Airport Pick-up Instructions: After you’ve collected all your luggage, stay on baggage claim level and proceed to the Seattle Express Kiosk near door #4, across from baggage claim 3 next to the Currency Exchange booth. Check-in with one of our reservation agents. If you have any difficulty finding the Kiosk or if a Seattle Express agent is not present, please contact us: (206) 793-8430

Poor communication, instructions for pick-up. First bus couldn’t wait 2 minutes, had to wait 50 minutes for the next Van. About 15 minutes into the drive, the van died in the middle of the street. We had to wait for another van, then transfer in heavy traffic. I was terrified that we would be hit from behind as cars were flying by. Horrible experience.

The coordinator was not in the airport when we arrived. We got a notification to wait outside. Yet, we waited for thirty mins and we had to call to receive updates. Finally , they merged the shuttle for pier 66 and 91 together and drove us to the terminal. We arrived there but bit of hazzle and anxiety. Could hv been better.

So convenient! Grabbed our luggage, checked in 20 minutes before departure time, everyone got on the charter-style bus while the driver packed our luggage, and we made it promptly to the cruise pier. Thank you so much!

Next to the currency exchange booth, at end of baggage area, checked out the location once I arrived to find it when I needed to show up to board the cruise the next day.

I was a little disappointed. It sounded like they would be great but the shuttle was 45 minutes late to leave causing us to miss a planned event at our cruise. Additionally, we almost missed the bus because we were told return to the kiosk at 12:15 due to the delay and when we went back at 12:10 the kiosk was completely vacant. Fortunately we happened to see the guy who had been working there walk by as he walked out of the airport building. So we ran to catch him. If we had not happened to see him we may have missed the shuttle altogether. Driver was super nice And helpful.

We had a 9:15am shuttle schedule to the cruise port. We arrived and checked in about 8:50am. The woman at the desk said to “meet back here about 9:05 or 9:10, I can track the shuttle and when it gets here I will take you to it.” I confirmed she meant here at the desk. She then pointed out the Starbucks, restrooms, and seating area. We went to the seating area and waited. We arrived back at the desk at 9:06am and no one was there. We waited. 9:10am I called the “emergency” number they had given (in case you had trouble finding the desk or no one was there). It just went to a voicemail box multiple times, so I left a message. We waited until 9:25am and no one called or returned to the desk, so we had to leave and get an uber.

If your flight is delayed, you are out of luck with Seattle Express. A prompt refund was made, but we were left stranded at the airport. Customer service was extremely un-helpful.

It was easy. The only thing I wish they had done was tell us that their desk is between baggage claim 3 and 3 in our email so we didn't have to ask around at the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They were very helpful in rescheduling me on another transfer when my plane was delayed and I missed my original shuttle. They were in contact with me by phone or text the entire time. Great customer service!

We flew in a day ahead of our cruise and they were able to drop us off at our hotel across the street from the pier after taking care of those who went directly to the pier

No agent at the desk to check anyone in, the driver had to run in to get people checked in, loaded and drive. Some manager needs to make sure there are workers in the airport.

Don’t use Viator for air to sea transportation. They messed up our requested transfer time and we missed the bus. Had to work with Shuttle Express to get picked up and taken to sea port

We were running late due to our hotel shuttle not showing to pick us up to take us to the airport so had to order an Uber. Our seattle express reservation was for 10:45a. We got near the check in desk about 10:40 right when they called to check where I was at. I appreciated Seattle express checking on me and thankful we made it just in time. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly.
