Our tour was changed to 2pm which includes bakery tour. We weren’t notified of the time change and felt inconvenienced. The tour at 1pm was just Seattle coffee crawl and the tour guide accommodated us. We were told we could some what of a credit.

William was a really fantastic guide, and he did a great job leading a large group of people around the city. He also explained the entire process of growing, harvesting, and supplying coffee to customers really clearly and provided three different types of coffee that were all very different to drink. My only complaint is with the tour company itself, which contacted me after I bought my ticket to ask if I wanted to be moved to a different tour that would offer bakery items in addition to the coffee samples for no additional price. When I agreed, I was told to show my old ticket when I got to the new tour, as they would not be sending me a new ticket. When it came time to take the new tour, no one was at the meeting spot, so I was unable to take it. The tour company apologized and made sure I was able to get a spot on the coffee tour I originally booked, which was scheduled for the same day. I appreciate how quickly the tour company was able to resolve the problem but they were the ones that caused the problem in the first place, so hopefully they will re-issue tickets in the future when changing the details of an already booked tour.

Sam was amazing - went above and beyond! Lots of great coffee flavors and unique pastries! Sam even stayed over to take us to the Starbucks tasting room.

We had an amazing tour with Lee. He was so knowledge and took us to the best spots in Seattle. When we first booked this tour, I wasn't really sure if it would be worth it but it ended up being the highlight of our day. If you love coffee, this is the tour for you. Sure you could go to one of the thousand Starbuck's in Seattle but Lee will bring you to the fun local coffee shops that Seattle is known for. Even better, all of the shops sold coffee so you can take some home with you!!

Our tour guide was amazing. He was funny, nice, and knowledgeable, and kept us interested the whole tour. The coffee and sweets we sampled were so good. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Since this was our first time visiting Seattle, it was really nice having a personal guide to show us around and help us explore the city a bit. Sam made it an awesome experience from the start. He had a lot of knowledge about Seattle’s history, the best coffee shops in the area, and great food options to check out. The tour was incredibly enjoyable - particularly the coffee and food that we tried along the way - and helped us become acquainted with a new city. I would highly recommend anyone try this walking tour, and especially recommend a private tour if you’re interested in a more personal experience.

My son and I did this tour on 5-8-24. Guide was very good at picking out a nice variety of samples of coffee and snacks. He had a nice laid back vibe and made the tour a great experience.

This tour took my girlfriend and I to a neighborhood in Seattle we wouldn't have otherwise thought of visiting. Our tour guide, Sam, was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Each stop was unique and presented a different aspect of coffee, and all bakery and coffee samplings were delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Charlie, was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and fun. We got to taste a variety of coffees from different coffee shops while he explained the history, geography, and processes involved in harvesting and roasting the beans. Lovely way to experience Seattle for coffee lovers!

Lee asked and tailored his comments to be relevant. The Wunderground Coffee stop to try a mushroom infused hot drink was enlightening and the final stop’s iced coffee drink was delicious! He offered good local context, history, and recommendations, which were so helpful because he lives in the neighborhood. Lee did an excellent job and we wish him well!!

Carter, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, both in coffee and also in the local culture of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are interested in trying unique coffee drinks as well as exploring and getting to know Seattle’s Capitol Hill District. I wouldn’t recommend this tour though if you are looking for an in-depth tour of just coffee, as this particular tour was more about culture and the unique coffee shops and what they serve than a tour about the specific processes of coffee-making. However, I would definitely recommend this tour for any coffee aficionado who is looking to try new avant-garde coffee drinks as well as experiencing the history of Seattle from the 19th century through today.

Exactly what I came to Seattle for. If you're starting your own coffee snobbery journey (me) than you'll enjoy this for sure because it's relaxed interactive learning. And if you just want to just enjoy coffee with some fun facts, easy going enough that you can just do your thing.

We showed up for the tour, only to find it was cancelled without them notifying us or refunding our money. Very unprofessional and frustrating!!
