Driver arrived 10 mins before 9- but instructions said to be in hotel lobby 15 min early, which we were. He was great with our suitcase. Going between various hotel pick-ups via speed bumps was jarring at times. Didn't realize the distance we'd travel. Good value for cost.
Driver was on time. Bus was comfortable. Smooth ride. Better price than Uber or taxi. Driver was cordial.
my clients were so pleased with the service, so excited and happy when they were picked up, because all the other people waiting had booked thru Ubers and others, and they had to wait for a very long time. They felt like queens, when the tour operators called out their names. They called me from Seattle to Texas. LOL
Big bus as opposed to shuttle bus. Multiple stops and what was advertised as a 45 minute ride, took 1 hour + 45 minutes. Got to where we needed to be but way too long for someone that gets motion sick on bus rides
Driver was outstanding! The only challenge was with our hotel and 2 large busses parked at the designated pickup location.
Pickup window given is a 20 minute window. When you have a schedule to keep and the ride doesn’t arrive until after the latest given time and other arrangements have to be made makes for a disappointing experience.

Great communication when I messed up. I forgot to ask where to meet at the hotel I figured the front like every thing else . But the bus was to big for the front.

Responsive and very communicative staff when needed. Driver acted as tour guide briefly, pointing out various points of interest.
There were numerous delays in pickups which caused arrival delays at the station. Driver was great circumstances not so much.
Driver was 20 minutes late but still got us to our destination in plenty of time. He sang and told us some local history along the way. Overall it was a great experience!

The bus was at the Pier on time and was a big bus! The driver talked about Seattle and was pleasant and informative as to our arrival time in the airport. Would definitely book with them again.

Shuttle arrived on time, driver was very friendly, arrived at the port in good time. Will use this service in the future.
Communication was great. Driver was on time and very nice. The shuttle that we were picked up in was very dated, and everything rattled so loud you could barely hear the driver in the front of the shuttle let alone the back. The driver sounded ill coughing and very hoarse.

It was very easy to do and everything went smooth. The driver was early arriving at the hotel and delivered everyone on time.
The time of pickup may change without notification. I booked for 10:45 am. When the bus did not arrive, I called the company and was informed that the bus would come between 11:00 and 11:30. This is what was in their computer. Fortunately, the driver arrived a few minutes early, as we were scheduled to board the ship between 11:30 and 12:00. The driver was great and made good time to the pier.

Highly recommend. Timely departure, and a big, clean bus with a restroom! I expected a little shuttle bus but this was a huge travel bus. Excellent reservations through Viator. I always feel convenient that a refund is given if the unexpected happens. A+!
