I booked this transfer...

I booked this transfer approx 2 months prior to needing it. I received confirmation from the local vendor who would be providing the service as well. The confirmation was correct with the date and time of service and stated the driver would be there 15minutes before the pickup time. I was out waiting for the driver at the 15 min prior time and once it was 10minutes after the scheduled pickup I called them. The dispatcher sounded confused, put me on hold multiple times and asked me where I was. I provided the information to her and said the driver was 10 min late. She was typing away on her computer and put me on hold again only to come back and say he would be there in 10 min. I received a call from the driver who said he was 20-30 out from picking me up. When he did arrive he had a full car of people who were getting out. I explained to him he was 45 min late at this point and he mumbled something about traffic and as we were leaving the pier he said there was only one person checking ID's so that held him up. I did text Viator through What's App and received an immediate response but the only thing the agent could say is that since I was in contact with the carrier directly there was not much they could do. There was traffic but a phone call telling me that they were going to delayed only takes 10 seconds. I have used transfers in the past and they have all gone well. Chatting through What's app is also very convenient with the agents being plesant and quick to respond.

They were able to provide limo service from downtown Seattle to the airport for 7 people on a Saturday evening. There was a big country western concert going during that time and there were no other limos or Ubers to be found. MJ was an excellent driver.

No room for luggage and rude driver - Take a cab for 50% less.

The car was a Jaguar Sedan which would not hold all of our luggage. I don't know how someone fits into this vehicle. I could not get my head into the front seat (back had luggage) due to very low roof line. I am a large woman but have never had this problem before. The PRIUS we ended up using was far more roomy and comfortable. We were unable to use this vehicle and were shamed by the rude driver when we told him it was too small for our needs. If you are tall or large - ask for a different car. It is beautiful but worthless. A cab will cost you $40 from downtown to the airport.

Canceled after confirmation

We booked the car service to take us to the airport so we could fly home after surgery. We called Friday to confirm pickup and we’re told we were confirmed. Sunday morning we woke up to an email stating they were sorry they were unable to provide transportation because they were fully booked. Why were we not told on Friday do other arrangements could be made at that time instead of just hours before the flight. We were stressed enough without having the extra stress of finding transportation to the airport last minute. Very Disappointed.

We were waiting at the valet desk at 9 am and when no car showed up I called limo service and they first said they didn't have us listed then later said had us for a 12 noon pick up and our flight was at noon. I had even responded to email from them the day before verifying the pick up time of 9 a.m. at valet desk. They weren't all that helpful but I pressed them on number to receive credit and finally got number that led me to Viator. Viator was great at handling & said I will receive credit within 7 days!!

Very disappointing. I had this private departure transfer booked from Fairmont Olympic Hotel Seattle to Seattle Tacoma Airport on Thursday 29 December 2016. My voucher indicated Carmel Limousine as our transport company. I had prepaid this voucher. I checked with the company the day before to confirm my reservation and timings and they confirmed same. At 8.10am Seattle time on Thursday 29 December 2016 I was contacted on my mobile phone by Carmel Limousines and they advised me they did not have enough cars and drivers to fulfil my transfer booking. They did not turn up as previously arranged at 9.00am that morning.

This was a nice service, but we were told we would be met in the baggage claims area by someone holding a sign with our name. This was not the case however. After two phone calls to the car service we were told the car was there across the road waiting on us. There was no greeting and no one holding a sign with our name.
