BJ was awesome! He texted me early yesterday morning to say he was there, but we weren’t able to leave the ship for a couple hours due to our luggage. He was there shortly after we got to his location and was extremely pleasant! He got us to the airport in great time and I highly recommend him as a driver!

Ride was fine. Driver seemed to think that he wasn't getting paid by Viator and was angry about that.

Communication from shuttle service was very good. I knew where to meet shuttle for pick up. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes on shuttle at pick up point before leaving for airport. Reliable service.

Ensure that the provider is informed. I was told to go to Lane P where a man met me but placed me on another van to SeaTac. We were then told by the driver that I was using the wrong company so we got off and our luggage was unloaded and no one knew what they were doing. Then I was told to board the same van again where we then were able to get to the airport. Make sure that you have extra time since someone’s wires got crossed.

Quick and efficient, very polite and caring. They were there waiting for us. The bus was climate controlled so very comfortable wait. I would highly recommend Viator to anyone. And I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

I needed a last-minute ride to SeaTac from Pier 91 and Trip Advisor made it happen. Driver communicated right away once in port which I appreciated. He was also courteous and timely. Nice finish to an amazing trip.

Viator kept in good touch with me regarding the reservation. The driver was great. There was some confusion when we arrived at the shuttle area as it wasn’t there; however, we called the number provided in the emails we received and the driver arrived quickly. Other than the initial confusion it was an excellent experience.

The driver and his assistant were very quick to communicate with my email questions. The assistant reached out immediately the morning of our pickup to confirm our pick up location. The shuttle was very comfortable and the driver was excellent.

You can depend on them to pick you up When we could not find them? He told us because we did not have any service at all to receive tech or email. So he called. I Drive was a very nice Guy.

The transfer from the pier to SeaTac was seamless. The director called while we were still on board ship to let us know they were there. And called again to make sure we had gotten on a bus. It was a great experience.

The app is very easy to download was able to make reservations immediately was contacted back and only had to wait 15 minutes at our airport to be taken to the airport very reasonable price!!!

It fast and efficient. They even call you personally. We were going to spend as much time on the ship because we had a late flight. While we were eating breakfast as slow as we could, I received a call from BK to ask where we were.

Viator drivers took us from our hotel to our cruise ship, then after the cruise, to SeaTac Airport.
Pier 91 cruise port is a madhouse and very chaotic, yet they found us quickly.

I was not happy about never receiving an actual ticket to scan for the shuttle.
Thank goodness my friend did & my husband & I were able to get to get on.
The shuttle was fine though.

The ride was ok. Finding the vehicle itself in the chaotic Pier 99 was a nightmare. There were no signs of the car service so you literally
have to ask the drivers if they are who you booked with.

There was supposed to be a representative at the location with a sign and there isn't one. Pier 91 has 2 cruise ships that leave and come back at the same time.

We were a little confused on where to go to be picked up from the Pier. I didn't see it on the confirmation. But we got a call while we were looking and he told us where to go. We were very thankful for that call! The transportation to the airport was great!
