Airport Pick-Ups Please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time (ETA) when making your reservation. Cruise Port & Hotel Pick-Ups For Port 66, Port 91, or hotel pick-ups, simply provide the complete address and your preferred pick-up time. Any schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours before service. Armando was the friendliest, professional, and courteous person! He was extremely helpful and thorough with directions when it was the day of pickup at the airport. The vehicle was new and very clean and comfortable. We were so pleased with our experience, I cancelled other scheduled shuttle service and booked him for the rest of our trip (2 more trips to and from the port). I will recommend his services to anyone I know traveling to Seattle and will only book him when we return to Seattle!

Excellent service, the port is crazy and having our own transportation was worth it. I saw long lines waiting for a taxi, and then luggage didn't fit and they had to hold them on their laps... we had a Lincoln with luggage and lots of room, water, and a great driver! So happy I booked ahead.

The transfer vehicle arrived early and communicated multiple ways to let us know. The vehicle carrying us was large enough for 6 people and luggage. The transfer company worked in tandem with another group that was being transferred to the same location to carry our wheelchair. The coordination was great, the driver was helpful, nice, a good driver, and informative. Would use this service again.

Great experience! Got out baggage and walked outside the terminal. The driver had text me that he was in the cell parking lot and we notified him where we were - he picked us up right where we were.

I prepaid months in advance for a transfer from the airport to a hotel. The company CANCELED on me 2 hours before pick up. Ugh!!

First, I would like to apologize for the experience and for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
If you review the description of the service you booked, it specifically states transportation within a 20-mile radius of Seattle, not Tacoma. Despite that, we initially accepted your reservation and later contacted you as soon as we identified a conflict related to FIFA World Cup operations.
Due to the extraordinary traffic conditions and operational restrictions associated with the FIFA World Cup, we are currently unable to dispatch vehicles to destinations south of Seattle, including Tacoma. For that reason, we were unable to fulfill your reservation.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the cancellation. However, the service booked has a specific geographic coverage area, and the combination of the destination being outside the advertised service zone and the current FIFA World Cup operational limitations made it impossible for us to provide the service safely and reliably.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

I would not recommend SUV SEATTLE SERVICES. The company lacks communication. I reached out to them several times and was ignored. I requested communication instructions I did not receive it until 4:23 pm the day before and I did not see it until the next day. They only offer curb side service; to me is equivalent to calling the Uber if you want the driver to come inside of the airport and have a sign with your name on it and help you with your luggage that is an additional $50. The only reason for the two stars is because the driver was nice other than that it would have been no stars.

Our standard airport transfer service does not include meet-and-greet assistance inside the baggage claim area, and this information is provided in the service description before booking.
Reservations made through this platform are automatically confirmed, and guests typically receive direct pickup instructions approximately 24 hours before service. This process was followed for your reservation as well.
When you contacted us, we explained that baggage claim meet-and-greet service was available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Due to airport regulations and parking costs at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, this service is not included in our standard rates.
According to our records, your chauffeur arrived on time, monitored your flight, maintained communication, and transported you safely to your destination. Your airport service was completed as scheduled without delays.
We respect every guest's opinion and appreciate the opportunity to explain our service policies. We are always committed to providing reliable, professional transportation for our travelers.

I booked on and I guess I put in the wrong flight number, they called later that day to make sure I had the correct flight number.
