This cruise was great! If a laid back experience is what you’re looking for, this is it. My parents visited from out of town and they enjoy being on the water. I took a chance on this experience and I’m so glad I did. We learned a lot about the area and it was just a fun time seeing the South Sound from the water. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time on the boat cruise! Captain Tom was a great host and made the trip very engaging. He shared interesting and fun information all through the trip and took us on a comprehensive trip around the area. It was so beautiful and the views from the water were amazing! We plan to do this again with friends and family when they come to visit us next summer.

Information well paced with a very scenic view. The Harbor seals were a bonus!!!
The crew and passengers were friendly which made the cruise seem like family. I will definitely recommend to anyone far or near. There’s someone for everyone!!

Enjoyed the top deck for sure, so much knowledge about the history of surrounding area & Narrows bridge. Learned so much. Perfect tour for sure & very reasonable! Suggest you bring water & take a blanket as you return from under narrows Bridge
Into Gig Harbor. Friendly staff. Would do again in a heart beat.

Bring a light jacket or coat for the evening tour. Sunglasses are needed sometimes and binoculars would be a bonus.

The sunset cruise was so much more than I expected I knew that I was going to see some beautiful views, but I did not realize how much I was going to learn about the history of Puget Sound and Gig Harbor and the animals of the sea, the mountains, and so much more! It was fun, entertaining, relaxing, and beautiful to see Mount Rainier under the sunset from the water, the seals, and to just be around other people who enjoy similar things as you. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

Thanks Gloria. We offer blankets. Boat has a furnace. Yes, evenings are cool on the Puget Sound even on a hot day. Your 3 hour chance to experience life on the water! Glad you enjoyed the sunset.

Capt Tom and Evan were great and the scenery around the Puget Sound was just gorgeous! The boat itself is very comfortable and spacious. Tom explained the history of the area and landmarks to us as we went, which really helped us to get a better understanding of the area. All in all, this was a great experience and I’d highly recommend it to others.

Very good experience. Good sunset and Mount Ranier views. Nice tour of Gig Harbor and into the sound. Saw some great wildlife bald eagles and harbor seals. Weather was great so a nice ride on the boat. Captain was very knowledgable about the area.

What an amazingly beautiful night spent touring the harbor on the Riveria! After grabbing dinner at Tides, we boarded just as advertised - on time and with ease! The three hours flew by on this wonderful gem of a vessel (complete with an adorably clean bathroom!!) Definitely met and exceeded our every expectation from start to finish! Beauty aside, Capital Tom and his mate Evan were amazing and made our evening so enjoyable! Tom has a wealth of information to share about local history and his delivery was not only informative but entertaining as his passion for the beauty for the Sound an added bonus!! We saw porpoises, seals, countless bald eagles and gorgeous countryside (and homes) as we toured the Harbor & Sound. Such a blessing to have experienced this! A must do if visiting Gig Harbor! Gave me a fresh new perspective of Gig Harbor and surroundings. We had amazing views of Mt Rainer and the sunset breathtaking. Loved it!

Great entertaining and informative 3 hr water tour. Captain and 1st mate were stellar. Very comfortable boat which was spotless and well cared for. Sunset and view of Tacoma Narrows bridges was amazing.

Excellent captain. Great narrative on sights during cruise. Goes thru the islands. Not the downtown Seattle waterfront area. You will see lots of nice and unique waterfront homes. And maybe a sea lion like we saw. Come early to find parking. But it is free parking!!

Excellent 3 hr SUNSET cruise. The skies were clear, the water calm. We were fortunate to see orcas in the distant and on the return trip, bald eagles in addition to beautiful coastline views. The scenery is amazing and the narrative by Captain Tom was very informative. He also took the time to meet and greet his passengers. He was very engaging.
TIP: Take a jacket or blanket with you as the return trip for a sunset cruise is likely to be chilly.

Captain Tom and deckhand Kevin were great hosts. Tom shared his vast knowledge of Gig Harbor and dropped a few corny jokes along the way! Boat was well equipped and in great state of repair & cleanliness. Bonus sighting of bald eagles, seals and otters.
