Shuttles depart on demand between 7AM and 11AM. There is no designated departure time; just make your way to the pick-up location when you disembark. Pier 91 - When you exit the facility, the bus lanes are alphabetically arranged; walk down to LANE R and check in with the Seattle Express coordinators under the green tent.

1. Shuttle was easy to find based on directions received. Not late.
2. Good communication. received texts and emails notifying and reminding in a timely manner.
3. Driver did help onload and offload luggage.
4. Knew where he was going. Did not waste time.

It was easy to book on the Viator app since I’ve booked before. Instructions were easy to follow on where to meet the shuttle. Upon arrival at Pier 91 in Seattle it was super easy to find the shuttle van. The coordinator and driver were very nice and helpful. Great ride to the airport and the driver helped get the luggage for us. Excellent experience.

Very professional and convenient service. As soon as we exited the terminal, we knew exactly where to go, and the transfer was well organized. The transportation was waiting when we exited the ship. The driver handled that vehicle expertly. I was impressed how he maneuvered in small space. It was a good experience and would book with viator again.

The shuttle was there waiting and it was a quick trip to the airport. The only thing I do not like about Viator is that its APP does not pull up without internet; unlike other apps. Because if this, we stress not being able to get last minute instructions for any bookings.

The driver was friendly and shared some tips for getting around. Dropped us at a great location. Even though it cost $5 more than our cruise line, it was a smaller van and dropped us at our airline.

Was a great way to get to pier from airport and back after our cruise. I am mobility restricted and use a collapsible scooter. They handled it well without making me feel like an imposition. Will be using them again in April for our next cruise.

We arrived in Seattle around 6 am on Princess cruise and departed the boat around 8:30 am. We located Seattle express in lane R
and attendant scanned our reservation and told us to wait 20 minutes for the next bus. We got on bus before 10 and arrived at Seatac around 10:30 am. Ride went smoothly except for the Sunday traffic into airport. We made it to our flight well before 2 pm departure. Overall was a good experience.

Reasonable rate for transportation to the airport.
Note, it is Seattle Express who transports. Green tent located in R parking area of Pier 91.

I was sent a message stating that my previous payment ($60.00 - 30 for each) was not accepted and I had to 'rebook'. It was then $80.00 ($40 for each). When we got to the loading, the Lead Person tld me I had 2 reservations! I paid $140 whe it should of been $60.

The e ticket states to look for a green tent, but there was no tent. This could confuse some folks. The bus was there when we got there, so we did not have to wait.
