We were so unfamiliar with. Seattle and ride share experiences. This young lady gave me step by guide on how to get picked up and she delivered us promptly to the door of our hotel. The large amount of luggage that the four of us had did not phase her. She was so helpful. Pleasant and kind. Would definitely book again with this driver. Thank you so much.

I was a bit hesitant to book this transport after reading some reviews. I initially had a problem with my booking as confirmation came through for a day earlier than I had scheduled. So check that confirmation closely. The company stood behind their policies and corrected my booking. Our assigned driver was very communative. Text night before our arrival to check details. When we landed I was able to reach out and inquire about pickup location. He was there quickly even though airport services took us to a location that wasn't optimal. Car was clean, although seat covers were showing wear and tear and should probably be evaluated for replacement. Got to our location with no hiccups. I would use again if I was to return to Seattle. WA.

Horrible experience. Couldn't get info on pickup location and when I tried to call the limo company they said our reservation hadn't downloaded in their system. Ended up paying for alternate travel.

To Hell and Back

The car service was horrible. Our flights were delayed, and I was in contact with the cars service to inform them if the delays. My 89 year old aunt was left without a rude to our hotel. She arrived first then when I arrived after her, I immediately contracted the driver to let them know to add a my aunt to my car because the other driver left. We had to contact a supervisor to add her. Meanwhile I went outside to the driver to speak to him. He threatened to leave too. I explained to him we were waiting for our luggage. It took awhile because all the flights had been delayed so the baggage area was backed up. The number the service person gave us connected us to a sex hotline. It was unbelievable. Anyway the driver insisted on leaving, so I offered him an additional tip to stay until we received our luggage. I gave him $100 so that my 80 year old 100% disabled veteran could get safely to the hotel and just rest.

Less stressful than waiting for a ride share

It was nice to have the transportation pre-booked and not have to wait for a ride share. I didn’t compare the cost with ride shares. The ride was pleasant and the communication with the driver via text was clear.

Poor ride

We waited 40 minutes for a ride in a dirty not air conditioned car. Driver opened his side window on the expressway. He then closed it and we drive in a hot car. I do not recommend this driver. We were uncomfortable.

Get Uber

The car was comfortable, but the service seemed similar to Uber, which was $20 cheaper. The driver did not greet us, only smiled, took our luggage, and quickly returned to his car. My colleague noticed the driver smelled (she sat behind the driver and said the ac was blowing on him and she got the whiff of it). I don’t think I’ll use this service again unless it’s the only option we have while traveling.

I booked a transfer from Seattle airport to my hotel in advance to avoid hanging around outside the airport. The booking process was very easy to navigate, I received information about my driver and where to meet. The day before my flight I received a WhatsApp message from my driver about the pickup and I was able to let her know when I landed. My driver was Mary, very friendly and efficient.

Poor customer service and no real way to communciate

If I could rate a zero I would. I booked the transfer the day I arrived and received confirmations. Upon arrival no one was there. They only have a chat feature I messaged asking where they were 15 minutes later received a response saying if they’re there the person is in baggage claim. I looked inside and outside but no one there. I messaged back asking if they had a phone number or some way to get contact. After 30 minutes I messaged saying, because they didn’t respond, I’m getting an Uber. 15 minutes later they messaged saying I booked it too late for them to get someone there. They had about 6 hours from when I booked to notify me that they couldn’t get a driver
