Pickup details
After you’ve collected all your luggage, stay on baggage claim level and proceed to the Seattle Express Kiosk near door #4, across from baggage claim 3 next to the Currency Exchange booth. Check-in with one of our reservation agents. Please be aware that our pickup times are 20-minute windows starting at the listed pickup time (i.e. 9am-9:20am, 10am-10:20am, etc).

Super easy to find the pick up spot, great history narrative as we drove through the town. We also happened to lose a wallet on the drive to our destination and they found it and drove it all the way back to us! Great service and great people. 10/10 would recommend!

Young man at the check in didn't have any personality. He sat on the counter with his back to us on his phone. Bus was delayed due to traffic and/or an accident we never really knew?. Was over an hour late. We did not have updates. He left the desk for about 20 minutes? Once the bus arrived, we didn't have any problem getting to the ship. Assuming the bus would have been on time, we had a typical transfer experience.

Booking with Viator for this transfer was HORRIBLE!! First of all they did not provide any details on meeting point at the airport. We scheduled a 10:00 am shuttle. We arrived 2 hours early (8:00 am) and called Viator to see if we could take an earlier shuttle? Viator said NO. We had to wait until 10 am. So we waited. Then we got a phone call from Seattle Express asking where we were? Little did we know, we were waiting at the wrong location. Thanks to Viator not providing details for the location of Seattle Express at the airport!!! When we finally made it to the meeting point Seattle Express said, YES, we could have came earlier at 8:00 am!!!!!!
I always book excursions and transfers with Viator.... Not anymore. I'll pay extra for transfer companies that don't use Viator!

Disorganized at the check in point. Didn't know where the 12 noon driver was, told we were delayed but driver showed up 10 minutes later and they started hunting us down for boarding.

Bring water and comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Be prepared to walk short distances and wait in lines.

Had a great experience with this company. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that, it took almost another hour to get our luggage from baggage claim. Despite all that, this company still waited and accommodated us and we made it to the pier for our Alaskan Cruise. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Our bus driver was very friendly and gave us information about Seattle on the drive. The instructions to get to the transfer were easy to understand and we had good guidance throughout. Would recommend!

We were at the airport an hour and half before we were supposed to be. We waited for contact person to show and finally found someone 10 minutes before set time. Approached the desk and the gentleman kept playing on his phone and hitting it for 5 minutes without ever looking up as I stood there and finally said excuse me, and he said oh you finally showed up…. I stated my mother is in a wheelchair and we are located outside the door we were told to wait by he told me no bring everyone in here. So went to gather whole family and 10 pieces of luggage and move to inside as he stood there throwing his arms as he was in a frantic situation. So I approached him and asked are you waiting on me, he said yes!!! I just looked at him was in disbelief, as he truly wanted me to stand in the middle of the walk way in the middle of airport!!! He said let’s go. He literally took off, leaving us as we were trying to keep up, with elderly person in wheelchair, and 10 pieces of luggage, throwing arms. He truly made us feel like we were a bother to him and to the company. Thank god he was not the one driving the van.

They were very late. I called several times to confirm our pickup. And when I explained how I felt about them, being over forty minutes late, the person on the other end of the phone hung up on me, very disappointed with their customer service

We were scheduled for a 12 noon shuttle from the airport but after retrieving our bags, we got to the check in kiosk earlier. We managed to get on the 11am scheduled shuttle. However, the vehicle did not get there until close to 11:30am. Otherwise, we got to the port without a problem.

The bus picks up at the hotels before coming to the airport so it may not come at the exact schedule time. Once you retrieve your luggage the check in booth for this vendor is between 3 and 4 baggage claim. The representative will take you to to the bus. They will take you to Pier 66 and Pier 91 just inform the driver which Pier you need to be dropped off at.

We did not get this experience. The tide never arrived to pick us up. We were there at 11:30 as requested. We were informed to return 11:45. Then we were told it would be another 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we were informed the ride was 15 minutes away but they were unable to see the ride moving and no one was answering their phone. So now our ride is over an hour late and there was no word on when it would arrive. We needed to be there by 1pm and it was 45 minutes away. When I asked if I should seek other transportation, the Seattle Express worker said yes and to ask for a refund. I had to pay extra to get to my destination. I called and spoke to Alex requesting a refund. I sm still waiting on status of refund.

Just some advice, you should have mentioned that we needed to check in with SEATTLE EXPRESS, not Viator who we booked with. Found the kiosk but VIATOR was not on the sign and the people working the kiosk didn't know the Viator name! Had to call the number on my email and it was answered by Seattle Express, even more confusing!
Completely disappointed in this experience.

The picture shows a small bus. It was a very very big bus that kept stopping at hotels to pick people up. The check-in was very hard to find. When we called for help the woman on the phone was so rude. The driver took us the long way to the port and it took forever to get there

Well so far I have been waiting for 95 minutes for my shuttle and it still hasn't arrived. The people at the booth have been nice but that doesn't get me where I need to be.
I'm about to call a cab because this is RIDICULOUS!!!

Poor communication, instructions for pick-up. First bus couldn’t wait 2 minutes, had to wait 50 minutes for the next Van. About 15 minutes into the drive, the van died in the middle of the street. We had to wait for another van, then transfer in heavy traffic. I was terrified that we would be hit from behind as cars were flying by. Horrible experience.

The coordinator was not in the airport when we arrived. We got a notification to wait outside. Yet, we waited for thirty mins and we had to call to receive updates. Finally , they merged the shuttle for pier 66 and 91 together and drove us to the terminal. We arrived there but bit of hazzle and anxiety. Could hv been better.

I was a little disappointed. It sounded like they would be great but the shuttle was 45 minutes late to leave causing us to miss a planned event at our cruise. Additionally, we almost missed the bus because we were told return to the kiosk at 12:15 due to the delay and when we went back at 12:10 the kiosk was completely vacant. Fortunately we happened to see the guy who had been working there walk by as he walked out of the airport building. So we ran to catch him. If we had not happened to see him we may have missed the shuttle altogether. Driver was super nice And helpful.
