Rom, our driver, was fabulous. I had a text when we landed. Luggage took a bit but he was great and understood. Six adults with cruise luggage filled the SUV but we made it work. Most of our group had never been to Seattle so he pointed out landmarks on the drive in as a bonus tour. Highly recommend using this group.

Driver not at airport upon arrival. Called the company was told driver was 10 minutes out. Waited another hour before driver arrived. Vehicle wasn't big enough for 6 people to include luggage. Had to pay for a second vehicle to take bags, $70.00. Upon return, company sent larger vehicle, then tried to charge me an extra $100.00 when we arrived at the airport. I'll never use this company nor do I recommend anyone else using them.

Hello and thanks for giving our service a try. There's a reason we almost never see low star rating because we try and take the stress out of travel. In your case we appreciate if you choose the correct vehicle so we dont have to bring another luggage vehicle to assist which did cause a delay on airport arrival even though we got you to Port at desired drop time. The $70 charge was added on both ways for the extra luggage so not sure why it was surprising you had to pay the same cost on return and never mentioned a dime higher so not sure where $100 came in. Further more to make it comfy and convenient we sent Van instead of 2 vehicles on return. You filled rear cargo area of that Sprinter Van so that means suv originally ordered stood no chance of carrying the load. This is clear as day its wrong to recommend nobody use us when you Sir actually ordered the wrong vehicle when we offer many options for your group/luggage size. Wish we got more appreciation for the reliable service you did receive roundtrip but again its very hard to please everyone even though we try one customer at a time.

Our driver, Ron, was excellent! The SUV was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us and all our luggage. Ron gave us almost Tour level information about Seattle on the drive to the hotel. We will use Viator for all our future needs!

Our driver Ron was great. Texted us once e landed to check in and let us know he was ready for us whenever we were. Once we had our luggage he was quick to arrive and pack up all our stuff. Easily fit 4 adults and 2 kids with a weeks worth of winter clothes for luggage. Ron pointed out the sites along the way and once we got to the port, took care of getting all our bags to the porter.

Our ride from hotel to airport with 6 adults and 6 suitcases was perfect. Right on time (actually a bit early!). The office called the day before to reconfirm pickup time and location. Arrived with a clean and comfortable suburban. No problem fitting everyone/everything. Our driver, Ron, was kind, helpful and professional. Absolutely top notch service. Costs a little more than Uber but we would have needed 2 Ubers to get us all to the airport so maybe same price overall but at least we were all together and on time. Worry-free trip to airport. Thanks!!

Rob was excellent!! The service was exactly what we needed as a family of 5 adults with several large suitcases. Unfortunately, we got delayed by the airline and then they lost 2 of our suitcases. As we handled that situation, Ron was in constant communication with us and waited. He was very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this service to anyone needing transportation!

I received a text message with clear instructions shortly after landing. My family and I were picked up within 15 minutes of collecting our bags and exiting Baggage Claim. Our driver was friendly and offered valuable tips about what to see/do (and what not to do). Great service!

Ron was our driver when we arrived in Seattle to start our cruise and we had a tight time frame to get to the cruise ship due to flight delays. He was so helpful texting us and directing us on the quickest way to get through the airport to the best pick up area to avoid the traffic to insure we made the boat. He was also our driver on our return trip to the airport. He was so helpful and friendly and we were glad to have had him as our driver at the beginning and end our vacation.

Great communication and excellent driver! Would definitely recommend this service. Ron was our driver and he is a true Seattle local who knew how to get us to our hotel quickly, despite bad traffic. The vehicle, a black suburban, had plenty of room for the 4 of us and our luggage.

The grandfather twisted his knee on the ramp off the boat. He needed and got a wheelchair. When we got to our Viaotr Van, our driver, Chris, was terrific. At the airport he located a Delta rep who organized a wheelchair to get us to the plane. Thanks Chris. It took a village that day and you were a part of it.

Excellent and first class private transfer for our family of 4 from pier 66 in Seattle to the international airport. Our driver Chris was exactly on time and even though he had to wait an extra 30 min for us to get off our cruise ship, that was not a problem. Highly recommended this company.
