Pier 91 - When you exit the facility, the bus lanes are alphabetically arranged; walk down to LANE R and check in with the Seattle Express coordinator holding an orange clipboard.

The large shuttle was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship. (we were the 1st group off as “self-help travelers” pulling our bags off the ship ourselves.) We had a delightful driver who gave us some great information as we made our way to the airport.

Allow plenty of extra time to get to the airport. I booked a 7:00 a.m. pick up for a 10:00 a.m. flight to arrive 2 hours before the flight as recommended by the airline. While the shuttle was there at 7:00, it did not leave for another hour, the time I had expected to be at the airport. They were waiting for additional passengers. The transport people assured me this was not a problem as SEATAC is a small airport & that I would breeze through check in very quickly. When the shuttle finally left, the route was surface roads most of the way, & the driver stopped for every light anticipating it would turn red. This was a very long ride before we finally got on a freeway, which was just before the airport. By the time I got to the airport, which had security complications, I had to run to my gate. The flight was well into boarding the passengers by the time I reached the gate. While I did make my flight, I was very close to missing it.

Extremely convenient & got us to the Airport & dropped off exactly where we needed to be. Highly recommend. We will be using this Viator Service again in the future for future vacations.

Service was great. I got off the ship around 7:45 am and the bus was already there waiting. I arrived at Seattle airport with plenty of time before my flight took off. The price was great! It was much cheaper than the price offer by the cruise ship.

So grater booked this airport transfer instead of the one the cruise line offered. It was less expensive and the wait time was minimal, about 5 minutes. The line for the passengers that booked through the cruise line was extremely long. The bus was very comfortable and the driver was great. I would highly recommend this service.

After paying online, I printed directions to follow once off the ship. The issue was that the pier had various lines marked for passengers to get in such as "Reserved transportation", Taxi, etc. which were confusing. They also had passengers lined up according to the ship disembarked. The Royal Caribbean line was barely moving compared to the Carnival line. I was finally able to see the area that I needed to check in at and once I checked in, things became smoother.

We were off the ship, walking the the easily found pick up point per the instructions and on the bus by 730am. Arrived at SEATAC by 830, plenty of time to catch our 10:55 am flight. Driver was friendly and courteous.
Seating on the bus was a bit cramped, with little leg room, but it worked for a short ride.

Would highly recommend Seattle Express. The bus was very nice and clean. The staff seemed very organized and they were there at the dock earlier than expected. The whole shuttle experience was great!
