We pick up from most hotels in the downtown Seattle area. We cannot pick up hotels that are not listed, at cruise ports or at private residences. If you are not staying at a hotel within our pick-up range, the closest meeting location information will be provided to you. Hotel pickups commence prior to departure time. Please call or email us to confirm hotel and exact pickup time. Please note, some hotels are inaccessible for our buses; therefore we may ask you to meet at another hotel for pickup. Meeting location in downtown Seattle (if you don’t require hotel pickup): Hyatt Regency Seattle (8th Avenue entrance) - 808 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101.

We had an excellent tour. Wish we had more time but we saw a lot. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We all had a great time!! We booked the pre-cruise tour and got to the ship in plenty of time to board.

Seattle, WA pre cruise tour of city was wonderful. First the program org people sent an email with phone contact to confirm/set up specifics of trip. Our driver/tour guide Lucinda came in a nicely outfitted tour bus. She was knowledgeable on history, geography, geology, local culture, natural resources and even species like coffee and aviation. We had a fun, and she delivered us to our boat right on time. For in as much as we could see. Worth every penny of tour.

This tour covered everything you would need to see in a short trip to Seattle. We were picked up in front of the hotel and dropped off at the pier in plenty of time to board the cruise ship. Highlights of the tour included the great views of the city and space needle, the Ballard locks, fun and informative information from the guide, and much more! Great way to spend the morning before your ship sails!

Very small tour group which made a much more enjoyable experience. Erica was very informative and ample time was provided for exploring some of the stops on our own. We made it to the cruise port as promised and would definitely recommend this tour.

Great way to see Seattle and to learn about its history. Some lovely buildings as well. We stopped off to have a coffee break at Caffe Umbria which was very nice so nice that my Daughter and I went back there twice the next week when we got off the cruise ship and had time before getting a train.

Once we got started the tour was very informative. Adam made it very fun. However, there was some mixup in the pickup. Also, we went to the Chocolate store ? and it was closed due to a company event. I think the company should have alerted the tour company and guide of that closure. No worries, Adam was still very good!

This was a pre-cruise tour that picked you up at your hotel with your luggage, toured you through Seattle and left you off at your ship with your luggage. A wonderful way to see Seattle prior to a cruise. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and a good guy to spend a few hours with. We know more about Seattle because of him and a good time learning. We highly recommend this tour if your are going to take a cruise.

Horrible! A waste of money. For example, we didn't stop at Pike Place which would have been preferred over stopping to see the lake and tour the neighborhood homes. They say rate 1 to 10 on anything. Our tour was an 11. Best money spent in Seattle. I learned so much about Seattle and got to see it too. The Lock was my favorite. The getting on was very confusing and we had been picked up at the hotel and taken to another location and no one knew what to do with us. We were not on any list. Upsetting to me as I had paid on line before arriving. They keep calling and finally we got on a bus for a tour............That was a very bad experience.........But then the tour started and it turned out good..
