Super easy to find a bus and get to and from the airport. We got a ride from our hotel to the cruise terminal. When we left the ship to go to the airport the bus was there on time waiting. Thank you

Bus was very late. Not a small bus a full size with many stops before it reached the pier. Lateness made us miss our planned lunch

Very disappointed our transport did not arrive as scheduled we had ZERO communication from Viator. I was forced to have to check on status. It was not until 5 hours later I received a.call and I they said when I told them we made other arrangements was Oops our mistake!

Misleading. 11:15 AM reservation did not actually leave area till 45 minutes later due
to multiple slow hotel pickups. Suggest if arrival time is important pick an earlier pickup time. We made it okay but stressful. Not the case in previous trips.

Booked for a 10:30 pickup with an expected cruise port check in for 11:00-11:30. Bus was 10 minutes late picking us up and then had to make two other stops. One stop the lot for the hotel was not big enough for the size of bus we were in so it took us 15 minutes to get out of the lot. Might be good to have these sorts of things figured out. Got to the pier over an hour later than expected. Driver did his best so no complaints about him. Just wish Viator would communicate better what we could expect. When booking it I was led to believe that it was a private shuttle for my party of 8. Overall not a great experience.

Pick up from the Embassy Suites is from the back entrance to the hotel. Driver was on it & called us to let us know where the meeting point was

This was beyond what I could have asked for. We were running about an hour behind, and Viator had amazing communication, assured me they’d take care of us; and they did! They went above and beyond for us and it was so appreciated!!

On time despite confusion on what driver/coach was assigned to our reservation. Older coach with an exhaust issue that pumped diesel fumes into the cabin.

I was impressed at how extra conscientious the driver and this organization was to getting me from my hotel to the cruise port. The driver sent me a message in advance of my trip, letting me know exactly what time he would be at my hotel for pickup. Then, I ended up having a last minute change in hotels and was worried we wouldn’t connect. I messaged my changed location and they willingly made the adjustment and picked me up without any hassles. I truly appreciate their flexibility in helping me get to my cruise ship.

We had scheduled a 1030 pickup to get us to the Pier by 1200 noon.
It was very close to time of pickup and a gentleman came into the lobby and asked if we were going to the pier. We said yes and were ready to go, but something about this situation seemed off. We got our bags and he opened the trunk for us. I told him to wait a minute as I thought we would be getting on a shuttle.
I asked the associate as the front desk. He looked at the car and said this was not our ride. The driver seemed disappointed when we caught onto his scam (see photo).
So we caught the shuttle to Pier 66, which had to make several more stops before heading to the Pier.
We got there in plenty of time. The driver was very friendly and made sure to help unload our bags.
We had a round trip ticket and someone was outside of the Pier and directed us to the shuttle for our trip to the hotel.
So it was a pleasant experience, but as always, be on the look out for unsavory characters trying take advantage of unsuspecting travelers.
Recommended for convenient and reliable transportation.

The gentleman that picked us up was on time, pleasant, and courteous. I don’t think he was as prepared as he could have been, due in large part to the company not providing enough tools to make his job easier. I think he must have been a newer driver. He didn’t have a navigation system or device, and a passenger helped him to navigate the route needed to pick up other passengers and get to the pier. He also had passengers at the Quality Inn that needed transfers and had receipts but weren’t on his list. He was full with the passengers on his list, so the remaining passengers had to wait for him to call and get another driver to come and pick them up. I felt badly for him and the additional passengers.
The driver was informative about the city’s sites on the drive. He was very personable and made the drive more pleasant. I don’t fault the driver at all for the four stars instead of five. The company needs to do better for their drivers.

This was a great experience! Our driver loaded our bags up for us and kept us informed when we got stuck in some stop and go traffic. This made the most sense for us to be able to get to the pier from our hotel at SeaTac.

It was good. But we didn’t know that we were going on another bus. We were worried that yall weren’t coming. Thank God a man from another bus checked and they told us that we were on the bus that was coming. I just wished that yall would have texted us to let us know. But it all worked out . Thank you.
