Everything about the experience was wonderful! I wasn't sure where to meet at the airport and messaged Viator about this. Within 20ish minutes the driver called me and told me exactly where to go, which was just outside baggage claim for my flight. He was super nice and very professional. Will absolutely use this service again!

I actually booked two transfers one for my husband and I and then one for my son and his family. The service had great communication. However, they were 45 minutes late picking up my husband and I and we ended up sharing the shuttle with two other people which was not a problem. They were fine and they were just around the corner from our hotel. I wasn’t happy that I had to wait. But it all worked out. As far as my son the shuttle was there on time and accommodated their family perfectly. Our driver for my husband and I did not speak great English. It was a little hard to communicate with him.

Not a bad experience. Driver just had to "dig" out everyone's luggage once we got to the airport. That took sometime to do.

Best rate to airport. Fairly quick if you have a morning flight. Driver can run a few minutes late depending on traffic.

Driver was on-time, found exactly where he said he would be, and had good communication prior to the ride. However, his cell phone rang continuously throughout the entire ride. Most of the time he just let it ring and ring but several times he answered it which made me nervous that he was not paying attention to the road. There was heavy traffic at the time and the constant ringing was obnoxious.

Don't use this service if you're in a rush. The driver will hold the bus while he solicits other travelers for a cheap trip to the airport. There is also another cruise terminal on the way to the airport, which he will also stop to solicit fares if all the seats are not filled. A bit frustrating if you are on a schedule.

Company did mot meet our expectations. They were late to pick us up . No instructions where to meet prior to arrival . They try to say the meeting time was 1200 instead of 11 .

The shuttle was promptly available at the luggage claim after great communication with the driver. He drove us directly to our ship in traffic. The Mercedes van was clean and roomy.

Very nice vehicle and friendly driver. We were early and he accommodated us. He knew a short cut to drop us at the airport which saved about 30 minutes of waiting in line.

We were curbside 30 min prior to or booking time. There was no clear signage or instructions where to meet at Sea Tac airport. So we asked some airport staff who didn't know but sent us across a bridge where the hotel and rental shuttle puck up.
I called customer service and the driver got in touch with us right away. He was hard to understand though. We walked back across the bridge. Driver arrived at our scheduled time. The nice luxury Mercedes van also had no signage on the vehicle. The service and ride were good. It was a shared shuttle with two stops before our cruise pier. Since cabs were plentiful at the airport, I think I’d opt for an immediate and nonstop ride

Airport pick up was over 30 minutes late
Pick up at pier 66 is very unprofessional
Waited over 30 minutes to find out we are on a van sharing a ride .. not good !!

We waited for the 8pm transfer where all the shuttles were. No sign of ours. Couldn't call or text driver. Contacted Viator and message sent to us after 8.30pm. Too late. Had to pay for a taxi fare. I am still waiting for my refund as communication was very poor. If you pay for a service it's not up to me to chase up the provider.

The pick up was on time for a one-way shuttle from the pier to the airport. And I did give them five stars, however, my name was not on the Pick Up list. I showed them my receipt and boarded the shuttle. The shuttle did not go Nonstop from the pier to the airport. It did make a hotel stop. The shuttle service itself was good and the driver was good but I would recommend you make sure you have your receipt and add a few extra minutes just in case they make an unscheduled stop.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I read the reviews about it being difficult to find the shuttle. Not a problem. Sent them a message on trip advisor and they told us where to go. They called and sent text messages. Found them very easily. Driver was professional and car was nice.
