For the most enjoyable and stress free experience, Uber, Lyft, Taxi or bus services are strongly recommended. The address for is 1341 N. Northlake Way, Seattle, WA, 98103. Please walk around to the left side of the Divers Institute building. (Face the front door, go left) Please DO NOT go into the Divers Institute. Go down the ramp into the parking lot, the boat will be waiting for you at the end near the picnic tables and plants. Feel free to bring along any food and nonalcoholic beverages as desired.
Itinerary
Your cocktail cruise begins at the south tip of Lake Union — aka the South Lake Union neighborhood — where Seattle’s major industries have thrived. Climb aboard the ship led by your Captain (who also serves as the resident bartender). See an impressive display of boats and floating homes, including the one from the movie ‘Sleepless in Seattle.’ Travel from Westlake to Portage Bay and the Montlake Cut, located at the easternmost section of the Lake Washington Ship Canal.
Enjoy a cocktail (the first round is included) and the scenic view of popular Seattle points of interest like the iconic Space Needle, Seattle Great Wheel, the Fremont Bridge, Gas Works Park, the University of Washington, St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral and much more. On a clear day, notice the Olympic Mountains with majestic Mount Rainier rising over 14,000 feet in the distance.

We took 5 pm cruise and loved it! Captain was awesome, interesting, new his stuff, and fun! Drinks were affordable .

To be honest the whole experience was wonderful. We loved the intimacy of the 6-person max capacity. We loved the captain and all the unique information he shared. He was friendly we were relaxed and comfortable. We learn a lot and enjoyed the Beer and Margaritas. Captain Dylan is a great bartender as well! We will do it again for sure. Next time we will buy all 6 seats and bring our adult children. So much fun!!

Captain Genevieve was an excellent tour guide and host. We had a wonderful experience viewing Lake Union, Gas Works, several bridges and taking in the charms of House Boats, Floating homes and the like. Many great photo moments with the skyline and even Space Needle. Would highly recommend. Great way to spend an afternoon in Seattle.

Was a relaxing boat ride around the lakes filled with lots of education. Had lots of beautiful views of the city and house boats around the lake. My wife and I enjoyed this experience very much.

Boat ride was nice as it was a beautiful day! The trip description said we would view the wheel from the boat. That didn’t happen. Not sure if our guide was having a bad day but he was not engaged at all and generally pretty mosesrable. Barely saw him after the first 1/2 hr and seemed unhappy to have us on the boat. We all tried to not let it affect the trip tho since we paid so much!!

My husband and I booked this boat trip during our stopover on a Pacific Northwest Cruise in April. We got really lucky with the weather and had a beautiful day seeing the sights around Lake Union. Our captain (Kurt) was very friendly, knowledgeable and always chuckling. We loved seeing all the houseboats (and other varieties of living vessels) and learning about so much of the area. We ended up being the only couple to book that day so it was a private tour which was nice, but being a cocktail cruise, would have been more fun with extra people we think. As it was, it was a lovely day on the water with a very congenial guide. Hot tip, arrive early and sit at the top of the hill at Gasworks Park for glorious views of the city and Lake Union. It's just adjacent to the marina.

If you told me 2 years ago that I would be on a boat with Amy, I would say- you’re crazy. Wow what an amazing two hours. As soon as I boarded the vessel, I knew that future me was about to be jealous of past me. I highly recommend this excursion, Amy was the best captain we could have asked for. 10/10!!

Had a great experience on the 11am trip! First drink free! We got mimosas :) We saw some cool wildlife and one of the water planes taking off! Captain Madeline was a great tour guide, very friendly, fun, and informative! Would def recommend!
