transit vans or transport vehicles have their business name on it and they all look the same. Per our email, we were instructed to report to Lane 2. There were vehicles everywhere. I finally called the number and was told we should have gone to Lane 3. I even showed Omar the email showing we were where we were supposed to be. He had the van brought to us and once we got on the van, we were moved to another location where we sat for another 20-30 minutes waiting for other passengers. Once we finally we got on our way, the trip went well. It would be helpful if you should put your business name on the van and increase your communication with accuracy.

It was congested at the pickup so no one on the ground could tell me where my driver was. It wasn’t long before he found me but it was a good thing I had time because I forgot one of my bags at the ship pickup. The van was clean and the driver was friendly and helpful!

When I booked this ride from the cruise boat to SeaTac, I was not told what I was booking. I assumed that I was booked with a bus, turned out, I was booked with some van service. After a chaotic exit from the ship, the chaos continues with not knowing where to meet the driver, what the driver was operating...after a phone call , well three, I connected with the driver. Please inform your customers who is picking us up and where.

Very confusing locating the van on 8/7/25 after the cruise. In the morning on the ship I received a text that said,,,,,Good morning,
This is your driver, BK. Just giving you a heads up. When you’re ready, please come to Spot 2 at the shuttle line, or feel free to call or text me. Thank you! When we went to area #2, there was a black van and two black suburbans. None had any sign or markings on them. I went up to each driver and asked if they were BK. All said no. We waited about 10 minutes thinking BK would drive up then I called the number from the text and asked if this was BK and he said yes. I told him we were at area two and he said he would call the driver and let him know we were there. That was odd. A little bit later, the driver of the black van I had previously talked starts calling my name. His name was not BK. We finally loaded up. One other couple was on the van and said they had been on it for over a half hour. After we loaded up, the driver stood outside the van waiting for more passengers to show up. After a while he can't reach the passengers by phone so we head out. Before we get too far, he receives a phone call, turns the van around and drives back to area 2 and picks up 3 more people, waits around for more people, can't find them so he leaves again. Again he gets a phone call and we turn around and go back to pick up area #2. Load up another family and off we go to the airport. The van was clean, seats very small, not comfortable and knees push into back of seats in front of you. Common business sense says they should have had some kind of sign or markings on the van to make it easier to identify the van. Odd too that when we got to the airport the driver asked people how did they pay and how much did we pay. We had plenty of time to catch our early afternoon flight. If you have a morning flight, you best take Uber, Lyft, Cab, Carnival bus or book your own private driver/vehicle, not this Viator ride.

Good service except meeting the driver at cruise terminal was not easy. The driver really knew how to get around any traffic issues to get us to the airport quickly as possible.

I used this service to return to the airport after a cruise out of pier 91 and it was terrible. It was listed as having shuttles every 20 minutes but I waited close to an hour. The directions given to get to the shuttle area to be picked up were not clear and required me to call for help because there was also no one there on site to check in with. When I called I was helped and told where to go but quickly called again and told to go somewhere else if I wanted to make a shuttle that I was unable to get to causing me to miss it and wait even longer than anticipated. The driver was hard to find and not there to pick us up at the time he called and told us when we thought he was finally close. The cherry on top was that he was a terrible driver the whole way to the airport. I would never book this shuttle again!

Used as a shuttle from cruise ship to airport. Van broke down on the side of the highway in Seattle. Had to take a taxi to get to airport. Requested a refund since they did not get me to the airport and I had to pay the taxi to get me there. Customer service just said no refund. When I ask for an explanation of why, just got another generic email, saying they care about the customer but no refund. No one on the phone could tell me anything. They would take my information and said they would give it to people in charge of refunds. Then another email saying no refund but no explanation . I think they were computer generated form letters. Terrible customer service!

As soon as it happened, we reached out to contacts nearby for help, and we were able to arrange alternative transportation for passengers. In your case, we covered the cost of a taxi to ensure you could still get to the airport as quickly as possible.

Booked a transfer from the cruise ship to the airport. We have we’re told to just turn up anytime up to 11am where the shuttle bus be waiting. As we had a late airport departure we delayed getting off the ship as late as we could. We left the ship about 9am but received a phone call,text and email asking where we were as the bus was waiting for us.
Why when we were told we had up to 11am??
