Shuttles depart on demand between 7AM and 11AM. There is no designated departure time; just make your way to the pick-up location when you disembark. Pier 91 - When you exit the facility, the bus lanes are alphabetically arranged; walk down to LANE R and check in with the Seattle Express coordinators under the green tent.

The e ticket states to look for a green tent, but there was no tent. This could confuse some folks. The bus was there when we got there, so we did not have to wait.

The shuttle arrived at the hotel on time. Delivered us to Pier 91 in good time. The driver narrated a little bit about Seattle, which made the ride pleasant. We'll use this service again definitely.

Had to wait for an hour for bus to show up at cruise terminal. Bus was too small and very uncomfortable. Driver could not load and unload luggage. Passengers had to help her.

There are no signs posted for Viator shuttle transportation service. They actually sub-contract the shuttle with another company and none of that was ever mentioned in any of the emails, or how to find where to get on. Once we found it, it was fine.

The suspension on the transport vehicle was horrendous and the ride was extremely rough. The driver decided to drop us off at the arrival level necessitating us to navigate two floors up to departure along with our luggage.

This was by far the easiest way to get to the airport for us after leaving our cruise ship on a Monday. We had a 11:00am flight which meant waking up at 6:00am to be one of the first to get off the ship at 7:00am, the shuttle was not there but arrived quickly and by 7:30am we were on the way to the airport for the 1 hour drive. We arrived to SeaTac at 8:30am with plenty of time to spare. Easy transfer in a clean 25 seater van.

Entire staff was awesome! Friendly greeters had us checked in right away and driver did a great job getting us all to the airport while taking time to tell us some of the sites and history of Seattle.

If you need to quickly get to the airport for a flight I would not recommend this as your transportation as it was about 90 minutes from arriving at pickup to drop off at airport. Based on our experience, it took awhile for a shuttle to arrive and we had to wait for the next one to come due to space. When we got to the airport we were dropped off in 1 location which happened to be the opposite end of the airport for where we needed to be for ticketing. There were plenty of taxi options at the port that we would probably choose next time instead.

I had the best experience with Viator. Everything from beginning to end was easy and stress free. The app was so easy to use, the van showed up when and where it said that it would, and the drivers were very friendly. My experience was five stars. I will definitely use them again.

I booked it on line. I was sent specific instructions what to do once I was leaving ship. It was very easy to locate the transportation. A gentleman was waiting to take our names. We got on a nice bus and away we went. Price was very affordable. Will definitely use in the future. Thanks so much for an uneventful experience.

We stood in a long line for over 20 minutes and was told we probably would not get in the next bus and would have to wait for another. We couldn't wait another 30-60 minutes or we would miss our flight. We took a taxi instead and ate the cost.

Didnt have to wait long to get on a shuttle after embarking about 8:30. The air conditioning did not work well so was quite uncomfortable of a ride. Driver did well navigating lots of airport traffic to get us to terminal to unload at airport.

Customer service, “0”; no one contacted me as I was told would happen.
I asked for a correction to the date I had just purchased and all I got was “policy”, even though the duplicate ticket was correct. It was obvious to both Viator and Jasmine( tour operator) there was an honest error.
The problem no one opted to help by authorizing the other to make the correction.
Everyone put the possible exception to correct on the other party.
Viator claimed to call two separate times with no response and claimed to send an email. I was told I’d receive an email response but didn’t receive anything.
It’s unfortunate no one contacted. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a date change.
I’m cruising in August. I’m from Michigan. I didn’t need a pickup today. I need it for August 24th (MSC CRUISE).
