It was very easy to do and everything went smooth. The driver was early arriving at the hotel and delivered everyone on time.

The time of pickup may change without notification. I booked for 10:45 am. When the bus did not arrive, I called the company and was informed that the bus would come between 11:00 and 11:30. This is what was in their computer. Fortunately, the driver arrived a few minutes early, as we were scheduled to board the ship between 11:30 and 12:00. The driver was great and made good time to the pier.

Highly recommend. Timely departure, and a big, clean bus with a restroom! I expected a little shuttle bus but this was a huge travel bus. Excellent reservations through Viator. I always feel convenient that a refund is given if the unexpected happens. A+!

We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at Pier 66. The driver was right on time. He dropped us off in plenty of time to board our ship.

We were never informed to meet the shuttle bus at the back of the hotel, therefore we waited out front with other shuttle buses til someone came looking for us.

I was expecting a shuttle like shown on the website. I was picked up in a full sized motor coach. Quite comfortable, the driver was friendly and gave us a lot of information about Seattle.

There is a new name on the shuttle not Seattle Express but we were not informed it was now Traxx so we missed our initial ride. Luckily driver Jim took us to our location and made everything better. Thank you Jim.

Prior to the busyness of the World Cup events in Seattle, my sister and I had booked an Alaskan cruise, leaving Seattle's Pier 91 on Friday, June 19. Although our scheduled pick-up was delayed, Viator notified us of such and sent a helping shuttle to provide transportation from the hotel near the airport to the Pier 91...in a very timely manner. The driver was friendly and efficient!!!

Driver was excellent
He was on time and friendly! We were disappointed the air conditioning in the van didn't work better. We asked him to turn it lower, but the temperature never improved. The fan blower became louder.

The transportation to the cruise port was great! Our driver was excellent. People booking this should know there is a 20 minute window for the pick up time.

I thought we would be picked up and go directly to the pier. I was wrong. We had to pick up more people at the airport. We waited for 30 minutes for two people while the ten people on the bus were inconvenienced. There needs to be a set time where if you don’t show and you don’t notify the driver, the bus leaves without you. I will say the driver was excellent. He helped get the bags and was very courteous.

Great from start to finish. Our driver was early and it was a good thing. The only hiccups was the last pickup at airport was not where they were supposed to be but driver was unflappable. Stuff happens and we are on vacation so who cares?!

The pick up was late so when I called I was given the shuttle number. My confirmation said pick up was at 12pm but the person who answered my call said it was supposed be between 12 and 12:30. It did not show up until 12:50. When the shuttle finally showed up 50 min late the name showed on the shuttle was different and a different bus number.
After the initial phone call I was not able to get through to them.
