Our trip this year was so much nicer than the one we took in September. The vehicle was extremely clean, and the driver was professional and had an incredible personality. It was almost like one of our family members who picked us up at the airport and taken us to the boat. This gentleman set the standard for professional drivers.

We used Viator three times on our trip and each time was an excellent experience. They were on time, the driver was friendly and the vehicle was clean. You can’t go wrong with Viator!

Super easy to book! Big plus is you can pay at time of booking or later if you are booking for a group. Really good communication from our driver, BK, and very friendly. He messaged us before we departed and was early for pick up. Easy to get a hold of and helpful with loading all our luggage. Let us know about some of the sight seeing spots we passed along the way to our hotel which was nice. Very spacious Sprinter Van for our group of 6 with 2 luggages each. Front door service to and from our locations, I highly recommend them to anyone needing a ride in Seattle.

On this day the US was playing Australia in the FIFA World Cup, so I knew to book earlier than needed for our cruise check-in. I booked an 8:30 AM transfer from hotel near airport to pier Pier 66. I hope that’s what I said. Our cruise departure was at 12:30 PM. I called several times to check on our pick up and was always told it was almost there. At 9:45 a bus arrived from Viator and they had our name although that bus was not our arranged ride. We arrived at the cruise part at about 11 AM. We were thankful that arrangements were made to pick us up when our first scheduled ride did not show up. It was a very frustrating experience, even though we know it was a crazy traffic day in Seattle, better communication would’ve been very helpful. We’re trusting by her with our return Pier 66 to airport. Will give a good rating if that goes well.

This was our first time using a transportation service which was recommended by our travel agent.
It was easy to book online and reassuring by getting confirmations and reminders leading up to our travel day.
Our flight arrived an hour earlier, we made a call letting them know. It was no problem for them to pick us earlier than scheduled.
Our driver was helpful and friendly in loading our luggage (and unloading) and thorough out the drive to our hotel drop off.
The vehicle was clean and spacious, comfortable for our family of eight. Everything about the experience was easy and smooth.

Ran late...I had to call them for updates...left in cold, drizzling weather. Would have been cheaper and easier to get taxis back. $30 less.

We really liked that BK texted let us know he was meeting us. He gave us directions as to which door to exit the airport and arrived very soon afterward. He stayed in touch from the time our flight arrived till he greeted us at the car. He is a personable young man, polite and helpful.

The company did not give their name so it was difficult to know who they were. They we’re not in the area that said shuttles, but rather on the other side of the road at number two, which was not communicated..
If you are using the service know that when you exit the ship, you have to go to the left, not to where the sign says shuttles along with the alphabet. The drivers are holding no signs for you to know which shuttle is yours. Keep the phone number because if I hadn’t had that, I would’ve never found my shuttle..
They need to have a sign and give explicit instructions as to where you’re supposed to meet them. The driver was good and helpful with the luggage , not his fault that the company doesn’t communicate well but the very least they should be holding a sign and tell you who they are. It was a black SUV that picked us up and actually not a shuttle at all..
Very confusing, but worked out in the end.

Transportation from Sea-Tac to hotel in Seattle. Was able to make special arrangements for pick up at the airport with this vendor since we had one in our group that could not walk to the meeting location. They picked us up at the baggage area at the door we were at. BK made sure to come to us since he was at a different door. He was very accommodating and he was able to get all our luggage and wheelchair into the vehicle. Excellent service was provided and we made it to our hotel very quickly during rush hour traffic. I definitely would use this service again.

Started off with a nice beautiful Black Mercedes van. Once they found out there was only two of us, even though we paid for three people. The driver called for another vehicle to take us to the airport in an older beat up shuttle bus which had a terrible exhaust smell.

I actually booked two transfers one for my husband and I and then one for my son and his family. The service had great communication. However, they were 45 minutes late picking up my husband and I and we ended up sharing the shuttle with two other people which was not a problem. They were fine and they were just around the corner from our hotel. I wasn’t happy that I had to wait. But it all worked out. As far as my son the shuttle was there on time and accommodated their family perfectly. Our driver for my husband and I did not speak great English. It was a little hard to communicate with him.
