- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Service animals allowed
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan and five per minivan
- Most travelers can participate

This is my first trip since the Pandemic started. I booked a car service to avoid the hassles (wait time, towing luggage, etc.)and extra potential exposure to the virus occasioned by taxis or public transportation. A great choice! The young gentleman driving the SUV was well-dressed, personable, and professional. The SUV (I think it was an SUV) was very clean, and looked new (it may have been new). I’d recommend this service to anyone needing transport from the airport to your destination.

Driver was rude. He seemed angry. Dispatch said he was to text us. Never received a text. While putting bags in van, my daughter's hair got caught to one of the bags. No apologies given. During the drive, he talked to himself, ignoring us. At drop off, bags taken out of van with no recognition to us.

I called in advance and gave the provider the travel information. They said they track the flight and to call their dispatcher when I had our luggage and was outside at arrival. I called and gave them that info and they said black Mercedes minivan would be there in 5 minutes, and he was.

Finding the diver was difficult after a long flight and challenges retrieving baggage, he was generally uncommunicative, and fiddled with his mobile phone while driving at speed on the motorway.

Upon our 10pm arrival at SeaTac airport I called the number provided. I gave the person my booking ref # and advised her I was waiting outside for our pickup. I was told I would be put through to the dispatcher. I was placed on hold for several minutes. Finally someone answered and I told him we were waiting for our transfer. He seemed confused and said he was located in New York (??) and would have to call the driver. I was then advised we would be picked up in 20 minutes and if not, to call him back. We waited 25 minutes. I called him back and he said the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Yes, he did get there eventually. But from the info I had received after booking, I was under the impression that the driver would be waiting nearby, as they had our flight info & would be tracking the flight. This was clearly not the way it was done. I expected more efficient and professional service.

Your driver did not know where he was going. Cut in and out of cars. NOT pleased for price !!!He said he was there at Airport but was not . Showed me the Address we were going to and ask if that was right I said yes .... Then on the way he said to me do you have the address where we are going ?????? The plane had just landed, we were not even to the gate yet, and they called wondering where we were, I told him we had just landed and he said to call and let them know where we were. And nobody was there. We were on the phone with somebody for 10 - 15 minutes, then we get a call and said they would be another 30 minutes before they could pick us up. not fun waiting, we could of gotten an uber easier

When we arrived at the airport there was no one in sight. Had to call 3 times and finally after 45 minutes of waiting the driver showed up. I was never told the person coming or what they were driving. It was not a good feeling being in a city late at night stranded.

The car never showed up and I had to pay for a cab after waiting an hour and trying to locate the driver. Got a call after we reached our hotel from a back up driver saying our driver was stuck. Please refund me. I would never recommend this to anyone.
